Several times the price of the concept2, but slightly lower quality. Tweakability is less on the skillrow and it has a bit of an odd feel while pulling. The app does not make up for the price of the machine..
Once downloaded it linked up effortlessly with the mywellness app and connects easily to the rower. In fact I prefer the results tab on this app when looking at my weekly workouts. To all those mentioning a connect problem I found that if you make sure the app is always closed down from the last session before using and open it freshly for each new session then it will connect without any issues. At least it does for me.
Very disappointing. Doesn't connect, and when it does it doesn't pick up the workout. VERY disappointing, suspect its just a lack of attention to updates. Pity, its a decent look and feel. All negative feedback appears to hold true.
Of crashes at startup. It looks like something crashes when loading the periodical challenge. Fingers crossed the issue disappears when the new period starts. Until then, the app is just taking up space on my phone.
Awful. I've managed to connect this once and once only, another time I've managed to connect to another machine, so completely the wrong results. Currently the app doesn't work at all... just times out. Really dreadful.
Reoccurring and random synch issue - user trying to complete/take part in the recent Winsoms Falls challenge but app is not syncing all data from the Mywellness app, very frustrating and getting no response to the in app feedback I've sent...can you review and fix this?
app rarely connects to any of the rowers in the gym. when it does it is hit and miss if the stats are recorded in the tables. Just like some of the other apps by same provider
Poor. Trying to set up custom session. Spend time doing so, only to see that once you click Save, all distances have been reset to 1000m and all split times to 2:15/500m. Utterly pointless.
The update before was bad but this one is awful. It doesn't connect at all, the machine does not even recognize my phone. I mean come on, it's like it's been totally untested. Junior stuff
It is hard to connect, and once connected drops out and doesn't record the session. It is devastating and demotivating
With a name like "Technogym" why on earth is this app so damn awful? I echo what so many others state - the app will not connect to rower without considerable effort and / or luck. The publisher should think hard about removing this app and starting over. This product degrades all aspects of the user's experience, including the use of its gym equipment. Complete joke.
Still doesnt connect to the leaderbaords at nuffield health. This used to work untill the recent update. I've tried wiping data and reinstalling.
App doesn't work. It won't pair properly to my phone, it won't upload my scores on the leaderboard, it won't even save my workouts.
just had brand new rowing machines in our gym, was looking forward to trying out the features which we were told these all singing apps did. didn't connect to rowing machine, tried numerous times. have now removed app.
please could you help me. I am currently training for the Invictus Games, however, due to my phone being an old model I can not use the app to its full capacity. A trainer at my gym also has the same problem with his S7 but his colleague has a S9 and it works perfectly!
The app does not save the workouts. Lost many workouts. Very annoying. Please fix it.
Very poor, doesn't connect to rowing machine and when it does..at the end..it just hangs! Useless. Will reinstall if the Devs fix it.
App syncing activities just from another apps like strava, connect etc... but own activities are not syncing to this apps.. (strava, connect, etc.) Is it bug or just bad strategy?

Its not working. They sell Rowing machine for £3400 but can't invest money in good app. Useless app.
doesn't work on Samsung note 9. try to log in and comes up with 'dev error'

Awful, unreliable, badly designed waste of time. it connects about 50% of the time. If it does connect, it crashes at the end of the rowing session when you click that you have finished and just shows a spinning icon. It therefore doesn't save any data or send to the hopeless Mywellness app. As with all the Technogym equipment, this app is simply for show when Technogym sells the kit. It doesn't do anything to enhance training or motivation. it is just a source of irritation and distraction.
