I would very much like an option to turn off the notifications for timeslots. Not all notifications but just those. Now on the the more annoying thing. As of the last update, it now opens itself. whenever it wants, phone dieing, trying to conserve battery till you get home, it opens. Trying to play a game and relax, it opens. Trying to navigate traffic in a big city using Google Maps, it opens. Make it stop, or give us an option to, cause this is ridiculous. Im considering not delivering anymore

Great concept but horrible design. Every attempt to contact someone the app closes and when a delivery is completed it's supposed to show you how much you made but the app freezes and closes. It's a bummer you can't take more than one delivery at a time especially when multiple deliveries are going the same direction and most of the time you don't make more than $8 nor receive tips. Overall the app would be excellent if the bugs and issues would actually be fixed like they say it has been.

Not very good but not bad either. If you allow push notifications for the app, when a notification does come through and you tap on it, it freezes. Also, it would be nice to be able to see the zones BEFORE you actually go online. On the flipside, I do like how you can see what the order pays before you pick it up and also how you don't have to be scheduled in order to work.

The app itself is overall good. It's easy to use. However, it doesnt always recognize that you're at the stores location but it does allow you to confirm that you are at the store, as long as it detects you being nearby. It does bombard your texts with pay updates but I just blocked those. The support chat is very simple to use and they respond fairly quickly, most of the time. The company is very slow to pay you. I had to chat with them almost daily for awhile to see when I'm getting paid.

Extraordinarily frustrating! The app provides a repeating litany of inaccurate reminders and warnings based upon its ineffective GPS integration. Reminders to head to the store location (when already on the way), warnings that your delivery will be reassigned to another driver (when already waiting at the store), and reminders to start your delivery (when already marked out at the delivery location) are three recurring examples of the various subsystems not communicating as they should. And more!

App constantly barrages you with repeating notifications, getting the same reminders several times an hour! Most frustrating is that many of these reminders contradict each other because they had not worked out good algorithms before launching. Also, when you are toggled offline (off duty) and have your notifications for the app turned off they will then barrage you with the same notifications in the form of automated text messages. Shady business practices afoot here if you ask me.

Not impressed and I haven't even had a chance to use the app. Signed up a while ago for a certain area but ended up not moving as planned. The service came available in my area and I had my profile switched to where I live. I booked some time slots on Wednesday for today, Saturday. The app stopped working on Thursday and kept saying "can't connect to server". It did that until this morning when I ger an email that my application is approved and my area is switched back to the original area.

I used to like this app but recently there has been no notification when app crashes, the cash out option is unavailable at least 5 days out of 7. Direct deposit is sketchy as when you may receive it. Could be two weeks after it was supposed to post. No notice when they stopped deliveries for Walmart. Pay is so low especially if your delivery address is 10+ miles out of town and the order is 50% heavy items. The notices that your order will be reassigned within five minutes is ridiculous.

This app has its good and bad within the app part I like that you can get orders Once you turn on the map to see where they located but the bad part is sometimes if you want to accept an order it says you're too far from the location and it won't let you take theorder unless you're close to the location just to try to pick up an order it would be better if it gave orders near your surrounding area were you able to accept the orders and be able to get to the places in Las Veges. Nv.

I never get my tips or bonuses. Skipcart support says they are in the payments but all payments come to qwil exactly the same amount as the order shows when it is complete. There us no "extra" tab on qwil to see tips or bonuses. Dont know where the tips and bonuses are but customers are having trouble tipping as well. They have to go to Walmart app to tip the driver. Maybe the tips for the drivers are going to Walmart.

Having some.issues when announcements are sent... I see the announcement in my notifications bar and try to open it... the app opens and I never see the announcement. Also since the Llast update the app restarts after every delivery is completed. many times.before I see what I made on that delivery. I wish the drivers could toggle back to booking slots when a job is accepted - that would help.

Excessive notifications. Way way to many. It was good until it got an update. Sometimes I get 5 notifications in 10 min saying it's busy. I go online and nothing. Also when I'm on my way to pick up many notifications saying to head to pick up when I AM HEADING ThERE !. Also drop off. I just pick up and not even 2 min later I get notified to head to drop off OBVIOUSLY!! I AM HEADING THERE. NO NEED FOR MANY NOTIFICATIONS THIS IS REDICULOUS

Im signed up to drive. I really like the concept of the app. However i do have a few reccomendations. The deliveries pop up on the map, bit are usually already less than 5 minutes from the pick up time. Often they pop up and it is already the pick up time. And the pick up will be 15-20 minutes away. Itd be better if they popped up with a bit more time. To me i dont want to accept a delivery thats already due to pick up and im 15 minutes away. Itd also be nice if it had a gps after you accept.

The app seems easy enough. My area is new so there are never any orders, I've literally seen one in 3 weeks? I can deal with that but the app works against you. You are logged off and won't be alerted to orders if you don't go open the app and stare at an empty map. The one alert I received, when I tried to immediately open it, was for an order unavailable, but they say you get one minute to accept before its offered to the next shopper ???

