This app has worked consistently great for months. lately the Programs list is empty and says "No Saved Programs". Can no longer use the app to work out. please fix! Will give it 5 stars once this is fixed. Tried to send this same message using the Support option in the app. Error message says "Sorry: Error to send message". Yikes!
I'm a fan - SPS teaches you how to workout, eat, think and stay focused while going through that 12 week journey and after. That said, the May 2019 upgrade leaves the app with much to be desired. Prior version was much better. It had a follow along to show me what was next, reminding me of good form (using GIF, not video, I think, so it didn't consume data) and it timed me and counted my reps. Total game changer. This app has zero function; just video and pdf. Please update again, SPS team!
I had the original version app and loved it.... I've started the program again and it's just video, now I have to wait for it to buffer and interrupts my workout...... very disappointed .... definitely gone backwards!!
app keeps crashing. several reviews say this. said it used to be a great app. what's the matter? please update and fix the problem. I want to use it. I've paid almost $400 for everything. this app should be good at the very least!
App doesnt work. Log on and it just freezes with S icon straight afterwards. Used app on apple and now moved to andriod. Very disappointed!
while i support a full reworking of the app, what I'm upset about is that NONE of my purchased products appear. I'll give an real review of the app when I see what I payed for show back up, but if it doesn't in a few months, I'm going to make a formal complaint with the company
Same problem as everyone else. Lost ability to view videos. What is going on. I paid over $700 for my program. feeling a little screwed.
Awesome app, I bought a book but had no idea I had access to this much content(tho it is a trial) I have learnt so much from just a little purchase.
No longer has the work out feature where you can do the entire routine at your own pace instead of watching the video
this app crashes all the time and the video don't play correctly. please fix this and I will review again.
the app won't load. as soon as i enter my email and password it freezes with the "s" logo.
I haven't been able to login to my account since the major update!! Very frustrating!!!
You pay alot of money for something and it dont work. I feel like they are more worried about YOU buying there products that are worth a mortgage payment

I can't enter the app because my e-mail is not recognised by the app...a kind of a commercial fitness app...ouch!
It wouldn't let me create an account. I tried three or four times. It kept saying "Error."

videos cannot be downloaded, got called at 11PM by some grease ball salesman trying to guilt-trip me into buying supplements.

The app used to work at 1st. I have deleted it and reinstalled it a number of times. It just loads for a bit and then there's absolutely no videos or anything to prompt me to do anything else. I can't even send a support email from the app. On another note, they only sent me half of my supplements I've completely paid for with a note inside the Box that says please contact. Not impressed!
