Sky WiFi Finder

I have used this app for several years but it no longer down loads even though I am using a phone that is less than 12 mounts old and plenty of capacity this is poor

why close it?? its moved to the sky website which you cant access without getting past the cloud wifi, which was what the app was for. come on sky?!

Just a link to a website... a d you cant sign in using your sky ID so not sure what the point of it still being here

App no longer works. No wonder they are retiring it.

No longer in use. App asks you to delete it and use website instead

Just a waste of time and space. Don't bother.

Does not fast connect anymore.

Bloody great when you're out and about.

For others just use the O2 WiFi app (sky uses O2 WiFi any way no point having 2-3 apps that do same thing )

Cannot log into the cloud automatically anymore, there was nothing wrong with the old one where you log into your home account and it logs you in as soon as you get in range of the cloud. Now everytime I am in range, I get a notification to log in, and it takes a good 5 minutes. Most off the time I use reward apps, I have to wait outside until I have connected to the cloud, then go in to complete my transaction, which only takes 2 minutes, all this app does is show you where the cloud is, which my phone does automatically as soon as I get near it, bring back auto log in.

I had the old app which connected to WiFi as soon as I was in range. Now I cannot connect at all with my Android tablet. Keep getting a message "this one got lost in the clouds" It took a week to get a message from support to clear all cookies and history which didn't work. I have heard nothing since.

Whoever specified & signed off this app should be fired. Not only does this improved app fail to automatically log you in the new replacement login process simply does not work (no actual login options appear so device cannot be registered). Epic fail Sky !

Cannot connect to the sky WiFi hotspots anymore. When the now discontinued auto connect app was active there were no connection problems but now the connection is either very infrequent or not at all. Sky services have shot themselves in the foot big style. The service is, at the very best, miserable !

Suddenly it never connects to the Cloud; just says cannot make a secure connection. I now use the superior O2 app.

Not as good as the old version. Have to log on every time.. Just annoying now

Diabolical! App no longer connects to cloud WiFi automatically. Very bad user experience..

Apparently we'll start to see Sky branding shining through. Sadly that's true, it's now just a hotspot finder rather than helping you connect, like the really good old app.

can't log in doesn't recognise my password what a load of rubbish had no problems with the old app.

Used to be good now the it's all falling apart some wifi sites don't even work When you get there signal but can't Cornect I think they are forgetting the customer as it's getting harder to Get sky go when I away

Totally useless, provides list, thinks somewhere else, doesn't allow connection, total rubbish

Good except for the part where it's only for England I guess just too bad for me though.

Sat in the pub that has sky WiFi on the map and I'm not in range! Utterly useless app.

One star is the clue, same complaints as most other people, shame you can't submit -5 CR*P, sky should stick to television & don't venture into things they know nothing about.

I've been using this app for eight years+ at this point. It rarely gets opened, but after registering it signs me in automatically to the cloud network. Yes I do have to confirm who I am and that I want to continue, but you can't really ask for more than that.

Can't connect to cloud since I got new phone, doesn't let me sign in via browser either! Fast connect was easier you signed in once for entire lifespan of phone It's not even clear where to sign in here, where to put in details when on home wifi

Pretty useless, just a map really, no help joining any of the WiFi hotspots
