It's absolutely rediculous that the app is so poorly coded the music persists even when you've exited the app. $20/month for this? The music should not keep playing in the background unless the app is being used. That goes for all the SW apps.
App does not work! I put in our login information yet the app doesn't ever login to account. It say it is unable to at the time and to try again later. I have been patient an have tried several times our the past few weeks to get it to work yet it wont. Please fix this error!! We pay for the Skwids learning program there for shouldn't have this problem.
I haven't got to experience the app yet. It will not allow me to even sign in from the app. It keeps saying 'the app is built for an older version of Android.'

Hopefully I can save someone the headache of paying for a subscription for this app. It's a waste of money. The app doesn't work on any platform nor does the website. I can't even get on their website to speak to someone about it.
I can login on my computer and tablet but won't allow my cell to login. When I talked with customer support they said to un- install apps and try again with installing. Still does not work.
Love this application you can print out pages, it covers all school subjects up through second grade, and teaches life lessons at the same time. Great app better than ABCmouse!
Will not let me use the app at all... getting very frustrated! Please fix so my child can actually use this program we PAY for!!
You have to open browser and go to website. Open setting and change to desktop view to use apps on cell phone
Paying for a service that is absolutely useless since it doesnt work on any of the phones we downloaded it on.
I like the material in the app but my main problems with it are that the quizzes only have one level of tests before it expects your child to be able to read. More visual quizzes would be great. Also, the music is so loud and obnoxious that you cant hear what the questions are, and there is no option to mute it. Please put a mute button so my daughter can hear the words spoken. Thanks
