I am really sorry to be a pain but you have fixed the issue so you can view a video without it deleting now but when you try and view it now it just gives you a white box with a blue loading circle and says ok when it stops spinning. It just won't let you play anything. I really appreciate your quick responses though in trying to sort the matter. One other small issue is when you try and log in sometimes it says please wait a few seconds and won't log in to.

Needs a lot of work, could not access my backup before the update. now its even worse. I can see the 2 icons for apps/media & contacts but when I press apps & media. = nothing. does not respond. When I uploaded some files in a zip. I cannot open them. I hope these are going to be sorted as its a great idea.

Has never uploaded any content to my account since I got a new phone. Prior to not uploading anything, it has deleted everything it had grabbed from the phone before that. I show that I have 0b of 500TB used storage! I was very hopeful that this would become my one and only cloud service, but I'm glad I didn't count on it for my important documents or photos. I would have lost them all. I DON'T recommend this app to anyone!

I couldn't upload any files onto scloud.live using the Scloud app or Chrome. Please fix this problem immediately. I used Chrome and could log in using either my username or email. After I logged in using Chrome, I clicked to verify the email but couldn't. I saw this error message on your web page, "SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (10061)." Do I need to verify email in order to upload files? Hope not.

Anticipation of purchasing is over! I was about to buy this drive as it offer "unlimited space". I wanted to taste it. Hence i downloaded this app and try to upload the file. To my surprise, nothing was uploaded at all! I tried simply creating a folder, that again, gives me dissapointment as the folder path way didn't created. I upgraded my account and even i can't connect via ftp. It gives me error. (I have used my different email id to purchase your plan)

Hi dev and all users, as you know Google Photos is no longer free to unlimited. So sCloud is one and only option for those who need unlimited. After 72 hours of research I have installed and sharing issue. I will keep informing to dev whenever there is any issue and hope it will help to improve the application. 5 star is for their 500tb concept. Thank you. Issue: Using Microsoft launcher on android icon doesn't show properly, it is just whitening everything of the app.

What can i say the app has alot of problems with the app its absolutely not free if you want it to try and function. Every other line it seems their asking for donations for the honor of using their product that doest work well, i gave in and it was advertised $5 something just under 6 dollars for the pro version because i really needed the storage for my phone. Not only did it not work any better I get a email saying they had ripped me off by charging $7.21.... THEIFS I TELL YA

Pretty funny how this claims "unlimited storage". So I sign up, and I see 500tb, which is not unlimited, and also hard to believe. So I try to upload a file, less than 100mb, and the app crashes. I try again. It crashes again. This app is a waste of time.

Useless application! First of all, you can't do anything if you are a free user. Paid for Premium user, but almost nothing works on this app. Very bad support and they never answer any of my emails! They advertise that they also have ftp server for uploads and downloads, but not even this works! Pure garbage!

This app is rubbish. Does not work properly at all. I bought the upgraded version and still shows ads etc... I have emailed the owner and no response at all... REFUND WANTED... But I don't see that happening at all.

This morning Bought a year plan, and just deleted, wasted money, Please don't waste yours, It's a completely useless, premium membership and still adds .mp4 file not recognised, created folder not visible, don't know how to delete files and so many more issues. It's a mess

in one word: weird... just installed it, tried to upload photos and then a notification appeared saying that all the files are uploaded... the problem is that the app said that 0 files are uploaded... tried to upload photos again- only one photo out of 11 got uploaded...not a good start, uninstalling this app

I tried this app 4 yrs ago & uninstalled it because it didn't work. FREE UNLIMITED STORAGE. Really? Three weeks ago I got an email promoting it & tried it again. I could only upload one file at a time unless I paid for the pro plan. So 4 days ago I paid for 1 year & I still have the free version. They never sent a receipt! The site offers a refund for 7 days if not satisfied. Their only contact method is email. I e-mailed 3 days ago & today with no reply. I want a working app or my money back!

Can't upload files. The progress bar just sits at zero without moving. I cannot see why this app is still on the play store seeing that it doesn't work and the developer hasn't bothered updating this app!

The app just doesn't work: can't even upload a single image, the progress stays at 0%. (there probably is no progress, just a text notification) The spam to pay and upgrade comes up on every action.

I selected upload file and the upload progress is stuck at 0%. What do you expect from an app that lies and will not give you 500TB even if you tried. If they actually gave me the storage = they gave me $5,000-$10,000 for paying $3 to disable ads. Nonsense and should be taken down for being misleading.

No contact info on their website, website takes payment without account creation (yes, they just took my money without an account), no working remove account option on the site... Yep, this seems pretty scammy to me. I sent an email to the email provided by the Play Store, hopefully I can get a refund.

Ok interface. Everything else is worthless, slow uploads, can only upload 1 file at the time (if it even uploads that's much) was excited for the reasonable premium price. But when the free ain't working I won't spend the money either

I don't like this app at all levels. a rubbish user interface. the devoloper must reconstruct the entire app. upload big files is only for paid subscribers. free cloud is a much conditioned. I waste my time behind free cloud.

No updates, failing upload most times, not stable. At least allow some folders, sort order must needed cause many files we can't swipe down every time. Allow big size files to upload.

when I upload a file, I get a message saying it was successful, yet I can't find the file anywhere....I've uploaded zip files in the past but now it doesn't show what I've uploaded

Good for nothing service. as a free user, it did not permit to upload files. So I buy their premier plan. Now I can upload single file at a time, No way to ques for several files. very slow upload speed, though they promote 1 GB up/download speed. I'm going to ask for refund. Why this half beaked service in google store? And I have doubt that whether they refund me or not. Update: I ask refund at 31th May and it's 14th August, They still did not refund me and not even reply to my mail.

After seeing the other reviews today, zero star for this app! Everything said from other reviewers are right. There is an ads right next to the app icon and name in opening page( sign up, sign in page), saying the same newer version but name "My Life Storage". I also paid to use nothing ... NOBODY INSTALL THIS APP ANYMORE ! IT IS TRUE!

Are you k kidding me? I have tried to get ahold of the Developers of this app for two years now trying to get my email verified. And now they want to say that they're working on a new program. I would fix the one you have first! No you just want to take everybody's money and say that you have a new app coming out that's going to be so much better I'm sure. What don't download this one and don't download My Life

for some reason your update kicked me out of my sky cloud and is saying my email is no longer there. I went to reset passcode and said my email didn't exist. I paid 6$ for your service and it said I didn't pay it but I have the receipt as well as the emails. I emailed on the 20th of may and never got any message back. I need to access my account for my photos . edit: I got Into my account but thanks to you guys you took all my photos off my cloud. and I want a refund. I wouldn't download this ap

i uploaded a lot of files into my cloud, but now everything is gone. i trusted this app with my files, including pictures, that i didn't save anywhere else, only to have them gone

Unfinished app that has terrible UI, lots of errors and minimum features.
