Have been playing since 2016. Completed all the levels and started replaying the ones that didn't score 3 stars the first time round

Can't buy any gold of Lives,keeps on saying can't connect. I do have data and wifi

No matter what i do it will not let me connect to the internet...very very annoying.

I liked the game. BUT, even when I am connected to my home WiFi, it will say there is no Internet connection and tell me to check it. This should not happen, everything else I use on my phone l, that uses WiFi, or even just my service data, works perfect. This game though never seems to recognize my Internet connection. Meaning I cannot use the gold bars I have to purchase moves or lives l. It is rather frustrating. Fix this and will be 5 stars

Enjoy everything about the game, really like not having ads, . I have a question though regarding Internet I'm connected make sure everything is fine when I try to log into fb it says no Internet connection, this is every time, anyone have any suggestions as what I can do. It is only this game I have that problem with. Thanks for any help. Wonderful game other than that

This game was so much fun, but eventually you could not go on without spending money on gold bars. It's like they let you get invested and addicted first. I went to press it once (the "buy" button), and thought how hard I worked for my money, and how I wasn't going to gamble it away on some meaningless game. There's much more important things that people need to spend money on... Uninstalled.

Loved this game, but disappointed that you have created it so you can play and get hooked to game, but then later cannot continue to pass or finish the different stages unless you buy bonuses - i.e. Gold bars. Misleading - you should state clearly that later in the game you will have to spend $ on in app purchases - UNINSTALLING!

Its a good game but its so annoying when u fail a level u get a option off buying power ups to beat it! If i wanted t buy i wud buy without u trying to force it. Also a daily login prize wud be fab seems as tho u ant put 1 on. I thinking of uninstalling due to other games that are alike which av better setup.

Until it became too difficult. By level 38 the game had already reached the "more frustrating than fun" stage. Very disappointing. And I was also disappointed the "find the charms" levels outnumbered the "get water go the crystals" levels over two to one, by level 38. Great concept, poor execution of game theory.

I like the game but I can't connect to WiFi, I have mentioned this time and time again but it never gets fixed. This is the only game that won't connect. I have checked, uninstalled then reinstalled and still no luck. Please fix it then I'll be happy to give you the stars it deserves because at the moment I am ready for uninstalling permanently

It's a great game, i'd give it 5 stars but it really bothers me that you have to wait one whole day after you finish the last level in the world to open gates to a new world. Also updates are very rare.

This is one of my favorite games and one of the few I play almost daily. It starts out easy but gets challenging pretty quickly. It's a lot like chess the way you have to contemplate moves and many times you have a specific number of moves to so it in. Think ahead or you won't get ahead! 😁

For your info this is the BEST GAME EVER. I don't know why some people hate this game but I think it is the best. I have 1 request pls make the levels easy for me because my son is only 8 years. Thx

The game starts off fun and simple, but naturally as you get further the levels become quite ridiculous in difficulty. It's the standard candy crush model which is a shame because the game is beautiful. I recommend trying it, but don't get sucked into the money grubbing vortex that is freemium

I have had to Uninstall the app twice, and looks like I need to again, and then reinstall as it won't go past initial loading of game and none of my friends play it so no other way to get extra lives without spending $

I gave it 5 stars after I played the first stage. Once I reached 21 the game became impossible to play unless you bought power ups, Etc. So I decided to delete it. There's other cute and fun games out there where you can play that doesn't require purchasing. Sorry, I really liked it to! 😢

I was on the 300+ level, then had to unfortunately reset my phone. But all apps have backup. When I opened this game and connected with google play I went back on level 150. Uninstalling this coz its not fun to play everything again anymore.

Only giving it three stars. I love the game, but there is a glitch where it won't let me use power ups because "there's no Internet" even though there is, and I've been stuck on the same level for over a week now. Sent support an email and still have not received any answer. No point in playing if I can't progress. Update: still have not received any reply on how to fix my issue. Deleting and never spending money on any Playrix game.

So far I've been playing happily with the game. But tonight when I try to spend 9 gold bar to unlock the next chapter, it seemed fail to connect to your server, so I tap retry(cannot remember if it was written retry as that was the first time I have that coming out, but it did reconnect anyway), then the chapter was unlocked and I found that I spent the gold bars twice!!! I had 20 plus before and now I only have 5 left!! Would you plz check and see if you could fix? Thx verrrrrrrrrry much!

Only 5 hearts? And there are no other ways to get unlimited hearts for a limited time. Like gifts and rewards. They are rewarded only when you complete a whole area. But there should be another way to gain them. It'll make the game even more interesting and exciting.

Love the game. Frustrated that I can't share or request or connect with Facebook. Keeps telling me I'm not connected to the Internet. I am connected to Internet through wifi and mobile data. I know these problem is not on my end as everything else works. Hope this gets fixed soon

I don't understand why you need internet connection to use the gold bars. If people pay for this and find out they can only use it at home or somewhere with wifi, not whenever they want, how pissed would they be? The levels get too hard way too quickly, you get trapped with stupid charms blocking all the way to achieve the goal, especially the jewel finding levels, you end up spending all the moves on useless charms, having to use gold bars to end up finding you can't use them without internet connection.

You purposely give us a very low amount of moves so people are forced to buy items/extra moves. Stop with that bullshit. Let people spend money because they like your game, not because they were forced to due to greedy devs.

Iv been stuck on lvl 38 for the past two months. U dont get any daily bonus's

This is a fun game. However, it won't let me connect to Facebook or use any of my gold bars to buy more moves or power ups. It tells me thay there is no internet connection. Well, there is a connection to write this review five seconds later...

I've reach level 225 and im stuck at it.. It's really a fun game but its frustrating since you can't even buy gold bars when your stuck in a certain level. Because it says i don't have internet connection when I AM in fact connected to it.. Grrrr!!! Pls update!
