HARDWARE – SKF Shaft Alignment Tool TKSA 51 and TKSA 71: The SKF TKSA 51 and TKSA 71 systems use a pair of measurement units that are combined with laser transmitter and detectors to measure and correct shaft alignment with high accuracy and reliability. The data is transferred in real time through Bluetooth® 4.0 LE to the app.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This app is designed to be used with the SKF Shaft Alignment Tool TKSA 51 or TKSA 71 hardware. The SKF TKSA 51 or TKSA 71 can be purchased separately from your local SKF Authorized Distributor.
The TKSA 51/71 and its Android application are compatible and supported with the following devices:

I am using Samsung A71. The display cannot rotate vertically,for example main interface,at my friend Iphone showing the display in vertical view,but mine is always in horizontal view. Same when during alignment,it should be in horizontal view but mine always in vertical view. Had it uninstall several times,same thing happen. My phone autorotate mode already on. Also same thing happen. Can pls advise? Tq
the product it self is awesome. but the app doesn't want to change from mils to thou for some reason. everytime I look at the settings they are set up for thou but once you measure it reads in mils. very frustrating. is there a fix for this?
No live reading available for vertical adjustment.so we have to set the angle (rotate the shaft to +-90,0) again and again.but in horizontal live reading is available.kindly add vertical adjustment live reading feature.
This app works well on an iphone but will not givey live readings with my Android phone. Hopefully skf will fix and update
It keeps on crashing for Samsung A3. I hav tried with a second A3, same problem!

this alignment tool get too manu mulfunction the arrow point to a direction while the numbers shows the opposite and i cant do vertical and horizontal adjustment together at the same time with out rotating the shaft 90 degrees , the bracket is not rigid even air breeze can alter the reading specially with bigger equipment with bigger shafts the i needed to use the extention rods
Awesome tool but the app crashes and I lose all the information I put it and not able to send a full report back
The app does not connect to the tksa 11. It cannot detect the hardware. I tried with 3 different Android devices. All couldn't find it. But this app is well developed on iOS. So please purchase an iPad or iPhone along with the shaft alignment tool.

Hi Guys, I have installed this app on a new Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 today which comes with Android 11 and I am using it with your TKSA 51, but for some reason the app doesn't allow taking photos in situ, I mean, it does allow you to take it, but the photo doesn’t get uploaded/saved in the report. The app only allows you to upload photos previously taken/saved in the tablet. Certainly we can live with that error, but technically the app is not running as it should. I believe this is a bug in the new Android 11 operating system not supported by your app. I have another tablet with an older version of android and it works perfectly fine with the same app version 1.10.3. Can you please review and get back to us ASAP. thanks.
