Terrible app, very slow to load and very slow to add information. My company has made me usemit more and more. I would open it up in the morning and it would take aged to load and then tell me that it can't so have to close the app and start again, would do this every time I opened it. One menu I go to takes 10 to 15 seconds to load the page and then same to go back to the previous page, and that all adds up, when your coming to the end of your shift. As usual, these things require more time

Tbh it doesn't deserve any stars. Worst app I ever had to use. Takes for ever to load, crashes and then you have to uninstall, then re-install only to be ask to put in your correct password and username. Which was correct. Message states your username or password is wrong. My organization made it sound so fantastic but not impressed. It's a nightmare. This app is forced on us and no help what so ever. This only puts extra stress on workers who work in a stressful job as it is. Please fix it.

Have to use it for work. Doesn't register you've started a job, takes forever to open a job, won't save records, won't save kilometres. And they sell this?

This app sucks. If it wasn't for my job requiring this trash app, I wouldn't need to download it - have it freeze - no new jobs/shifts pop up when I clearly get notifications - profile preparing for too long only for it to go back to the login page over and over again - uninstall - reboot - install again - and have the same results!!!

All this app causes me is stress! It crashes most off the time I try to use it, is it some sort of joke app? Causes everyone involved stress. I'd give it -5 stars but that's not an option. Many updates later, it is still crashing and pretty much useless! My mental health is suffering, time off for stress soon for me then

No longer working. Mrs needs this app for her work but since her employer told her to uninstall and reinstall to receive the latest update, it no longer works. Won't work on her phone anymore and doesn't work on mine either. Sister in law has same phone, works on that. I also have an older S4, works on that. Installs ok but when we try to log in we get this message 'Authentication error. Unable to authenticate. Please contact your administrator.' Any thoughts?

Garbage app to use on IPhone, laggy, crashes alot or simply doesn't load. Frustrating as hell when time is not on your side & you have to redo all your notes again. Doesn't sync properly either as ill complete jobs only to be told the next day by my office that they are still open. Too many patches & having to reinstall the app, Im glad I didn't pay for this, makes me feel sorry for my employer.

Thanks for the quick turn around. I see the issue resolved now after couple of times installation/uninstallation of app. The same steps dint worked before. Not sure what magic you guys did:). Finally my app started working. It helps us to debug our user issues. Thanks once again.

This is a one star because it won't let me give it no stars. The pain and suffering this program causes me is disgraceful. Poorly optimised, slow speeds, constant battery drain, poor interface, etc, etc. I have to use it for work, otherwise I would clense this bloatware from my phone.

Hard to set up, maps links never work, have been unable to log in for 2 days straight. Terribly inconvenient to use. it continues to run choppy, maps still dont work, app shuts down spontaneously. Not improving at all.

Update: I have Uninstalled & re-installed it and now it co.es back with "Authentication Error, you are not authorizes to use this app." Very poor app. It will not load. I keep getting "unfortunately Skedulo has stopped working" errors when it is loading up and then it crashes. Work requires it but I cannot use it.

This is the worst scheduling app I've ever used. It regularly undoes signing in or out of a shift so you have to redo the action. And it is currently thinking that I'm offline despite every other program having no trouble finding the internet.

Constantly crashes. Does not help to get my job done, it just seems like an app to scrutinise it's workers and time on jobs. You still need another person to input data for the job as well as talking to a manager and control operatives. USELESS!

Cant look at a full week of appointments at once Have to go into the patient information section for every change No Pt info a button on the bottom Can only refresh the agenda in monthly view Cant click on an appointment to cancel/change appointment GPS takes me to random addresses Often I mark 'in progress' and when I leave the house after a treatment it says I never checked in The app crashes at least 2x’s every day on my phone If you accidentally schedule something before 6am you cant fix

I can't even download the app! I was having so many problems with this app constantly crashing and freezing my whole phone. So I uninstalled it and I'm trying to re-download it but it won't even download onto my phone !

The most frustrating app I have ever used!! Crashes constantly have uninstalled and reinstalled about 10 times. Hate it. Constantly feel like throwing my phone against the wall when using this app.

It's horrible, the only reason why I'm using this is because it's forcing me to use it from my job. When I click on navigate Google maps from skedulo, it takes me to another address and I end up losing precious time to arrive on my appointments.

Horrible app, I can't believe my employer still clings to the delusion it's a good app. Frequent sign in issues, crashes, and on occasion shows my location as in another country.

The app is a very useful tool for work and it has a lot of useful features to help workers organise their work hours. The link to the Google Maps is one of my top favourite feature.

It is eractic type in hours and notes and it wipes it all out. Signitures don't work half the time. Cannot log out. Finally worked how to use it and mistakes I was making. Updated:. and all good now. Works fine.

Such a terrible app. Constantly crashing, takes forever to load anything. Only using it as some bright spark decided it was a good idea for our company. Seriously don't even try it. Find something else!

Doesn't record shifts properly

The app is extremely slow. It does not add to productivity.

Really bad... I mean really bad. It freezes, it doesn't update as I amend, it doesn't auto run...and more. I would never use it if my work didn't requires me to do so.

I want to give 0 stars Honestly, this app is so unreliable and so bad that I consistently have to waste hrs of my time deleting and reinstalling it, then entering treatments multiple times to have it give me an error message. Save your time and sanity and use another app. This one is junk.

Terrible app, constant crashes and log in/ out often bounces out as tho it was never done. 100% do not recommend, I am very disappointed as this looked like a promising solution for my employer

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Crashes all the time, is extremely slow. Will say you still have to accept jobs when up already have, wont start travel time half the time either. Overall it is terrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

If I could give this app a negative rating, I would. I'm constantly left logged onto shifts that I logged off ages ago. Signatures disappear so frequently that I get my clients to sign twice just in case. Things vanish! Its just the WORST!!!

This app breaks down almost once a week. Even when uninstall and reinstall, it keeps saying authentication error.

Does this app even work? Crash, uninstall, crash, uninstall, crash, uninstall... continually freezes when it opens up to a scheduled event.
