Legions of evil skeletons have invaded the world and your duty as a hawkeye is to defend your fantasy kingdom armed with powerful bows and magic arrows. Well.... where to start.... Graphics are great, but the first person view is a little annoying. When mobs get to a bend in the road it's hard to see.... But!!!! This is the best part of this game... it's not insta-hit. You CAN just shoot, but if you predict the movement of a mob, you can get the skull shots more often... The drag to shoot takes a bit of getting used to and if you don't use it right, you end up with your finger over the screen so it's hard to see. Overall this is another tower or creep defence game... BUT, and I like big buts... this has some great and (I've not seen them before) innovative controls and gameplay features. Great game, thanks devs...
Ad prompts don't do anything after ad plays. can't open special chests, replace arrows, or double gold. So i was basically just tricked into watching ads with no reward. Also, aiming is of poor quality, and firing is too slow, remove the draw charge up and just have it shoot the arrow... Its not realistic in any other way, so why make it take so long to shoot ? Uninstalled
Great graphics. It wants to be fun, but the aiming reticule is hard to see, hard to control, and misfires a lot when moving from one side of screen to other. I would absolutely give five stars if it wasn't so hard to control. I will probably uninstall because its more annoying than fun.
this game was fun thru all the lower levels and had initially given it a 5 star review. but now has become almost unplayable in high levels. the bow and arrow constantly malfunction close to the end of each round and the arrows just start whiffing when trying to shoot. this is very frustrating as it seems to always do it as u get close to completing round. it does it every time and is impossible to advance. thought they would have fixed this by now. was fun for awhile but not anymore...
just play the game and see for yourself however their Is 1 flaw they need to fix. they ask you to watch an ad to get double gold after a match however they barely have any ads. you press the button a black screen for 10 seconds then back. do it again and again and again. it wouldnt be so bad if you didnt have to do this FOR EVERY SINGLE THING!!! if the dev's read this please fix that problem. until then I'm dropping it down to four stars. you have to watch an ad to open a chest.
I think it's an amazing game. The ony thing I would say is that it's a little harder to earn coins once you reach higher levels, because it consumes a lot of energy. You can replenish all the energy by watching an ad, but the game sometimes has problem loading them. Also there where two accasions when the 10min timer for energy stopped working.
Bow is nearly impossible to aim and fire accurately. I have tried pressing where I want it to shoot (should be how it works but isn't) . when I drag the shot sight to where i want it, it almost never stays there and often my sight veers off to the far side of the screen and I miss by a mile. Pretty well unplayable the way it is now.
Game is okay; targeting is squirrelly. Update- The targeting seems better, but now I can sometimes watch a video to refill arrows, but other times it just errors out on loading. Makes it hard or impossible to pass a level. If there is a limit, it should just say that. Other than that the game is fun and engaging.
Game is great! I enjoy it a lot. only I lose a lot of ingame energy for few levels because of bug. game just stop and dont want to finish even after I kill all the enemy. Especially level 14! I could have get more progress in game if I did not lose that much energy for that level. please fix it guy asap!
Horrible. Multiple arrows go right through the target. Impossible to beat some levels unless all of the secondary arrows from Multiple Electric Arrows hit! Won't give the reward unless you watch all 30 seconds of the ad (even though the ad company themselves have put in a skip button to the end of the ad, for rewards.).
this game is amazing. firstly it is super addicting, I've been playing for an hour. However this game does make you replay some levels which is good because one try you can destroy all the skeletons and the next it's game over. this game has some cool features, for example the gear can be upgraded through (free) chests! it's actually great. I would recommend for a fun time!
It's really a lot of fun. A great take on the tower defence format, but more engaging and active. Normally I would be pretty impatient with all the ads and little upsells, but their team really spent a lot of time working out the user experience with that. Timing is appropriately placed where it's relevant to the ingame action, and not to obtrusive. Very fun!
Has potential to be a very strong game, but for now, the gameplay is unclear. Daily goals may or may not complete/reward. Effects of Bracers are almost a penalty because of the animation time. Items can't be upgraded unless they appear in random chests, which limits strategy planning. Lowered from 2 stars to 1 star because of ad failures and because arrows don't always fire.
