Team, the idea is good. But need to seriously work on improving the quality of the app.It looks like a pilot version of the app and the testing team need to improve.I could select only Trivandrum district in location selection. Conduct some drives, bring in more service providers from every district. There is always scope of improvement, may be there could be availability calendar of the service providers or else this is going to be same as calling any other local servprov and keeping on request

It's not easy to set the location during signup process, i have to search with place keyword, tried different keywords and finally understood the nearest location but stil not sure that is the nearest for me. It should be like dropdown list and choose option, so that common people can easily proceed. Hope this will correct soon.

Hi, I appreciate for developing such a app and periodically it's very helpful. My self as a service provider , I would like to indicate some opinions. 1.One time all cirtification .(now have to repeat as per add on services) 2.single page or one time Multi skill registration should be easier and user friendly. 3. Options for Additional certification like experience or any awards..Etc 4.Avoid delay in generating ID.

The bugs related to uploading certificate still remains the same on the latest update also. Certificate (jpg file 116kb) after try to upload, it says: process has been failed. Tried more than ten times. Please try to resolve it on the next update.

Three Star is for the concept. It's good, however Service Providers are yet to register themselves hence not usable. Your Marketing team should try to bring in/motivate different types of Services Provides in every locations.

Application is good things but Not getting responds from customer care executive ..I told I have to tell more about this Application.. I couldn't change my number and I have to say something more.. some there should be add more categories.. like Office assistant Data entry operator's If you give a small space 300 characters writing option for service provider Bio he can write something about his personal other skills not in this category..so it's helpful for customer can understand

Almost 1yr now still not approved, I think this is a useless app. They are not checking frequently the updates, time wasting.

I just know about this app recent news paper ad.I just visit it to register as a customer for a plumber during this lockdown time. Accidently I notice the fitness trainer job registration, I am also a fitness trainer.So I registered here as service provider.This app very useful and user friendly.During this era we need this type of app. Thanks to our govt for this app.

Must appreciate this kind of innovations to support jobless people. Good kickstarter app for gulf returned people. Needs some improvement like showing available workmen in a bit distant places also. Hope will be cleared in later updates.

I am unable to login as a service provider. If I do sign up, says that user created!! Thanks for the kind response. The issue has been resolved.

This app is free and very Good 👍 one. But there's no advertisement any where in THIRUVANATHAPURAM. Other leading private online service providers have quick response. But they have service charge. So to make known to public give advt. in daily newspapers. by JAITECH ENGINEERS

Just installed. Need to see how it will flourish. Looking forward to seeing other services like Export Import, Typist, Computer Operator, Stenographer etc. Is that not relevant here?

Concept is good. Many people make fun of it. Many people near my place actually simply registered. They are not professional in that area

Please include all main locations in each district. Also app has to improve alot. Good testers has to test this before publishing to public. If customer feel it ia not worth, the we will ho away feom the app soon.

The app is very helpful for all, but don't simply register,should add any additional feature that to be very compulsorily done by those who register.

Since this app is from the Govt,the Govt should ensure that more service providers should register. Plus government rates for each job should be given in the app so that there is no over charging when no overcharging then people will appreciate it and the app will be a success.in my place I checked nobody yas registered as agricultural worker.

I give 5 star now....coz I had an issue in the beginning...very soon it was solved and was provided with a skilled mechanic...Thank you for this endeavour during this tough time....

Good initiative.. I just booked an electrician to replace my inverter. The processor was very easy and pleasing. Very helpful in this Covid situation. Thanks to Kerala Government

No service providers are available in my place now. I hope you will work in getting more people registered as service providers across Kerala soon. Really a great initiative. Please give enough publicity so that customers and service providers can register.

This app not woking.Doownload and installing time waste.Very very very bad app.

Am not able to change the district. Its showing only thirupananthapuram. Its showing from the day I installed the app.

App crashing continuously. Cannot log in to it. Bookings also cannot be cancelled.

Concept is good. But cannot sign up. Cannot select the ward while sign up.

App is good but no service provider registered in almost all jobs. Responsible people should give good publicity for registering.

The idea is good, but the update doesn't work. When I try to create a user, it finds no data.

Best idea. Need promotion for to join more people.Request govt mla or mp to promote through thier fb pages.shailaja teacher or pinarayi vijayan can promote.panchayat registration can be removed for without certificate, through rating people can identify which worker is good . or after app became popular then can implement. while searching as a customer district only option is good(no need to select specific) then make a filter for specific area.otherwise difficult to search nearby localities wrk

The idea is extremely relevant and helpful, diagnosing drawbacks and updation with more features is necessary

This app is a same platform of finding skilled jobs and to find right person for the right job.

Should be able to give all details Bio about service provider..but there is no option and not getting any response from developer..
