I spent over a month trying to get the app to work properly. Two fix tickets, and attempting to log on from a computer to navigate their dashboard as instructed by their so called customer support. All for nothing. The app won't work to transfer anything, and any attempt to log in from a computer ends with a "something went wrong" screen. And of course there is Noone that can be contacted to attempt to troubleshoot. This app is a scam. Now I'm closing my account and worried about my pers info.

Customer service is friendly and app layout is easy to navigate. But, I wasn't able to load/fund account using my debit card. For whatever reason, the system recognized it as credit and for credit, there are higher fees associated with it and ridiculously low limits set. Couldn't fund. Couldn't transfer. Uninstalling. *Please don't sell my information*

It's a total disaster when coming to documents verification. I have uploaded them on desktop few minutes later all was verified and good to go. The problem started when I logged on using the APP. I got consistent request to upload my bank statement which was done on the initial stage. The turnaround time is extremely exhausting.

I know taking a security measure is important but it's sad that every single time I attempted a little transaction, my account would automatically be frozen and I'll have to do verification that'll require submitting a credential. It's not funny because it always delays an urgent transaction. It happens every time.

I would like to ask all of you to download this application. Good application. Yes, I agree a little more on one point. Their fees are a bit high, which is a little more than the fees charged on the transaction. Other wise application is very good so all of you can use skrill to send and give payment to it. Nice application!

the app is good i like it but, problem is changing number option on personal information, look i don't have the old number , when i want to change to the new one, this need to corfirm the old one. So like that, that's not good, because numbers for many times can not be easy to recover it, you need to fix that, thanks

The skrill app is an online wallet that I've been using for several years, I trust it and here's why. Wherever I am, skrill allows me to receive or send the required payments as quickly and securely as possible. The app contains the most necessary services as in the web version - transfers, deposits, withdrawals, Knect loyalty points program, crypto. It works clearly and without failures so far. 403 access denied on both PC and phone browsers, tried to open the app just to tell me the email or passwords are wrong (they are both correct) I'm basically locked out of my money. Can't even find an support email because my access is denied.

Don't use this, u will only lose a part of yourself. I used to use it for buying games from Steam and for few times it worked well until it doesn't anymore. For my last two transactions, money was deducted but it never reached Steam and after contacting CS they just shut me down and said to just contact Steam and put the case as "resolved" when it was clearly not (well it's still not resolved lol). Better get something else, the CS is seriously frustrating and don't help at all.

I tried verifying my account but it was rejected and there was no clear explanation on what to do next. I tried to verify again but I couldn't. The app kept telling me to go on and deposit without verification, and complete the verification later which I reluctantly did but still not working.. And there is no active customer service on the app

They show zero international transfer fee but in fine print next screen shows fee will be deducted. Very very cheap way to get transaction fee. I would have used wise instead of skrill. Very disappointed 😞

Very poor customer service and convoluted system, I made a $500 deposit that took 5+ days to clear and after making one transaction my account was restricted. Calling customer support led to them telling me that my account was restricted by "another department" that doesn't have a contact number and can only be reached by THEIR customer support emailing them. Take this terrible scam service off the play store, it's a scam

I have been trying to activate my account for the past months this and to no avail. I have provided every documents needed but every document gets rejected. It's like the documents sent are not even reviewed. At least tell us where the issue is on the documents provided. Because I don't know the reason why this app should be on my phone when I can't do anything with it

It is a good app, but at the moment l am having a terrible issue with Skrill. I transacted money to an Indian pvt bank account twice. The amount is more than $15. The transfer of money failed but l have not yet received my refund back. I am much worried. It is not a small amount. It was done on 10th May. I request to please refund my amount. I have sent many mails to skrill but to no avail. They only asked my data and after that silence.

Customer service is so slow.First the international number on the app didn't vgo through. The UK number then put me on hold for quite a while. And my in app messages haven't been replied to. Please work on the response rate.If i could give the customer service a zero , I would.

