I have an account on this app, I have rewards so I redeemed them 2 Days ago but when I click on an item it takes me to a blank page. I can't use my rewards and they expire in 8 days. I even emailed the developer but no response yet. Skechers are my favorite shoe to wear. The closest store is 2 hrs away. The app is more convenient for me. If this app doesn't get fixed, you will be loosing a customer. Well I've talked to customer service, I've called corporate, and I sent an email to the developer

Love the shoes, they've been my go-to for the last few years, but the app needs some work, if I'm filtering my shoes for extra wide, I want to be given ONLY extra wide options. Also, it takes a little too long to load when filtering

I have never had any problems with sketchers except for the slow on the shipping plus I won't pay $20 for the fast shipping that's way too much. Everyone that has a problem with there app are so dumb y'all just need to get a better phone because it could be your phone like iphones they don't work with apps I have a brand new Motorola one 5g ace never had problems. Only problem that I'm having now is that I can't view the shoes it's not showing up like it was y'all need to fix it or update it.plz

Just downloaded and made an account. When shopping, I clicked on some shoes, and the item pages wouldn't load. So basically, this app isn't functional, as there's no way to purchase anything.

Was using the app just fine loved to be able to order my shoes offline but now I've a sudden I load up the app and I can see shoes I click on a pair that I want to look at closer and nothing will load up I think you need to fix your bug fixes

I loved using this app, until recently. Now. I'm not able to see the product details. I select a particular product, so I can look at & choose a color but it just gives me a white page. Very frustrating!!!!! Please Fix!

Something is wrong with this app. It keeps loading and a blank screen is flashing. I have tried for two days to order shoes for my family, but I may just get them somewhere else at this point.

Use to love the app. Just updated and when I click on a shoe to see the size, it goes to a blank page.

Love shopping with skechers! Free shipping is the best so when i see one item i like and can afford at the time i can buy it without having to worry about having a certain amount to get the free shipping! Also app is super simple to use! It does take like a week to deliver but you get what you pay for and could be longer!

I can't buy shoes on this app. I used to be able to, however everytime I click on a pair of shoes the page goes blank. This bug needs to be fixed. I even tried to Uninstall and reinstall the app, played with my wifi settings, ensured my phone is updated - nothing. The issue is with the app itself. Your loosing business - I wanna buy shoes not available in the store.

Item pages won't load what-so-ever. I tried on wifi and 4g, nada.

Sure would like to buy some skechers. Unfortunately everytime I try to check out it says unable to use my card. It's a discover card. Your website says you take discovery cards. Guess I'll just somewhere that wants my business.

Disappointed cause the app doesn't work that well for my new tablet. It allowed me to browse for shoes and view them great but when I wanted to click and view individually it had an error. I will try my phone I guess until they come out with a tablet version like some stores have. I have a Samsung tab a 10.1 if that helps!

Hadn't used the app in a bit so not sure when these things were broken: reason for 2 stars is I tried to do an order and after briefly switching to another app after entering shipping and half my billing info the app refreshed itself and sent me back to the home page. The app is also broken in dark mode for a number of screens, most notably search: search box is white text on white bkgnd and search results are dark gray on slightly darker gray. Better off with mobile web site for now.

I was unable to log in to my account. It worked on the web but not in the app. I checked the email and the password and they were correct but the app didn't accept it. Please fix these issues, because I love shopping your shoes, and I was gonna install the app to buy shoes easily, but I will have to use the browser. But I still will buy your shoes.

I have downloaded this twice, and it does not open. Just sits on the white screen. I have better luck on line than through this app. Update 7-22: App opens and so far is working. Upgraded to 4 stars. Would give 5, but want to make sure it works regularly.

Huge fan of store products. Avid and frequent online shopper who found this sasy to utilize for searching products. However, extremely cumbersome and ineffective in checkout. Checkout requires multiple confirmations that are unnecessary. Have never been successful completing a purchase via the app. Successfully utilized website. On multiple occasions, this poor function has lead me purchase a similar item elsewhere or not at all.

Misled. Wanted to use afterpay, but using the app, it never came up. I assumed after I entered all my information, it would. But, unfortunately. It processed the order, giving no option. I tried to retrieve it, but, couldn't. Can't contact anyone either. I will not be ordering again.

The app downloaded just fine but won't open beyond the initial white screen with 'Skechers' written in blue. I just uninstalled and tried all over again with no change.. Not exactly pleased at this point.

I am new to the app and like it so far. However, I am dismayed that I cannot favorite a shoe without selecting a size. If you don't have my size in stock, I can't favorite the shoe. I would like to favorite the shoe regardless. When I come back, I can see if my size is in and order it.

No thanks at this time in my life . I have to keep my mind soul& shoes that fall apart as, Health is a big deal in my life you can't put so much on one body that materialistic things aren't even worth it. I am a woman who has been a athletic person my hole life. A angel put my feet in dancing do to I already was listening to music when I was just 5yrs. Jass tap in ballet literally stuck with me until I was 16 years old. So thank you for seeing the if you're feet are not happy we can't even stand

Horrible app. None of the descriptions will load, so how in the world can you buy anything here?

I downloaded this app. It's showing the white screen. I gave it one star cause it's not showing it deserves 5 star for this app. Fix this problem!!!! I would like it to work so when I'm on the go...I can look what's on there and order than waiting till I'm at home on my laptop. Very disappointed with this app.
