This app uses WAY TOO MUCH BATTERY. I looked to see why my battery was going so fast and this was at top of list using 5x of whatsapp which I am constantly using. Also when exercise is done it won't close. Just a pop up about quitting. I have to close it in app history. It continues to run in background and take up battery. And the notification is annoying I had to turn it off. The exercises are not clear
After a month of using this app, I loved the app. But I've been getting these advertisements on my phone FULL SCREEN without even using the app out of the blue. Like in the middle of a phone call the ad would pop up. I would also get constant notifications if the app wasn't hard shur down. That's a nah for me dog. Quick uninstall. I'll find another.
I few exercises are shown wrong and they don't give any tips to improve. It doesn't give good advice for the exercise inexperienced people will do your exercis animations wrong and the counting of reps is counting always in same pace it's pretty broken and useless if you ask me but all in all nice design and easy to use pretty nice but you guys still need to improve :)
OnePlus 6T, Android 10, most recent security updates. Installed the app, open it, it asks for weight and height, I adjust them to mine, click OK, app closes..... over and over. Uninstalled the app, re-installed it, same result. Looked through other reviews over the last year. Other people having the same exact issue. Will uninstall, reboot, re-install and try again. Not too hopeful as I see no responses from developer to people having any issues. I guess it's worth what I paid for it, $0.
This is a good app. It shows you how to work out and it motivates you to do so. My one complain is the ads that appear even outside of the app, taking over my entire screen. I would like to only see the ads within the app itself, not as I run another app. Please fix and I'll consider a higher review.
App was good but ruined be frequent full screen ads popping up even when app is not running. There's a similar app available with a higher rating and over 300K reviews. Iooking at the two, the functionality is about the same so it makes me wonder if this is just a copy designed as a platform to push intrusive advertising.
I've been using this app for a year. The new ad system makes it so you cant click on a workout since it gives you an ad and everytime it finishes, it brings you back to the home page. This app was a 5 in the past, but the ads now make it literally unusable. Please fix!
Brilliant. As I havent exercised in a long time, the beginner set really woke me up and I was exhausted but got it all done. This is a great app, especially that you are guided verbally through each set. I also feel exhilarated now ive completed stage 1
This app significantly slowed down my phone and has loud, full screen ads that would play when I was using my phone when the app wasn't open, and when the screen was off and the phone was across the room from me. It's a shame because I liked the workouts.
easy to use app. although it should just give rest days instead of the rubbish exercises it suggests you do instead. adverts are annoying until you go into your settings on you phone to stop notifications. its free and it got me down from a 36 inch waist to a 34 when combined with running and better eating. looking toned and feeling so much better about myself
For me, I know it's there, so I'm motivated to do it everyday. It encourages you, when you need it, but also pushes you when you need it. I'm only on day 10. I started on easy. Going to Intermediate, after I complete easy mode. Happy EXCERSIZING!!!!!!!!
Love this app!! It is very physically demanding but it gets you cut and fit if u can follow the rules and instructions properly. Even if your new to exercise anx working out this has beginning stages for noobs and expert mode for dudes like me. Thank you six packs!! O did I mention it's totally free!!! WHAAAAAAT!!??😰
Great app! Im impressed. However---merely as a suggestion. When the chick says take a break...there should be more time in between breaks. Maybe thats on purpose but ima beginner so...slow that ish down a few seconds in between...and We've got a winner abs workout app. My 12 pack will take no time at this rate. Thank you!!... I'm sure the exercises are good, but this app absolutely takes liberties with advertising. I don't mind seeing adverts IN APP, but overlaying my phone with adverts, even when the app isn't open, is an absolute p*ss take. SORT YOUR ADVERTISING OUT.
The app puts full screen adverts onto your screen when the app wasn't even running! I have disabled notifications and removed all permissions but it still does it. Annoying as hell. App uninstalled.
I loved it. My belly have been fired after doing with it. But I think it will be better if it has a option to connect with Google fit. And I also think you should make the begginer mode easier. The begginer mode is like advanced.
Though am not a professional in, the approach is OK. Though the steps continue immensely one ends while the instructions say one should rest and there isn't a pause button to that. Apart from that, it's awesome.
Good app, lots of variety in work outs with increasing difficult as each day goes by. Good if your too lazy or busy to write up complex core work outs, also counts out reps but since it doesn't count slower for more difficult exercises there are times you feel rushed.
places advertising over other apps as well dont download...you will be playing a game and right in the middle of it some retarded ad will pop up this is the only app i downloaded when it started happening and when i deleted it guess what the ads stopped.... i can understand them popping up in the app it self but over other apps you have is rediculous and u should be deleted from the play store
I get the whole ad part is so that way you guys make money from the app and such but I downloaded this app this morning on my to work haven't even started any section yet and ads are popping up and covering my whole screen when the app isn't even open like I'll be watching a YouTube video and an ad will pop up and when I go to close apps it shows this app as the one displaying the ad
UNINSTALLED! Pretty good app. Too bad it's eat up with ads. Even video ads will randomly play on your phone at totally random times. Never ever seen that before. Too bad.
App was nice for working out. But horrible with the apps turning on my phone, interrupting work phone calls, turning on while GPS was on and missing exits. You all must fix this app BS.
The fact that I'm getting Ads on my freaking homescreen or anytime I open any type of app is absolutely unacceptable. I barely tolerate ads in any single app let alone my ENTIRE PHONE. Completely and totally disappointed.
THE ADS ARE RELENTLESS!. Just having it installed, not even opened is a gateway to full screen ads throughout your phone no matter what you're doing. Use a different app!!!!
THIS APP INSTALLS ADWARE. The app is fine but it will install adware which will make ads and videos randomly pop up on your screen even when you are not using the app.
Ads pop up on your phone all the time! App on or not your phone starts video ads on it own. Interrupts texting, phone calls, chrome and Facebook. Delete the app because of intrusive ads.
Intense workout app! Very effective but I wish you could have the option of turning the timer off and going at your pace because it's a bit too slow. Update: you guys need to fix the ad problem. Just because I have the app installed I shouldn't be getting pop up ads throughout the day. Only reason I havent uninstalled it because the workouts are great...
