Worst Customer service, I haven't received my Parcel yet, all the time there executives are busy when you call them. I have paid for it and I haven't got it yet.
Recent application version no 45 not good. We can't set alert from mobile application regarding our shipments. Look closely the issue and do the necessary changes in your mobile API.

Very poor service, don't use this courier service. I disheartened to say that skyking is very worst courier service provider.
Highly unprofessional courier service. Never ever use this courier service. Not recommended at all they are the worst.
Worst delivery service. Its not showing out of area delivery option. I had to go to the area office to pickup my package because they had not delivered the package at my address. At least they should mention on the app that the area is not covered under the delivery when someone is putting Pincode of the area. Never recommend anyone to opt their services.
Worst experience ever with any courier company. It's been a week and I did not get my parcel. Even though they are not picking up call and if they pick up your call, every time they provide you a new number to talk to with. Even there is no professionalism in the executives. They are highly arrogant.
Don't use this courier service due to missing of documents or careless delivery occurred to me 4/5 times.Be carefull.

Worst service ever, delivery not on time, no customer service, no replies on mail either. I had to call them and threatened them that I will raise a police complaint. Then my parcel got delivered.
Consignment no 3832 907 32. T here is no delivery of consignment. There was no call of delivery boy to sender or receiver. They made the excuse of address not found when I called them multiple times. They have no update of their consignment at head office. I request all u customers to write about them not only on their site but everywhere on Facebook , Google , maps everywhere. Let the customer know bout their service.

This is the worst experience ever with a courier company.. they update very late that too with wrong data.. it's been 12 days still didn't get my parcel and when I call and ask them they only telling that updates on the app is wrong..the item is not forwarded only and it will take more time..

Worst Courier service ever, Item delivered in 40 Days almost that too after paying extra 2500 just to get the consignment, they are looters no customer support, they are saying due to lockdown courier be late but after collecting money they delivered still in undergoing lockdown, seems mismanagement don't want to see real customer satisfaction. Very bad experience.

Worst courier service ever experienced. The customer care people shout on you. They don't have any respect for their customers nor do they have a decent behavior. It's been 6days and I have still not received my courier for which I had paid extra charges for express delivery. Big NO to use this courier service.
Worst courier service. Rude to customers. Courier reached to final center still they take 3 days to deliver that. Asks customer to pick their parcel on their own. Though take full charge but do not deliver at home and do not do on time.. too much delay.
Worst ever courier service, they accept the material, keep it in their hub for 10 days, when you ask for delivery they ask alternative address for delivery by saying they will return the material back to sender as well. What is this?? No help from customer care too.

Very bad experience. The executive does not even respond properly. This kind of services are highly disgraceful. Very poor quality of service. Tried to call them they won't even let you speak, they just hung up the call. Very bad
