SKOUT - Meet, Chat, Friend

The app has definitely gotten better, but I'm now experiencing NEW issues. Every time I try to open the app, it loads for a second, goes to the loading screen like I'll have to log in again, and back to the messages loading screen, and this pattern just continues on and on. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but to no avail. I will be deleting until these issues are fixed. They're literally make your app unusable 🤦‍♀️

This app was good when first when I joined to make some new great nice friends. But then I started having problems with it. It blocked/locked my first profile so then I joined it again and did a second profile and then it blocked/locked my second profile too for no reason since I did not do anything wrong. So I emailed the company/customer service and they said that it was was because of their new terms of service. So do not join this app since it is just terrible 😡☹️.

Send out a dang update. The app has been crashing for 5 days in a row!!! Update: still crashing often and now it sometimes doesn't show when a viewer sends a gift. It makes me seem rude bc I didn't say thank you. Your app is so broken.

Can't even use the app because the verification thing is impossible. There's no way skip past it and it forces you to put your face so close to the camera that it will always be blurry. But it won't let you past because the photo is blurry. I've used this app in the past so I know it's not worth the effort of contacting someone about how bs this is.

I'd give it more stars as I have met some great people through this app, including the mother of my children however, recently I can't even log into my account anymore. Where I try it just says there was an error and to try again. I have tried at least 50+ times. Even cleared cache, forced closed. Turned phone off and back on and even tried uninstalling and re installing the app with no luck. FIX THIS!

I have been logged out without any reason inspit of have right email and password.. Not its not give me any option to change password it shows you will let a email and from there you can change the password. But its been more than 2 hour i have tried numerous time but i have got one email to change password.. Very bad support system even after sending email no response

I cant use the app it was fine a day ago. When I open the app it shows the loading screen then it acts like it's going to work then nope back to the loading screen over and over repeating process. I cant do anything. Same thing with Instagram as well.

Update version is not good, even u can't see ex-message till you send a message to person. I have subscribed in this app. There isn't advanced search in premium ( ex. Height--weight.... Etc) so this is my last subscription if there isn't any improvements

My email keeps getting flagged for no reason!! I have been on this app for 3 years and I am a streamer! Today, I was watching a stream and then when I left the stream, everything was gone! My diamonds are gone, my faves are gone, my messages are gone and I could not join any streams. I uninstalled the app and now I cannot log back in or reset my password. Support team does nothing but copy and paste responses to emails! I am angry and confused and no one ever knows why! I am really tired of this

Downloaded the app sometimes it works sometime it doesn't as far as right now I'm trying to use the app and for some odd reason it's saying that it find any matches and then my messages won't load I'm having a problem with that as far as the app itself and the website please fix it it's a constant thing

I want to make friends, the apps even asks for what you want so why can't I filter that option to only talk with people who are also looking for friends? I don't wanna have to worry about people getting the wrong idea or jumping into a conversation with expectations seems like such and easy thing to add.

It's been few days. Consistently 4 days i couldn't log in to my account. I keep on sending emails to scout support.. Fixing my account in few hours then i couldn't log in again. It's my first time to experience this after how many years using this app was amazing now it's stressful

This app is cool but there's one major problem messages every message in my box is from a bot I get at least 30 messages a day from robots and you cannot cut off your messages like the rest of the apps let you cut off the messages and then it makes you check every message or else it would just keep telling you you have all these messages you guys know your app is full of bots and scammers let us turn our messages off so we don't have to be bothered with this every goddamn day

The app was cool back when it worked. Now I get notifications, but norther how I try to access the app I get stuck in a loading and then kick and app fail cycle until finally it simply freezes on the main skout logo. Please release a hot fix.

This app wouldn't be bad if they would actually do something to thin out the scammers constantly sending messages. Seriously, they'll send out the exact same messages from hundreds of accounts. If you report too many, they'll ban your account. And having your phone constantly going off gets really annoying when it's nothing but bots and scams.

There are some problams when creating new accouts. 1. There are few countries code. It should be maximum . 2. When creat new account the system go to verify it but after few seconds showing massege " an unexcepted errur occoured. 3. Kindly resolve these problams please.

This app has been down for 8 months and you guys are not even trying to fix it you can't log in at all and we're telling you about it and your still not trying to fix it so just delete the app entirely since it can't be accessed at all just get it out the app store

This app is becoming more of a nuisance than functional. Skout is force opening my google app store taking me to various apps to download, WITHOUT me even clicking on any of the ads within the app itself! What the heck, Skout!! Stop controlling my phone like that! Can I not even look at a profile without being forwarded to my app store? Lately with this behavior, the Skout app is more akin to nag-ware than actual software. FYI, there are better ways to monetize than this kind of shady approach!

There could definitely be some improvements it glitches alot goes all the way back to the top when you click a profile and puts whatever it wants on your profile like what your religion is and your ethnicity and glitches and show you what your not looking for out of and takes forever to change your profile picture or your name if you want a cute nickname and it glitches alot saying you have no messages and it just won't work The app sometimes so please improve it.

Too many bugs. Nothing loads properly, the filters don't even filter the correct results. Everytime when I refresh the page, the same people, same accounts appear. No one else!! HONESTLY JUST GET RID OF THE APP LIKE YOU DID TO Skout+ and Boyahoy+. I'm surprised that the website is the only thing that actually works likes it's supposed to.
