I really prefer the previous settings on the app. Since you've changed the app, it is really frustrating to use! I have to constantly go in and out the app, before I am able to load new information, such as meal times. I have type a description underneath a photo before I can send it. I am not able to see the parents separately... In other words... When I dm a parent, it sends the message to both parents... This can create problems.
Why is is that I am unable to open the app after the update..It's frustrating
This app is so useless. The helpdesk does not come back on time and cannot even assist on simple issues. Features keep deleting themselves and we are unable to communicate with teachers. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and now it won't even allow me in.
Eish. It's a mission to update this app. It keeps taking me back from where to select either to update now or later.
Even worst after update. 1. Message platform is useless. Unable to message teachers or communicate with other parents. 2. Constantly need to refresh / close app to get child's update. 3. Suggestion, pls roll back to previous version. At least some of the functions work.
This software has the best support team behind it. These people are dedicated to their product. I can only use 2 words to describe them: Awsome and superhuman. The Skooly team produces superhuman solutions to problems. If you use any other software, you will be giving yourself a big disadvantage. THANK YOU SKOOLY TEAM.
UPDATE APRIL 2021: The app is not letting me login. In a corporate worldthis app would have been decommissioned a long time ago!!!! My child's school still insists on using the horrid app. Messages from teachers disappear, the app is constantly updating marking old messages as new. Wouldn't waste 2c on it!
Auto Notifications not coming on a regular basis . Once you switch on the app, then it is appearing. Have checked my settings also.
All of my colleagues (teachers)unable to check in using our own mobile phone. Required admin staff to check in by using website. It is really inconvenience.
😒🚶♂️ seriously you guys ngavavuta close this app down the updated one just gave me a hard time today I have to restart the app for every update I had to make be it picture's ,temperature, learning, etc how pathetic.
Parents constantly have to delete and re download to get the app to work properly. I'm honestly looking for a better app

Really great App. Live updates of what my Cild is up to at School. Would recommend to every School.
Had little issue from the new update, contact the customer service and less than 24h the problem solve. Great job
Doesnt work half the time doesnt update properly notifications come threw late, a real pain!!!

This app is not show notification in time
Not user friendly. It resets the chat on every year-end. Why cannot one keep the chat conversations and pics? There isn't a gallery available collating pictures. It doesn't allow you to save on the phone. Long way to go... Notifications keep showing unread (115 anouncements)? It's stressful and triggers anxiety...