I liked the game and with the castle defense game this is what you will expect to be, but... but... but... Aiming is kind of strange for me and i would like this to be updated with more control options. Skeletons randomly dancing is the weirdest thing i ever saw and i really don't like that. More towers should be added, that is for sure. 4 stars for now but if it gets updated, i will edit this post.
The accuracy on the bow was non exsistant, flittering and UN responsive to my control the aim didn't reset every shot, so of you shoot left and then want to shoot right you have to push the drag right the fire shot the try again (just jitters everywhere if holding aim for longer than 3 seconds) the special arrows were eratic didn't fly straight. The chest reward system.offer you extra for watching a video, I didn't receive extra but in fact received no gold reward at all included the one I had earnt for finishing a mission.
Love the game but for some reason when I try to play it, it gets to the menu it crashes. Makes me sad cuz I love playing it especially when in a no data zone, gives me something to do.
Simple but fun game. Graphics are on point given the simpleness of the game, tht also holds true to even the gameplay as well as the armory you have your disposal is just feels right. Thanks, love the game
Most bs game that I've ever tried. The arrows will have the cursor at random regarless of how far or near you point and aim it at your enemies. The towers will not always fire as well. Once an enemy reaches your bow(and the aiming is terrible) you will lose the game, you will not even get past tutorials if you do not hit on watch an ad. A game that is created to get you to watch tons of ad for profit and no useful interface at all.
The game is good but the ad videos sometimes don't work. It keeps loading and then pops a message about connection problems. That is incorrect, I have tried with different connections and in different places. This problem keeps coming up. I have to restart the app everytime to make it work.
extremely boring. I thought it would be the most exciting compared to normal sport archery but it doesnt bring me any excitement playing this game. I have an unsatisfying feeling when i shoot the arrow and an unsatisfying feeling when the arrow hits the enemy. Its the whole feel of the game that really doesnt make me wana continue playing it. So i guess its the gameplay. When the arrow hits the enemy, i feel its not impactful enough, not exciting enough, its just bland.
Update; the amount of mandatory adds has gotten ridiculous. I'm about 1 add away from uninstalling. It's really disappointing. It's a Fun game. But $6 a week for no adds. If it was 6 a month, would be worth it maybe. Also, they haven't added levels in well over a year.. Love that you can play offline like when flying. Wish the bow/arrow descriptions etc showed up when picking them for a fight. Hard remembering all the bows /arrows and their bonus when selecting.
I find myself coming back to this game because the game play is fantastic but it's gonna take a lot of add watching for it to balance out the level difficulty buuuuut it's free it's a great way to kill time and you know it does have it fun moments
Enjoyed the game for first few levels. Got to around level 10 then it's just pointless. There's insufficient cash to upgrade at these levels Targeting system is to slow and the faint green target circle is impossible to see on some levels. This game is NOT a tower defence. Your a poorly skilled archer with a slow aim holding off the hoard!!! Towers help from time to time BUT... often they obscure your view so you have multiple attackers in close proximity... Do NOT waste real world money!!!
Overall is great. Please add exit button so that I can exit the game properly and also control settings. Sometimes it's hard to control when the enemies are near. Make it simple to handle. Targeting also is the main problem.
definitely not an accurate rating lmao] update 03/02/2019] to be more specific the aiming configuration is rather shotty and too fast moving! mabe make it possible to adjust the invert y and x axis scrolling speed to handle based on user preference? also the enemy gets too strong too fast. as well as you dont earn enough gold to truly upgrade arrows enough per event difficulty. all in all its ok but wasnt fun enough to keep on my phone
A good concept that is plagued by ads. Even the energy bar sometimes has a stuck timer. Or is counting down but whether you are offline or online never seems to accumulate. Sometimes restarting the app entirely helps refresh what is truly available. Most times it's just not accumulating as a probably should be, forcing you to watch an ad to fill it up. After a few hours of playing you'll also notice that this game has a big issue with gold. You naturally accumulate more parts than you can put together. Updated to one star. Thanks for the reply but you didn't really address the issues I commented on in conjunction with ads which makes gameplay directly tied to watching ads to even play. I just didn't find myself wanting to come back and play this game despite the ads.
