PlayStation 4:DualShock® 4 Wireless Controller (If pairing on a PC, you must use SixaxisPairTool 0.3.0+)

* IMPORTANT ***
- ROOT access is required!!!
- Due to the way pairing is done with the controllers, you need to manually pair your controller with the PC utility 'SixaxisPairTool' (available on the website) and a mini-USB cable. Android 3.1+ users can also pair directly on their devices via USB.
- It is highly recommended that you use an ORIGINAL controller. Many after market controllers will not work with this app. If you get a 'Client connected: 1' message, but the lights on your controller continue to flash, it is almost certainly not an original Sony controller.
- The fake controllers that are most likely to work (though not guaranteed) are those made by Gasia. If you bought a fake that works but isn't made by Gasia, I'd love to hear from you so I can compile a list of known working controllers.
- Be sure to read the instructions in the help menu carefully.

- Keyboard emulation. Map all buttons and sticks to almost any key available in Android.
- Mouse emulation. Configure a button to activate the mouse pointer on devices that support mice (most tablets, and many phones should work).

I have bought 2 pcs Joystick of Dualshock@3 wireless controller. and i also follow your instruction installed Sixaxis controller app, but its failed to pairing via bluetooth connect Joysticks. its availabe to used USB cable to control android phone and android TV. what can u help me for pairing via bluetooth device to device.
works flawlessly. have been using it on lollipop, marshmallow, nougat, oreo, pie, no trouble at all. i always use custom roms. if this app doesn't work on your "new" phone then it's the rom, not the android version. use a custom rom and no matter what android version you have, it will work. tested.
Was the best until developer abandoned it! I'm not sure if your aware or not and just don't care but the app has died with android 9 pie. It will not work on any phone. Have not tested on any asop rom yet. Please make open source and pass on to another developer if your no longer going to support. Thanks!
It hasnt been updated in a long time, and thus no support for any newer androids (oreo and Pie dont work at least). However, if you have an Android 4, or maybe 5 device, damn, I loved this.
hi there review time, I've been using your app for many years & love being able to connect muiltiple controllers simultaneously and every aftermarket controller works flawlessly! (tried 3 brands) also the mouse emulation via analogue stick is sweet 5 stars and thumbs up!
I paired my controller to the phone's (note 8) Bluetooth Mac.... But it just keeps asking me to pair it even if I do it over and over again... Any advices?
Great app, made my cheap ps3/ps4 controllers work on my android TV box making great for emulation or even controlling the box.
waste of money could not work the software don't buy it. my problem is i started app iam not seeing local bluetooth addreds my is joystick dualshock3 doesnot work how to fix the problem
Does not work on android versions Nougat and later. Used to be a great app. Abandoned. Don't download.
This app needs to receive an update! It's not working on Android 8+ anymore.
I love this app but I bought this app in april 2016 and now out of nowhere I cant download it without buying it again. I know its "$3" but I should be able to downlad it again when ever I want.
I bought it, and it was abandoned. Doesn't seem to work for newer versions of Android. We need a newer app.
Worked on my old phone, but no longer works on my new Pixel 3 XL on Android 9. Abandoned app.
It just needs an update for it to be compatible with Android 9.0, otherwise I'd give it a 5

Used to work flawlessly on all my devices. Now it randomly quits responding in the middle of games after a few minutes, which causes characters to keep moving after you let go of all buttons. Probably a polling or packet sync issue with changes to Android's low level handling routines???
