I have been doing the courses daily and I haven't noticed a difference. I have been using for 2 weeks now but I have only lots like 2cm of fat around my thighs. Also I've cut chocolate, sweets and junk food out of my diet completely. There are also to many adds/popups I know you can pay to remove them but sometimes they cover up the content that's on the screen. It's also nothing like the pictures you see advertised.
The second star is because the workout plan is actually very valid...when I can get access to it As an app, perhaps the worst workout app ever tried. My experience: the only workout I can access is the beginner one (I'm way past that); if I try opening the other plans the app stops working and immediately crashes; if a notification comes through my phone, the workout starts again from the beginning, without option to move forward; annoying music that you can mute just whilst into work out.Too bad
The excercises are not even to each leg. There is one single leg circle or one leg lift but doesn't do the other side. Also arrange exercises so you do all the standing ones and then all the floor ones. This could be a great app if you fix these things.
Just got this app so for thoose who want to know how good the app is I'm rating it per day Day1:thigh size 54.5cm no result really tired and hard Day2:Way to many ads if you click a button at least 2 ads will pop up please fix. Still no results and equally hard Day3:feeling much better and not as sweaty Day4:Sometimes it has workouts with only one leg and doesn't switch to the second leg so I have to pause it myself Day5:Much easier than last 4 days, feels like normal workout Day6:same as before
First day. I really like the idea and have done well with others in this series of apps. Oddly this exercise wasn't even on each leg. Will have to see on future days how it goes. I just did the missing exercises after it ended to even it up.
Full of bugs , it crashes a lot. Doesn't have complet exercise for both sides, if you press info for an exercise it skips that one! The tips for food don't open. In short ,there are much better apps.
exercises are good but sometimes only provides animation and time for one leg instead of both. Also not sure what timezone it works on because I set my reminder to pop up in the evening but it comes in the middle of the night.
EDIT: You made it WORSE! Now you cant even click out of the ads! $3.99 to use? Uninstall. Zero stars. This app is a scam. Only an idiot would use it. ORIGINAL: Just starting but there are SO many ads, i can barely tell what going on with the app itself.There are so many annoying ads, it makes you ask "why bother with this one when there are so many other free workout apps?" Im going to give it a chance bc people said they saw results but geez... start-stop-start-stop-start-stop..
This app is very helpful. It has levels of difficulty so everyone can be challenged. Perfect for a before-summer tune-up. I'm already feeling stronger and I'm only on the third day. Love it! Love it! Love it.
the app is great , i love that you get rest in between exercises nd there is also an option to skip the rest if you feel you dnt wanna rest but continue with the exercises . i love the background music ..totally cool
It is goid set but some exercises missing the rugjt side so you just have left side and then need to pause it to to the right side and also is missing a rest in between exercises. It goes too fast too.
Amazing app. I have seen results in months and you just have to keep up with the pace. Gives you meal suggestions and more.
Wonderful app. If you opt to work hard then this app is best for you. Very painful if just started exercising, but really effective. I hope I might reduse my thigh measurements
excellent app it definitely helps you lose weight on your thighs. Every time I finish this work out I'm always sweaty!
this app is really good apart from it doesn't tell you to switch leg sometimes but overall, it's really good
sometimes they do not bring same excersise for both legs. apart from that it is an amazing training program
Thought it was one of those bogus app, but after completing my first workout it's a five star . i love it , i love it, my thighs are on fire.
nice and hard!! each exercise is clear and easy to understand. 60 seconds per exercise and U FEEL IT❤❤❤

Makes it easy and fun to start and motivate yourself to keep going. =)
It was tiring and jard work to do this work out you can repeat it and exersise really hard and get those thighs skinny you just got to try💙💜
Pushing myself to achieve more reps. Only downside is the rainbow leg only does one side so have to pause to do other side
for.. beginners.. it's an awesome app.. one must download this app.. if they r looking to lose weight.. n embrace their body..

Its only day 1 of using the app and i thoroughly enjoyed the crisp workout session. I agree there are ads in between, but they are well timed giving you ample time to switch between postures. My only suggestion would be to sequence the exercise to standing set, sitting set, side postures, supine and prone. That way we avoid a lot of internal injuries caused due to rapidly changing posture after every exercise in a rush to keep pace with the hurried music.