Please help me with different verification method coz in app verification system output is poor. Moreover, the last part when verifying with Driver's License to the point where the system captured the front and backside of the License, the next which is face recognition doesn't work well. The system camera isn't clear like my phone camera. And it isn't from my phone because my phone camera works fine but not in your app.

Do not get this app. They'll eventually run you over. Thier customers service is garbage and unprofessional. I used skrill for two years, I trusted this platform till they stole my money. I withdrew money & they never deposited in my account. Everytime i contact customer support. They keep closing cases as resolved without doing truly anything about it. They won't even try to trace down the deposit, keep saying that the bank has to do it. I spoke with the bank, the sender(skrill) has to do it.

amazing. it takes a bit of time for the bank account to link but once it does it becomes extremely convenient. provides with either an option for a virtual or physical card which is also an extremely likeable feature.

I do not advise anyone to use this service. The country is Kazakhstan. I have been trying to pass verification for the third day. At first, there was no SMS to the phone number and only after 5 hours it deigned to come. Then there were problems with confirming the address of residence, according to geolocation, for some reason unknown to me, he refuses to confirm with an error, and it is not possible to use confirmation through documents, since all bills for the apartment are online.

One of the stupid echange rate ever seen. When received found exchange rate $1=3.92RM right after nex minute when i send found $1=4.32 RM. So that means when you received found already loss 5% and when send loss %15. So they charge 20% then advertising no transfer fee! What a bloody jock! 😂 i can't even change back to doller, because they wanna convert and eat my money 20% 😂

Worst experience. I opened an account in hear and deposited my money in it .. but after deposit they start asking for verification. I submitted bank statement twice or thrice ..but still it's not done.. if you needed verification earlier why didn't u verify it first before deposit.. now my money is stuck in your freak app and I am not getting any answers

I think i need to edit my previous review because i see their effort to protect the money and guarantee its service. Overall i like the concept, i like the service they offer and their security system. But maaannnn, the procedure is very unusual for new user like me and tech support is so slow. I need total 2 weeks to withdraw my money.

they closed my account without returning my money! This is to let you know that they are a scam. The first thing is that after registration and verifying my account through requiring me to submit my personal ID and phone number they let me deposit money. After depositing, a day or two later, they are again requiring me to verify my account by asking for address verification. I submitted them a copy of my electric, water and internet bill (those were previously accepted by a bank in my country) but miraculously, Skrill declined it. I can not withdraw my money because they suspended my rights to transact due to an unverified address. They closed my account informing me that they will give me back my money and 1 week has passed but no money came back. This is a complete scam. Judging from the previous comments of some users, I can see a pattern on your modus.

It's actually a great app already because they have upgraded it. Not just that, it's also because it's cheaper compared to PayPal and good exchange rates. You can also send for free for international remittance. Just use visa card for easier transactions. If you want to verify your accounr, pls make sure to send a document that has your name and the address that you registered to this account. It's also easy to delete or change your addes bank account, so there's no need to worry about.

This app is a joke. Created an account that was immediately permanently closed before I could even login. Contacted support and they just say "your account is permanently closed. You can't use our service" This is extremely unprofessional and this application is the worst! DO NOT USE

Stay away! After providing everything they ask for, and charging my account with the money to verify my account. They flipped, their stupid Ai can't verify me or my ID. Tried support to guide with a different option to verify and then nothing they told me to go the app ( which I have a problem in the first place) And now they have just closed my account for absolutely no reason, they took the money claiming it as administration fee. Don't do business with them!

Can't do anything. Trying to log in into my account that I made some time ago, it keeps telling me that I have to reset my password, even though I just did seconds ago. can't make a new account either because of "general server error" while entering my details.

Please don't use this app! the KYC will kill your account! they will allow you to send money onto the platform and when you want to withdraw any money you deposited they will then require you to complete a KYC which is so stupid and a complete waste of time. why it's a complete waste of time? they will automatically reject any of your submitted document even if it's among the accepted document. garbage app.
