I have only had my phone a year. Samsung S7 Edge but apparently it's not new enough for this app! I have the VR headset and wanted to use it for Natural History. Ridiculous! Waste of my afternoon trying to get it sorted!
like every other review, this app simply doesnt work i have latest samsung phone, latest samsung vr gear, IT savvy user, big check on all 3, SkyVR doesnt work, cant log in, Sky sort it out please, you have the money, resource and tech to do a great app but you are showing yourselves up big time here with this. whoever tested this release and signed off before live deployment should lose their job, poor sky considering money I pay as a so called VIP.
after putting in my login details a blue rotating circle appears, and it never ever stops, which is as far as I got, come on sky get a grip and fix this, your not exactly a wee 2 bob bit company, hire someone that can get this app up and running.
Doesn't work. I'm using s9+ and latest gear vr and it won't even allow me login. All I get is a buffering circle. I was looking forward to using this but very disappointed.
Like most reviewers, I can't sign on. I get ad far as the agreement page then after doing so, a blue circle rotates forever. I too am a sky customer and I'm so disappointed.
read the app instructions on here, it says if using gearvr download from oculus store, which is what I did, works perfectly, David attenborough in the natural history museum is worth a look, good app but could do with more on there like watching live sky TV etc
App starts, i can log in, but whenever I try to play any of the offered content it instantly throws me back to the relevant content launch screen.
Can't get beyond the sign in screen. Gets stuck on a endless loading loop. Useless. (Device: Samsung Galaxy Note8)
Installed OK, but can't get past the 'agree' button. App locks and I have to close. Not great from such a large company
Dissapointed this isn't available for PlayStation. Not willing to buy another headset. May give a better rating if it is made available.
The app isn't working I open it up enter my login then NOTHING! Just keeps loading, very disappointing from sky
What a load of rubbish just get blue circle going round and round can't get past this tried deleting and reinstalling but doesn't make any difference rubbish rubbish rubbish don't even bother 😖🤯😬😵😡😠🤬

How do you select videos. The curser hovers over videos but i cant select it? Even with watching without vr app just closes. Cant watch anything
I would have given 5 stars but it keeps stopping maybe if it get fixed I would change my rating
Cannot connect to app. Circle just spins. very disappointed
i had to give it 1 star because you cant post with 0. this won't open on my S9. very poor and I expect more from sky.
Rubbish, can't get past the spinning circle.
Make sure you have access to the app via Sky. Or else you will just get a blue circle when you log in
nothing plays. what is the point of having an app. asking people to use and then it does not work
Well it could have 5 stars if the VR headset works with my Note 10+

wont even sign in? thought i had seen the last of the buffer sign years ago, ah memories, well done sky 🤔
doesn't even load on my s8 or s9 waited 10 minutes at the signing screen gave up
Rubbish get to the choice screen then nothing no control

Waste of app, sign in then spend rest of your life watching blue circle go round.
Absolute garbage. Dont waste your time. Daydream controller doesn't do anything. Can't select anything in VR so it's completely useless. At least I didn't pay through the nose for the app like I have to for everything else Sky provides. Uninstalled.
