After many attempts, am yet to be registered. I contacted branch, no way. Customer care, no way after many attempts. They later said it was the Do not disturb I have with my network provider. How can that be, I asked because it's the same line I used to get alert of transactions. Pin reset codes should be difficult to receive. Am fed up with the app.

Terrible app. Does not show transaction history, account balance does not automatically update (you have to click on refresh), lastly, it gives wrong password error messages at intervals even if you are putting the correct password. One of the worst banking apps in Nigeria

its a good update. but needs more improvements. the account balance and transaction history should have visibility on and off switch cos i wont like poeple seeing dat wen i try to use the app, and also the receipt generated should have a folder where i can view and download later.

It is quite easy to use and more stress free... But my problem with it is it's inability to display transaction history. Please if it can be fixed, I will be glad and always wanting to explore more with my Skye Mobile app. Thanks.

each time i log in, i keep getting 'unavailable new user' even with my acct number being displayed. This app need to be well optimised. somtimes it works but many times it behaves abnormal which is highly disapointing. Update: its been resolved. Thank u Polaris bank.

This app is far cry to the advancement in our financial industry. It's not fit for 21st century app development and usage. It crashes after exceeding 500k withdraw without given any error message. I made a transfer, was reversed and it still count towards the 500k daily limit. Login session doesn't time out even after days of inactivity which is a major security breach. Please you need to immediately update this or discontinue it's usage. I wish I can give it a negative start rating Thanks

Virtually nothing different from the skyemobile I had. I particularly downloaded this thinking that i would be able to view my transaction history at will but still can't. Same old story. Polaris please the IT people should fix this. People don't go to the banking halls again just to see their recent transaction history, the world has changed

The app is good and user friendly, very easy to set up .But will like the management to put the option where you will be able to disable and enable your balance anytime you want for security reasons.

It is an unstable app, today it will function tomorrow it will just go wrong. Sincerely this app is not reliable. It can fail when you may want to do an urgent business transaction. very disappointing. currently, is not accessable to check even your balance account. Reply to our mail to your email is not active as while as your chat. Please, i dony need to contact your email or write. Just do the needful on mobilebank app version. lt is horrible. It can reduce your customer base. Thanks

Functional App. very fast. the only problem i see is that the transaction history isnt updated. keeps showing very old transactions and usually not in the right order. fix this and get your 5stars

It keeps crashing after every completed transaction. I have to be opening the app every now and then. I'd like the transaction history to be made just like the iOS.

please! change iuc no: to smart card no: in recharging startimes decorder using this application as the older version is using smartcard no: the iuc no: is doing bad when come to pay startimes decorder usually indicates bouquet can not be fetched try later and doesn,t work at all....

I like the app. Atleast i don't have to stand in long que's to transfer money. Altho the issue of transaction limit should be checked. And also I'm unable to view my transaction history. It will really help if i can.

Since the upgrade I can't check my transaction history. I have a pending transaction that needs me to send the recipient the transaction ID which is not available. Can you please help rectify this bug as it makes the app useless and unworthy of any good ratings.

Thank you for the upgrade, Quite far and better from the previous. But I still have a complain, we don't need the reference number from the receipt, it's unexplainable to confirm transaction to my client in proof of me sending them money truly, rather we need the recipient information, e.g: "BANK NAME and ACCOUNT NUMBER" I transferred when retrieving the receipt. Just like other banks do thiers....

Very bad app. Full of bugs, crashes every time you initiate a transfer, even when you need it most. Not reliable, can put you in trouble.

the app is making me get angry so badly, each day i try to login my Mobile App, it says, sorry the service is unavailable, and if i managed to login, my balance is showing unavailable for 2 days now, so many things has go wrong since the bank has been changed, even my ATM card is no longer working, and it's not yet expire, what is all this, it's like i have to close my bank account and bank with other bank, thank you.

I dont know why some clients condemed this App. I have other bank account too but none is perfect as this PolarisMobile. What I discovered was that it doesn't compatible with some Android phone. If it is given you one or two issues, check your phone. But on Android 6.0 nothing good as it. Give them 5 STARS.

I just downloaded this app. But on a 2nd thought, while it was downloading, i scrolled to read what other users have written about it, but, i was discouraged to even make an attempt of signing on. it is still too early for me to feel disgusting. I'ld better delete it. It is better not to try than trying to use a failed system.

The options are way too few, non constant updating, doesn't show my account balance, doesn't update my transactions. It's probably the worst app on playstore and I wish I can give it zero rating.

I just downloaded the app but apparently I can't even register to use it. I have changed passwords and pin severally to no avail. The message I keep getting is that I should try later which is not a concrete answer. Skye Bank has really fallen.

This is the most useless bank App I have ever seen. Please do not download, unless you are the type that enjoys frustration. Very worthless app from a useless bank. Modify: This is still a very unstable app. You cannot make transactions at your convenience, as the app breaks down uncountable number of times in just a week.

this is really horrible.....I updated my Skye mobile to this Polaris version....it keeps telling me ...unfortunately Polaris mobile has stopped ....it has never opened in my device. I have uninstalled and redownloaded the app several times, yet no positive result ......I'm regretting the upgrade

Please we that use older devices... Not specifically the one I'm using right now.... But any older device with an older android software... Can not use this app and its frustrating. Are you saying we should go buy new phones to support the app Instead? Its really annoying !

What's the meaning of this. "Unfortunately, Skye Mobile has stopped" I can't even login after updating to this app. Just fix this. Too annoying. If you can't then this app is as Useless as mess.