They do not pay on time. They have an immediate cashout option that never works . The app is constantly changing. You can no longer book slots. Have to refresh every 1t minutes and hope that you can get an order. It is no longer worth working with Skipcart.

the app doesnt really work. Downloaded it and it got stuck on the loading screen. So I exited, tried again and was still stuck. I unistalled the app and reinstalled with the same thing. Forced it to stop, uninstalled it again and reinstalled it again with the exact same issue. Cant even log in. Dunno if its the app or if its my phone but it just wont work.

Tends to freeze to often. Must uninstall, reset phone, then install again. Waisted time & lost businees.!!! 4 wks into the updated system, especially the 2 min window, every works much better except my typing & google mapps. Also, not enough options available; for example - driver gets wrong address, opt to return to store, thinking - mayde 3505, not 3605... Sooo, he says, "She lives in the next house." & I deliiver her order. But no way to go back to the signature page.

One of the worst delivery services to try and work for. It will tell you that there are confirmed deliveries during your time slot yet when your on the app there is nothing. They say there are extra bonuses for certain hours but I have yet to recieve my bonuses on these deliveries. Customer service isnt helpful at all and just tries to brush everything off like it's your fault. Well skipcart when you no longer have drivers willing to work for you Walmart WILL find a better company.

I can't take more than 1 order at once which wastes alot of time and gas. It constantly notifies about orders but says I'm out of range. I never get anything when I go to busy areas. It mislabels certain areas of the city. It keeps showing deliveries even if they've already been accepted by other drivers.

They are paying. But support sucks. I have to contact them every day about missing payments. They take forever to respond and when they do it's nothing useful; which results in it taking more than one day to resolve issues.You have no way of knowing if you were tipped or if Skipcart is keeping tips. They come up with rules out of no where, like if you are a stand by driver you don't get tips, should be illegal since the customer paid it. I have more to say but no room.

This app is complete garbage. 3 out of 5 times the order has already been picked up by other drivers after you've driven to the store 15 minutes early. The other 2 times you'll get a message from support asking why you've canceled a pickup when infact you are delivering the items.

Is this even legit? It's unfortunate how much value is put into this app, especially for the customers who depend on it due to their busy lives and schedule. Props to the drivers who still continue to help make this app in business but I feel like It could use a lot of work. Like, a lot! . . . I'd say, this app is perfect for people who live near the current locations that they offer delivery for but if you are nowhere near them, stay away and save your gas and mileage. (NO PRIVACY POLICY)

First of all, the newly updated app is great tho, need more works on GPS integration, breakdown of the earnings including the tips that the customers gives to the drivers. Another concern is their pay schedules is Zero. I have to pressured them so badly that I must get paid and the worst part is that they don't have a live agent to speak with. Always communicating by chat and that irritates me a lot. I don't have all day, week and time to chat about payment issues. Work on your app system.

Lately I'm accepting offers on the map. When I get to the pickup location. I'm getting informed that the food was picked up by the customer. Skipcart needs to offer a cancelation fee for wasting the drivers time to go to pickup location for nothing.

So I've been on here a while now and and at first they had a few issues to fix but as with all brand new businesses it takes a sec to work out all the bugs. Same with this app only they have fixed most of the issues and I have made some decent money with them. $100 a weekend isnt too bad for spare time cash.

Do something else if you want to get paid. I've done every driver/delivery service in the area and this is the worst. App is glitchy. GPS doesn't work. Had to follow up multiple times to figure out how/when I was getting paid. Does not pay anywhere near what promised. Don't waste your time

Nothing as I expected the app will show the highlighted areas where its suppose to be busy but I would never get a order. I waited about 30 minutes and still nothing. It also gave me a difficult time with the temporary login I messaged support, and they don't even message me back to give me an update when I wanted to delete my account. I would highly reccomend sticking with Grubhub or Doordash.

If I could give a negative I would. They don't pay worth anything to begin with and to add to it I've driven for them for over a month and they are still refusing to pay out. The owe me over 100 and every time I've contacted support they give me some BS. Don't use them. Dont drive for they. They are scam artists and will screw you out of money. Not to mention they will tell you a delivery is worth 15 and only put 11 in an account you cant get to. SCUM!!!!!

Recently signed up for skipcart only because my local Walmart for some ridiculous reason chose this service for grocery delivery rather than following suite using roadie like other Walmarts in the SC and GA regions. Received a message today that I was approved, and yo log in to start earning. Well I can't log in and when I contacted support, all I received were unhelpful vague answers. When I saw the 2.8 rating review on the Google play store it was alarming and now I see why.

It keeps telling me to download the new version after I already did it. Why is the new version not working. I uninstalled and re downloaded. Still says the same message. Also I get notifications that its busy I turn o the app and theres no orders.
