Skånetrafiken
The app makes it easy to buy and plan travels in Scania and to/from nearby counties and Denmark. The tickets are valid on regional trains (Öresundståg, Pågatåg and Krösatåg), regional buses, city buses and on demand traffic. In Denmark the ticket is valid on Öresundståg, the Metro, S-trains and Movia’s buses.
Payment is made with a card issued by MasterCard or Visa or invoice by Klarna.
You can buy one or more tickets in advance and decide yourself when to activate each ticket. You must activate the ticket before you begin your journey.

Permission to identify accounts on the device is used by the subscription service with push notifications for traffic information and permission to full network access, run at start-up, prevent device from sleeping is used by the mobile ticket. Permission for GPS position gives possibility to search journeys from your present position.Permission to retrieve running applications is used to minimize internet traffic prevent battery draining when the apps widget is used to show real-time traffic information.

The app does what what it should do. But on the Samsung S9+ with german as primary language setting, the app show a mixture of swedish and english. When I change the phones settings to english, then the app displays english as well. A separate possibility to set the app to english on a german language phone is missing.
When buying a ticket for a longer distance travel, the active time is not always enough. Which puts you in a position risking paying a fee for something that shouldn't even occur when using the app. And with no way to show what trains you've taken for the ticket checker.
This used to be a great app. It's unfortunate that it has been decommissioned. Lost a few unused tickets 🙁 Buried in the app description: "Reseplaneraren is Skånetrafiken’s old app. The app is being phased out and will disappear completely on the 15th of December 2019. You can already download our official app ‘Skånetrafiken’ to get access to even more smart functions."
Decommissioned! But was: Easy, quick and accurate. To the point UI without fuss.
On Samsung S9 it's not possible to verify an already registered Visa Card (by valid thru) and it's not possible to add a new Visa Card, neither by BankId nor by "Dosa". So payment is not an option in this crappy application! Gör om, gör rätt!!!
2 apps and they both work as bad? it's useless since I cannot buy any ticket with Klarna.
Main problem would be that it doesnt work - just as the rest of the disfunctional mess called Skånetrafiken.

Won't let me update my card = can't buy tickets.
Not all people with JoJo cards live in Sweden. Some us visit family regularly & would like to top up online before travelling. I hoped the app would let me top up but nope! Very awkward app. Too long explanations & not enough features.
So I changed my phone. However it is no longer accepting my Visa Debit Cards anymore So now I cannot purchase an electronic ticket

Stopped working when updated to Oreo. Critical fix needed, specifically when other application is inferior in function, and I use it for digital tickets
My only complaint is that there is no smooth transition from your itinerary to your active ticket. Far superior to the new app, which is a complete nightmare!
Train times not ever accurate. Doesn't show cancellations. More useful to physically go to a station. Useless app. Would definitely not recommend.
Since last few days, the train timings and platform numbers are not displayed accurately. Thrice in last week, I had to change platforms in a hurrry after the app displayed wrong information. Even today, it is not showing information for the train timings and platforms correctly. Please fix this.
Suddenly the payment by card function is no longer working. Card company asks for MM/YY, says it's done and then does not continu to issue the ticket. Re-installing, resubmitting CC details and different card does not make a difference. What happened to a well-functioning app?
Can't signup as it needs an SMS that I never receive (UK mobile with +44).

It's very easy to purchase a ticket you don't want, and the app offers no way to undo accidental purchases. The TOS explicitly states that because the law does not force them to offer returns, they refuse to implement the option. I guess you don't need good customer service when you're the only train in town? Disappointing.
Does not save favourites or any other data for that matter, which means a lot of manual labour when changing phones. It is 2017!
Worked on old phone but now the verification sms never arrived to my Danish number. Tried different variations, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Contacted their customer support but they can't do anything. Please fix it ASAP!

Can't pay by card, got an error message "this card is not accepted"
Does not work to buy tickets. "Android version not supported" on my Pixel 3a. When clicking buy ticket it tells me to reinstall the app. I am using a Google branded phone as vanilla as they come. Please... You are forcing me to be excluded from riding the city bus when taking away the old cards as well which has been my backup (I hate to use cards). Also forcing me to use your machines at certain stations... Worst app ever.
