Skip Ads Pro

I'll leave a negative review since the app stopped working consistently. It used to work 100% of the times flawlessly but now it seems that Youtube changed something, I dunno and this app didn't keep up with it. Some times it dosn't mute, or skip or both! Some times it does, go figure. I paid for the pro and I fell like I need an update on this to make it work like it used to.

this app does what it says, but also does more than what it says it will. not only mute your ads but mute your videos. it's more of a hassle to close the video and go back then it is just to skip the ads. I'd love it if it worked as it should but it doesn't, I'm on a v40 so shouldn't be any issue.

For a payed app it sure does... Almost work half the time. There will be a solid week where its going strong. Sometimes it mutes the first 5seconds of a video when it shouldnt, but no big deal. Then at the end of that glorious week Its just off and wont turn back in no matter howmany times i give it accessibility permission.... And then it will randomly work again. Untill it doesnt. I guess its kind of nice to see all the adds ive been missing.

I locked the app but it still keeps turning off!! I have to reset the app in the accessibility settings at least 3 times a day. It's realy annoying. Otherwise it does what it promises but there was no need to buy the full version, the same app is in the google store for free. I only bought it because I thought it wouldn't turn off like the other app. Waste of money. Also, this app has no support, there hasn't been a single update since I installed it.

App does not work more often than not, sometimes uninstalling reinstalling gets it working with the noted mute lag bug but then stops altogether, not very professional for a pay pro app. Also slows tablet processing to a crawl to the point of uninstalling to get it to move like normal, will try reinstalling (again) but if this keeps up may have to axe for good.

Useful edit: "Auto Skip Ads Youtube" does what this offer for free + more and actually works with an option to donate. If possible refund this and consider giving your 2$ to the working product! :) Doesn't actually mute which is the entire point if paying 2$, the free version does what this does already. Might as well edit ontop, claims to work on current version and up to date, this is entirely false this is just a huge SCAM.

Works flawlessly for skippable ads, however unskippale ads get muted but volume doesn't get put back to normal after ad is over, thats the only problem with this app otherwise its flawless. Update- Ive noticed increased battery consumption after installing this app, i suspect its the cause. i will uninstall for a week and update my review if i see a difference.

When I activate this app in accessibility - the app continues to say that I need to activate it again & again. It does not recognize the activation! I locked it in my device, whitelisted, used not optimized and also used Duraspeed from my device. This application obviously has malfunctioned and urgently needs updating or something. I even uninstalled & reinstalled, restarted my phone and still — NOT WORKING! [Oukitel k9] Android version 9

I really prefer the original one, because the skip ad pro is like $3.50 nzd and that is really not worth it, also whenever I'm just listening to YouTube, not watching it then there's an ad the app would mute it and I would have no idea whats going on because I wouldn't hear anything. I really do think they should allow us to disable the mute feature and add some other features such as showing us the total amount of ads skipped and auto playing the next video

🥰 The BEST $ 1.99 I have ever spent!! This app works flawlessly - the obnoxious YouTube ads are muted and skipped, and then it "taps" the skip button for you! I also works for any ads that pop up throughout the entire video ! This also eliminates the huge volume increase I get during ads (I guess muting will do that ...lol)!!! You don't have to do a darn thing but sit there and smile ... Enjoying the five seconds of silence and then back to enjoying your video!!!

muting adds is nice, but should be optional. It works fine on some devices, but volume doesnt recover after skipping the add on my OP6T, I have to manually increase it which became annoying. I bought this app to support the dev, but for now I am using the free version that doesnt mute adds.

Doesn't even cut the ad after so many seconds. I have to watch all the ad. All it does is cuts the sound. It also loses audio of the video for a few seconds after ad ends. Disappointing.

First 0.5s of the ad is not muted, and this happens every 5sec. So, if you can't skip an 15second ad, you will still hear some noises every 5 sec. Sometimes also misses ads that are in the middle or the end of the video. But overall, it is pretty good.

This app does exactly what it advertises, the only issue is that the YouTube app can't be running in picture in picture mode, but as long as the YouTube app is running as your "main screen" it works perfectly and I love it!

Doesn't work anymore. It's not turning the sound back up when an ad is over. Doesn't skip ads. Re-installed the app bcs it didn't do anything other anymore than to turn off the sound of the vid after ads.

Does great job but of course you can get other apps that cut out apps that don't even show the adds but with those you tend to not to get all the functionality you do with this app as you lose different functions with the apps that cut the adds completely out with app you don't and it saves you having to close the commercial yourself so great app and would recommend it!!

it is need some improvements, some time the sound of advertisement is present specially if the advertisement on the middle , some time the sound disappear and back. the idea of this application is very good but you need fix some issues.

I noticed that when I have the volume low or muted, after the ad is skipped, the app brings up the volume to about 3 quarters of the way and the video is really loud, what if I want to watch a video with no volume but only captions? (at night mostly) or I'm in public?

One word: Perfect. Sanity restored - without being cooersed into YouTube Premium. Personally, I never really like giving non-security apps accessability access, but I think this time, it was worth it.

I have a SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB SM-T700 tablet and Samsung galaxy A71 mobile phone, this is a 5 star app "when it works" after a few weeks/ it will stop working to the point where you "have to" uninstall the app and reinstall again to get it to work apart from that irritation every once and a while I love this app!

Makes YouTube bearable. I paid for the full version and it's fantastic. Ads immediately mute and disappear the second the skip option appears. Works great on Pixel4a.

Does nothing more than the free version, does NOT mute ads , I tried it on 20 and it didn't mute any of them , yes it skips them but so does the free version. Pointless upgrade , stick with the free version.

Doesn't work. Enabled it and tried to do everything I could to get it to work but the ads still play like nothing happened and there is no way to stop them. This app does absolutely nothing to stop the ads.

There is a bug. When the mute function mutes your phone during an ad, it wont unmute after ad is away. This problem seems to be occur when unskippable ads are over.

Love this app for helping skid ads. But, it is stuck on the accessibility warning message ever since I've installed on my phone post factory reset. Running android 10 on stock miui 11.0.6. No root, stock rom.

Works well. Thank you!!!!! Request one more feature. Youtube has an a nnoying "autoplay paused". If it could "click" that as well it would be perfect

Worked great until I kept getting an error that it must be activated in accessibility settings. It is. Galaxy Note 10+. Uninstall and reinstall fixed it.

It worked for me in the past but now, no matter how many times I give it accessibility permissions, it won't work. For a paid/Pro app I expected more. FYI: using MIUI 11. I will increase rating if it starts to work again.

This is a good app, but it has a bug, when it's activated and an Ad play this app will mute it after 2 seconds which i payed for mute option but it doesn't work properly. pls fix it Dev
