Skagit Mobile Banking
To start using Skagit Mobile Banking, you must first be enrolled in Skagit Online Banking at www.skagitbank.com.
Mobile Banking Services include:• Monitor account balances.• View pending transactions.• View account transactions including check images.• Transfer funds and make loan payments.• Pay bills.• Locate our branches and ATMs.• Set up mobile alerts.• Send and receive secure messages.• Submit Commercial transactions such as Wire Transfers and ACH Payments and Receipts.• Other services currently available within Skagit Online Banking.
Security
Skagit Mobile Banking is integrated with the same comprehensive, multi-layered and multi-device security as Skagit Online Banking which includes the following:• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) • Temporary Access Codes• Secure Messaging• Security Alerts• Dual Authorization
Information will be cleared from the tablet or smartphone display and a timeout message will appear when your Mobile Banking sessions end.
Fees
There is no charge from Skagit Bank for these services, but message and data rates may apply. Check with your communication service provider regarding any applicable fees. Availability is subject to cell phone carrier restrictions. Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including service outages affecting your phone, wireless or internet provider; technology failures; and system capacity limitations. Any time you review your balance, keep in mind it may not reflect all transactions including recent debit card transactions or checks you have written.

App used to work great, now for the last several weeks it has barely worked. Screen stays on loading page. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, so far no problems. Hopefully the rest of the Banner Bank transition will be better than this.
I Used to Love this app. Now, not at all. Seems that since Skagit is now being moved to Banner, the app has been put on the back burner just like the customers. I have no idea what is happening with my banking because no one will answer my legitimate questions with anything other than "everything should be a smooth transition." I'm very saddened and will be taking my business elsewhere.
LOADING SCREEN FIX Just wanted to share I had the same problem my app has forever been stuck in the loading screen. Uninstall your Skagit app then find it and reinstall in the app store. It worked for me my very first try - hope this helps.
wont load now!! you did some update now my app wont work. there are many others with he same issue and the development team refuses to say or do anything. Samsung g8+
my app wont load anymore. you try to log in and it just sits there spinning saying loading. it would be nice to get into my account
It's being two weeks now that this app it's just not letting me get in to check my account, it says that the app has stop and won't go from there.
It worked great until 3 days ago. I hit the app button and it kicks me out before I even get to the login screen

I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I try to use the app ever since the last update.
Since the last update the app stop working. It kicks me out everything I put my pin number. Arg!
Used to work, now it doesn't and bank doesn't care
The app doesn't seem to be updating or is glitching because from the dashboard to the account details, they show different information.
Was great but continually says unknown error, or network connection error which i know is not the case, before it was 5 stars.

Used to work wonderfully for me now i can't log in and I am inserting the right passwords, very disappointed with this app, please fix it asap!!!
The layout is easy to use as well as optically pleasing. This makes using the sight less stressful.
All I get is a message saying an unknown error has occured. I can't log on!!

Good personable bank but such a weak app. So far behind, often unable to reach its server so i cant use it and doesn't offer half the features my credit unions app does. Would've given it a 0 but the play store wouldn't let me.
I like the improvements to the Skagit Bank app it's much easier to navigate, and I have full access and control to all of the regular online features of my banking account.
I was with Skagit State Bank in the dark ages (early 80s). I left. Recently returned to you. Nothing but praise for the Bank and this app. People, tech and appearance is fantastic.
App used to be great and functional. It had some minor bugs but nothing huge. Ever since about 2 weeks ago it just is forever stuck on the loading screen. Sadly completely worthless now. Hopefully this isn't what we will get from banner when they take over fully
