- 30 days youth ticket is now not personal, like all other season tickets.
- To avoid people purchasing their ticket just before an inspection we have added a 2 minute countdown, before the ticket is activated. You can still enter the vehicle while the ticket is in countdown-mode.
- Shortcut to purchase expired tickets again have been added.

I selected a standard 1,5 hr ticket for a 7 min bus ride, pressed "purchase" and it started loading as usual and all was good. Got the countdown and all. When I unlock my phone 5 minutes later on the bus, I suddenly have no ticket. I try multiple times, close and reopen the app, and nothing works. I then purchase a new single ticket, and suddenly I have TWO VALID TICKETS. Previous one suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Countdown on the new one. They expired 5 min apart. Such a rip-off!
When a person tries to buy a ticket, regularlly unable to connect to the server. Tried to uninstalle the application, but it doesn't solve the problem. Moreover, when a person buys a ticket, it takes time for the ticket to appear, as a result, a person is forced to try again. Hence two the same ticket for a single trip. Although they try to warn that this is the second ticket, a stressed person don't want to be charged for not buying a ticket. As a result taps the buttons repeatedly. Loses money
Felt cheated by this app. Cannot cancel or change date. After payment made only showed the validity of the tickets that must be travel at the day you purchased ! You cannot purchased the ticket in advanced. My money just wasted because of this !
Sometimes the app takes long time to load purchasing and does not show the purchased ticket. If you purchase another ticket then, you will see two tickets. Please be careful about that.
You can pay with credit card only. You can not buy multiple tickets, e.g. for friends.
Would love to give negative stars. As a tourist you can't use the app even with valid credit cards because the developers are screwing up the payment flow. Awesome. Even if I wanted to I can't buy a ticket .
Payment is done but the app is stuck on waiting for confirmation of payment. It won't show a valid ticket even if I got a text that amount was added to my phone bill.
If you discover that your period ticket is expired after entering the bus, you better be good at managing you anxiety (of getting fined) because it easily takes 5 minutes to renew the ticket because of the sluggish performance of the app.
There is something wrong with the app.. It's not working properly anymore. Please kindly fix it. Thank you.
When you logg in the app it takes forever to sand you the code ypu need. But in the rest is good and I am greatfull that is work witghout internet if you don't close the app.
It can almost never access the remote server. Meaning I can't use it to buy a ticket before getting on a bus.
I bought 2 bus tickets for a trip next week but then found after paying for the tickets they are only valid for 2 hours.Complete waste of money

can you includ dog tickets cus yiu have to pay for ur dog and bike. but not a massive waggon for ur child its retarded... my dog takes up much smaller space then a 4 yr old child with a waggon...

The fact that you inform that the tickets don't work on NSB trains is all good, but you do NOT inform that you have to buy a separate ticket to use the ferry. This information should be put on the same place you inform about the NSB trains on your active ticket.
When your colleagues finally informs you you've paid 1000 too much a year due to this scam company not selling the 6month ticket in the app. Because we rich students can afford that -.-
I am unable to receive the SMS OTP on a singapore number even on another android device.
This app does not activate with a Singapore number. The activation SMS doesn't arrive. Guess I'll have to activate it using a Norwegian registered number.
This app is the best thing that has happend in bus and tram service in Bergen the last hundred years. If someone complain that they can' t book a ticket, they don't know what a local bus is.
Its not sending any sms for registration without which its not possible to book tickets.. they need to fix it asap
Tried sending receipt from one of my expired tickets. I need that particular one. It doesn't send it, I've tried to send it to two different email addresses, nothing shows up. I checked my spam folder too, it just doesn't seem like the app sends the receipt.
