1. What should I provide in trade url field when getting skin?Trade url is unique link which allows to send items in easy way. You can find your trade url at the bottom of this page: http://steamcommunity.com/id/me/tradeoffers/privacy
2. Why my transaction has been canceled?Transactions are being canceled when user provides wrong trade url or his profile is private.
3. My transactions is still pending, how long should I wait?Item should be arrived in few minutes if you have provided valid trade url. Sometimes it can take more time, but item will be arrived for sure at the latest within 24 hours.
4. There are only few items available, how often is the delivery of items?We refill inventory dozen times a day, if there are not items available, be patient, we refill inventory for sure.
5. What type if items are available for users?There are Counter-Strike: Global Offensive weapon skins, stickers, cases etc.
6. I do not received my points for installing apps of filling offers, what should I do? Generally, offers are handled by Fyber service and they are responsible for accepting offer completion and granting points. There is a instruction what user should do if he didn't received his points:
As long as the user can provide a prove of the completed offer, the reward will be paid manually by our user support. Users just need to click on the button "Support" in the top right corner of the offerwall."
7. My steam account is restricted from trading and I can't accept the offerYou should wait until restriction is gone and accept offer typically after time.If you want to cancel trade offer and receive your points back, you can use e-mail provided at the bottom of the page to message us about that with your trade url, item name and e-mail included.

Lets you get all the points you want(making them money) but once you want to withdraw a skin it makes you jump through enough hoops to be a dog... nah mate Im good thanks

Good app and nice updates, but the surveys never work all the surveys of all the offerwalls , but the other offers work we just need more big offers that get 1000-3000points like lords mobile... Etc And fix the surveys then i can say that this app is the best with 5stars
Nice app but the offerwallis worst they give credit like 1 out of 10 times . Only good thing i got 3 skins from this app . Please improve offerwall.

It FINALLY realised that I did the task needed and from then on its worked amazingly!
Worst app for me..i have used many similar apps..one task in this app gave 3k points which only give 0.6$ itema but the same task gives 3k coins in another app and give w$ worth of items...this app are just cheatera
After the update you can't get anything unless you complete a weekly task which they won't let you finish!
There's a lot of offers that don't end up giving you the points and you need to end up contacting support for the reward. I wish you guys can just remove the ones that don't work and replace them with actual working offers, because it's such a hassle of having to contact support every time the offer doesn't pay up. EDIT: It's still like this.
Only fyber offers that's work, the other doesn't work at all, it was fine and all until fyber stop giving offer (been 3 weeks now). Now I can only get credits through watching video. Though I have a good run with it (got like 4 skin XD)

like all the offers doesnt work and you can still watch videos and daily reward but you have to do at least one offer than in a week wich you cant and thats why this app is bad

I have had this app for about a year now but recently all of the offerwalls have stopped working for me and I can only use the daily bonus and videos to get points. Good app tho.
