Thank you for the update, UI is much more intuitive now, good job! If you could provide more realistic prices in explore section, I would give you 5 stars. When I explore destinations, prices suggest for example 15€ but when I run the search, the lowest price seems to be much higher. I don't know where these prices are from but they're definitely misleading.

This app used to be great, why changing something very easy to use and to understand with great features for something awful and so hard to have access to find a simple flight. Very disappointed with the interface and what it is now. Took me 10min to figure out how to pick a return flight. Have to go to another company till this one is sorted and user friendly

In the flight results, half of the application is covered by "about our search flight" and it is impossibile to delete it. Moreover some features are not clear, the web version is not replaceable currently. I guess some UX is missing. I tried to reinstall the application, and the problem is not solved. I use a Oppo phone.

Prices jump if you check too many times. Edit: I realized that the issue is that the advertised price isn't consistent with the price that you're given when proceeding through the app. For instance, London to Corfu, Greece is advertised as 55 pounds. Once I click and it searches for the round trip, the price jumps to 85 pounds per person while still in the app.

Unbelievable! The dev team actually implemented a feature I requested. Previously, the app didn't show the date of arrival at your destination when searching for flights. This is important when flying across different time zones. I posted a review and sent them an email and they promised to do it. I'm really thankful to them. Best travel app ever.

Shyscanner or Skyscammer? My flight bookings were cancelled and I didn't get the money back in full. I paid with a European Visa card. Money was transferred back the next day but there was a discrepancy of 18 Euros. Out of courtesy I would have expected to get at least a voucher because I had nothing to do with the cancellation. On top of that I had to set up an account with XCover to get the money back for the insurance I booked. Altogether it took me a month and many hours of emailing....

I don't review often but I have to say after traveling to Greece, Georgia, Florida, and California using this app, I am one happy consumer. This may be the best app I've ever used for a few reasons. - Shows you a list of all flight combinations with specific parameters or within a time range. Filter is easy to use. - You can save a search and than save that specific trip. and it will actually notify you when the price changes. - Doesn't save your info to price gouge. 10/10 on the app👍

Used to be brilliant. The app let the user find the most suitable way to get to a destination. It doesn't do that anymore, so now it's pretty much useless. You can only filter down for direct flights after searching for specific days - then none are direct. No obvious way to search months without putting the dates in. No way to visually see the typical prices for that route at that time (the old bar chart view). Return flights vanish when you select an outbound date. Disappointing.

Used to be excellent. Usability now absolutely dreadful. It's almost impossible to search by month (hit and miss when it gives you the option to select a month) and whenever you want to change airport it takes you back to the home screen. I sincerely find it difficult to navigate, never used to be the case.

Its fiddly, and its not simple to just select direct flights only. I want a view of all the direct flights over the course of an entire month but for some reason I don't have those options when searching using the app. I dont want to have to guess some dates either and then apply filters because it's a waste of time. Its just better to go to the website.

When you're flexible with when you can fly, and are looking for the cheapest dates, the prices shown on the days rarely match what you find when you select that day and then search for flights for that day. For example, it says £190 for a flight to New York, but then when you select that date, the cheapest flight that shows up is £330. It makes the app pointless for me now as Google flight search now has the same functionality but with accurate prices

This app is awful. Filters reset everytime you go back a screen. Selected direct flights only? Tough it resets to all. Trying to use explore to get all the flights listed for a month, it will only show the cheapest match, then the next week, the next month etc . I want the whole month of flights I selected, why is it showing me this useless info? Really desperately needs a feature review

Unable to choose and airport and the "everywhere" option without also selecting "direct only" which is completely useless as technically I can get literally anywhere if I'm prepared to fly for 97 hours and take 7 different planes. Prices under the heading "everywhere" are wildly inaccurate also. Finally this app would be far more useful in Europe if I could exclude the UK from searches due to visa issues.

This is horrible, my dates are flexible and am looking for the most convenient and cheaper flights. This is not available and the pricing shown on the calender doesn't correctly reflect when you tap on it. Such a disappointment

Explore tab is now on there however I can't actually explore anythinf, also please remove the double covid travel tab. When I open app sometimes I get a duplicate of the covid travel map, I want to explore all available flights but doesn't always give me that option. Thank you.

Great app. Used it in Europe and great for one ways or return flights . With the multicity option I found that I couldn't chose the combination of flights that I wanted. Could be the same with other services though.

Explore everywhere option is gone permanently from homepage, price shows less in beginning but when you go to book ticket, price suddenly increases dramatically to too high more than 3 times. This App have become like any other apps available in the market. This App seems useless now, for me atleast. Gave 2 star because earlier it was good, not anymore.

Only app I've ever used that was worse than the mobile web page. Provides no additional search options and I couldn't even find the one for "direct flights only". When I went back to chrome mobile, I couldn't even use the site to view flights because chrome insisted I use the app instead. How useful.

This used to be such a good app. Ive been using Skyscanner since 2003, well before apps were a thing. Now that travel is back open I started using it again. Where is the amazing explore section with a choice of weekend breaks and fantastic destination deals?!! Why is it so clumsy and obtuse to use. So sad. Its basically just another disappointing app. AND it's so ugly to use view now!

I love Skyscanner! They make it easy to get on the app put in your destination and you can just click on the calender and see the prices for each day of the month. That way you can see the cheapest prices for wherever your wanting to go and grab your ticket right then and there. Plus some of the days on the calendar are unbelievably cheap and that is great!

Keeps asking to verify I'm a person, I do so, just kicks me back to the same annoying screen, sometime immediately, sometimes after looking at a few things. So off to other apps rhay are not as annoying to use.

This is to inform that there was an increased of amount at the last phase of processing my booking from 365 to 391 AUD real quick in booking my flight. They gave the option to proceed or not but for a customer in desperation to get the spot, I had to take it but it was too much of a jump that was uncalled for so I had to rate the site 1 star. Hope this won't happen to others if the site would be genuine enough with their original tactics of gaining loyal customers in future.

This is probably the single most infuriating app I've seen in a lifetime. Just show me the direct flights please.....let me choose multiple departure points. whoever has designed the usability on this is either insane or has never booked flights before. I give up! Arrrrrrgggggh...

Please provide the following search filters - Checked-in baggage, No Self-transfer, airline filters during the search for everywhere in the app and the website!! These are much needed. Browsing on the app/website is becoming hard due to the absence of such filters!

Selecting a multi trip, if I want to change a date and press back button, all information is lost, I then have to put all information in again. Why can I not just go back and change one date, just to see if the flight is available? Annoying, to day the least.

What on earth has gone wrong with Skyscanner? The search functionality and explore is completely unusable. Half the time the explore function doesn't even appear. I'm done with Skyscanner.
