- What are the guidelines of the "six pack" program?

To get a sculpted abdomen you need to tone your muscles and at the same time remove the excess fat in the belly and waist. Much research points out now that a targeted program with specific exercises for the abdomen as well as for toning your muscles helps to burn fat faster.

Y'all must put effort to get results. Same as putting effort into family to get results. Different logic but same vibe.... at the end of the Day results is what leaves you imperfect. This helps encourage you to stay healthy. This app is like others but better. If your a little ova weight then this is the app for you. It doesn't just improve your weight it's also improves you stamina and health. The only problems with this app is the picture when u click it since it is like that it may drive people away and it won't get as much likes and the recollection that it deserves. Also I don't really think that the update was necessary please take it off.

Exercises are good but next exercise should not be started unless I press next. I want to take rest as per my need after every exercise. Today 30s, tomorrow 2 min, the day after tomorrow 20 s etc. I suppose you have understood the problem.
