Works pretty good, extremely useful compared to looking up times online. It's quite annoying when it deletes your favourites though, as well as refreshing and scrolling to the top of your favourites page, I'm not sure why this happens. If I might come with a suggestion, would it be possible to add categories? Let's say I have some buses I use for work, some for school and some for friends. It would make it easier to navigate.
App using long loading times and repeats to close.
It's basically unusable. The planner works awful, everything else as well.
Only marginally useful. Often inaccurate about time and distances. Difficult to plan ahead more than a half hour or so. Many times have I relied on the app and missed the bus, or the app gets me to the stop 5 minutes after the bus leaves and 15 minutes before the next.
Loads for an incredibly long time before MAYBE finding one route. Often says "an unknown error has occurred" no matter if I'm using WiFi or mobile data. Also usually suggest way more unnecessarily complicated routes than if I check it up myself. The consept is good, but doesn't help when then app rarely works as it should. 👎
works alright! but the search does not work as well as it used to and it always seems to include walking time to any one buss stop making it very annoying to pick out a route at a glance.
Garbage app that doesn't work at all half the time and keeps showing inefficient travel routes and departures that doesn't exist. I'm still waiting for them to let google do it for them because they certainly aren't capable.
Also not possible to search bus stops in the maps. Impossible to know which haukeland is ok to use or not for instance, unless you are a local
Unreliable for planning the trips, most of the times shows unreliable connection/s. Hope skyss improves it
Information about delays or arriving time is totally unreliable and mostly wrong! Pretty annoying when you need to get to your job...
It simply doesn't show any results when you need it most. Unreliable!
The app is OK for looking up departures, but at random intervals it'll just delete your favourites

I find a new problem with the routes every day, as I have heard from others who use the app as well as well as constant problems connecting through a reliable WiFi connection.
The new update is ugly and the timetable for bus routes is an eyesore of numbers. Hate it.
Wouldn't it be useful if the app would actually find the streets you are looking for? Some streets are impossible to find! And why can't I select which bus stop i want my info from? Why do i always have to choose from the closest ones? Absolutely crappy. It used to make traveling easy. Now it's just an annoyance
Here I sit at the bus stop in Olsvik. The app said there was a bus at 14:25 but the timetable in the bus stop says the bus arrives at 13:32. Why can't you adjust your app to coincide with your timetable. This has happened on several occasions and it's irritating.
The app doesn't show possible connections that the Skyss website shows. It is still useful for direct trips and for checking the bus stops.
Useless without an Internet connection and it should not have to be. Would be nice if timetables came with the app or was cached for favorite routes or lines.
Does not find all the connections that the skyss mobile site finds. Only​ useful to show routes/maps of bus lines and stops.
Deleted the old app as it was so so bad. Completely useless. Wrong times, bad info, map didn't load among others. New version is much better. 😀 still room for improvement but much much better. Thank you.
Could been good, but the so-called realtime times, has no connection with the real world

A very big improvement from the previous app. Very useful
Worked fine for 6 months or so. Now the planner tells me to take an 8 hour train journey halfway to Oslo and back every single time I ask for a simple trip in Bergen (even a trip that uses only one bus with no connections!!) No, I don't want to go to walk over Ulriken to go to a train station 2km away, to take a train to Drammen, to then take another back to Bergen, and get the bus that would have gotten me where I wanted to go in the first place in 15 minutes.
