Horrible program. To look up a student you may have to use their first name. Try to send an email to a whole class and mystery non-students appear. Parents MAY have an email listed, but that does not mean that the email is connected to the student's account, meaning that they do not receive attendance and grade updates.
The fingerprint scan doesnt work, I have to manually type in my password everytime I need to sign in. When viewing the grade book, it also doesnt allow me to scroll through the latest assignments.
The worst app ever. It's supposed to make my job as a teacher easier however it does just the opposite. This app will never open for me yet I've deleted and re-download it several times. Frustrating.
I am a student and I help the teachers enter in graders. The concept is pretty easy to understand and once you learn how to use it (one day) it becomes vary easy to use , I entered in 3 classes in 40 minutes today
App is not allowing me to add a different school. Entered my oldest son's school and it gave a no longer valid msg but kept prompting me to use my pin or fingerprint instead of changing to my other son's school. I will change review when the app actually works for what I need. As of now, I cannot log onto the app for any of my 3 children.
Difficult to use. I've just downloaded this app and have been looping through the sign in section. It keeps sending me back to the sign in then ask me for my fingerprint then back to the sign in.
Helps parents, students and educators communicate effectively while displaying student's progress. Having the ability to take attendance at the touch of my fingers on my mobile device saves time.
This app is no longer working I'm not sure why but i never had an issue before but since the end of October the app doesn't even open properly. I enjoy using the app more than the website and I'm so upset I could no longer use it
I would really give it no stars. Ever since the update like a year ago, the app has not been working. If you make it to the sign in page it won't let you sign in.
App hasnt worked for days on my android system phone. I have unistalled and reinstalled multiple times and it wont open- just closes! When will there be an update????
The app is stuck in a previous semester and there is no way to change it. So much for taking attendance using this app. Currently useless.
I like using app bc it puts the information at my fingertips. Also, I love the fact that it highlights students birthdays, which helps me form connections.
Very useful for attendance qnd on learning names. Difficult to enter grades; it shoukd be possible to enter via Gradebook as I do on a larger vomputer.
New update. Now my login credentials (which I have verified online to be correct) do not allow me access to my account.
1/2/20 Fix the latest update. App doesn't open and force closes every time you try to open it.
It always says current session is no longer valid and was a waste of time and storage to get.
App is opening again. Functionality is still extremely limited compared to the desktop site.
The site keeps crashing after I log in. Just reinstalled the app and still can't log in.
Ever since my galaxy updated this won't work i emailed support a copy of the error and they are useless

This app saves my time and allows me to have access to student data on the go. 😍
It keeps telling me that my current session is no longer valid and also it's not letting me log in 😫
After the update the app crashes 100% of the time .
This update fixed everything - so I appreciate that. It works again, and that is important. It's still wonky with entering grades, it doesn't line up the students with the correct assignments at times, and I can't just enter a grade easily, you have to use a slider. But I live it for attendance - even if it desyncs at times. But it works for my job, so appreciated.
