It's fine as long as you don't have to update your address. Updating it on the app it won't let you I've tried doing it online I had to spend half an hour on the phone with a representative to even get it somewhat close and they still put the wrong address. Please fix it to where we can update it on the app without having to spend that time contacting customer service. I have tried multiple times and every time it says something is wrong with my address I'm pretty sure I know where I live.

This app and customer service is completely frustrating. I've been trying to change password for 2 months and the temporary password they give me never works. Now getting a message that my email I enter doesn't match what's on file. I have also uninstalled the app and reinstalled as directed and still doesn't work! Get it together Netspend!

This is the absolute worst app ever designed for finances. It's nearly impossible to access your money without paying a fee, and they make you jump through hoops to transfer the money to your personal bank account. I consider this app a pure scam and it's even more frustrating that my employer FORCES me too use it.

Been having an issue loading certain areas of the app. I go to transfer money and it'll start to load and then kick me back to the home screen. Started running into this issue a week ago. Incredibly frustrating.

Ive never in my life seen such a poorly designed app. Lets start with the fact that its incredibly slow which ya know I could have looked past easily enough but then I discoverd just how overly complicated this app is. There are no clear instruction on how to access my funds once my employer has deposited them. To top off this absolute disaster of a service their servers are down so yet again I cant access my funds or even the service for that matter.

This app doesn't warn you, that it steals your money. If you only have $10 and want to purchase something for $11, you must pay that other $1 first, through other forms of payment. Instead of allowing your $10 to be taken off, it will steal $0.75 and state you have insufficient funds!

Been using this card for months but I will change it now for they have stolen a Total of $345 in different transactions where money I sent was sent then taking out my account but was declined by the receiver but never put back on my account. I asked for a email showing where it was put back and it doesn't show, so I've called seven times on phone now with skylight as they keep putting me on hold and hanging up

Use to work great, but this morning when I tried to check my balance it keeps saying error loading the login page. Tried on the app and on my laptop to login. Idk if they doing maintenance or not but it would be nice to let ppl know by email at least, if its maintenance or an update.

You had one job. Haven't been able to upload checks on it in 2 months. It just keeps crashing. If you've already voided a check before it crashes it won't upload funds and now the check is destroyed. so I'm giving up and using a different banking app. My question to staff before they reply with a cookie cutter response is how many one star reviews do you need before you get your app functioning properly??

App wouldn't let me log in. I called them and she told me I wasn't doing things right, even though I have built computers. The gal eventually put me on hold saying she needed to speak with someone else. Over 35 minutes on hold with nobody letting me know nothing I hung up. Will try again later but customer service is horrible.

I am removing my last review cause I was having problems with my new card but the team at NetSpend was very fast at resolving my issues with it now I am getting my pay check deposited straight into my account with them. I just want to get the word out that if you are having any problem with any other card you may have then you should thank about going with this card. They will help get you up and running very fast. With in 24 hours my problem was taken care of thank you NetSpend for your help.

This banking system is pure garbage. If I want to register for an account I have to put in the card info and then it tells me to log in as if I already have one. No option to just "create account" I'm stuck in a loop of putting in my card info and being told to log in with an account that does not exist

App used to work great, now unless I am connected to wifi it will not load at all. I'm talking even with full bars, I can stream videos but not check my account. Been like this for weeks now

Doesn't make sense. We switched from Instant (which was awesome) to THIS, and it's so... illogical. Our electronic tips are sent to this Visa prepaid card the next day (instant was at the end of the shift), but there's no way to transfer to your bank. There's an option for "Transfers", but that's if you want to transfer money FROM YOUR BANK, ONTO THIS VISA PREPAID CARD. What??? Why would anyone do that? Needs someone with brains on the development team.

Absolutely terrible. Tried to log in using the exact same account/password which works via the website, generated the onetime passcode, and so on. Seemed like it was going to log in successfully and then just sat there hanging. Restarted the app, typed in the login/password properly, and now the app just says "contact customer service" without any contact details, and no apparent reason. The login/password is correct, and the passcode was entered, even tried reinstalling the app, so there's no reason I should be locked out on this device. I'm not locked out of the website!!! Yuck.

Horrible. Have tried about 10 times to change my password that I forgot. The temp passwords sent to me get rejected and customer service only sends you more passwords that are rejected. I currently can not access my account and I need my recent pay information for proof of income. Lousy app.

It was a pretty useful app, until I checked it today (3/5/2020) and discovered that the user interface had completely changed, and had actually become unusable in the process. Attempting to view my transaction history kicks me to the bottom of the page, and presents me with a "you're all caught up" message that I can't close. The navigation menu is stuck open and cannot be closed. White text on a pale gray background renders what little information is displayed unreadable. My app is broken, man.

I have never had problems with this app or website. I did go to a supposed fee free atm and both times i was charged a fee, so now i just use bank transfers. Only down side to that is it takes 3 business days. I activated the savings account and that helps me set money aside for my car payment. Also, being able to check my balance by text message is very convenient.

The app was fine but then I started having issues with it recognizing my password. Couldn't view my acct online without resetting my password every darn time. Then it stopped taking the temporary password so now I'm just stuck. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping it would work but NOT!! I'm frustrated, calling customer service hasnt helped.

The new "me to me" transfer interface looks like a half done project. It is so under developed that I can't even verify my email or add an account because the pop up window is so poorly designed that it is impossible to do anything. For example the pop up window that is so suppose to let me verify my email, doesn't even fit the text. The entire interface is so poor that I can't even say it's broken because it was never even halfway done to begin with. Im more confused on how this update came out

when i attempt opening this app, it won't allow me to sign-in to my account due to error.... so i check on my browser.... there have been several (& i mean SEVERAL..) $0.75 charges to my account for absolutely NO reason. i've considered multiple things but there just isn't a reason for the charges. at first i thought there may be a monthly fee to keep it open, if you aren't using it so often... but there are more than one $0.75 charge per month. as of now, i just can't suggest this app/account.

Although I am sure I entered the rght password, I can't log in. Even after the fact when I try to create a new one you need your current password. If I "forgot" my password how am I ment to establish a new one if it requires the old one? No matter how much I prove it's me I am still stuck logged out, except for the time I created the account.

The customer service is awful I've opted out of over drafts 5 times yet they still take the opportunity to hit you with an overdraft fee whenever they can instead of listening when I demand to be opted out of it just all around bad service scummy business practices and no real care for their customers if I could rate this lower than a 1 star I would worst banking app ever

I normally dont have issues with this app. I've had the card for years , and once there was an app I downloaded it and all was fine, but recently my fingerprint wont enable. I went inside the my acct feature to turn it on, but it keepa saying opps we can't at this time. I've been using the finger print login since you all started it, and now I'm having issues with it. could we have that looked at please. thank you.

Usually works just fine but just recently, it hasn't been letting me move money around. It doesn't let me move money in or OUT of my savings account. It either refreshes to the main page or the app crashes all together. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. EXTREMELY inconvenient.
