The layout of this app is atrocious. The guide wasn't in numerical or alphabetical order, just random channels. I live in GA all the local stations were giving NY news and all the channels were blurry. You can't save any movies/shows that's current or on demand in a library or list. It's so much more but I'm sure you got the point. I didn't make it 24 hours with this service.

Tried out the free trial then canceled. Signed back up 2 days later. Live chat was great helping me sign back in and getting the app updated. For the price you can't go wrong. Excellent customer service via live chat. They recently added closed captioning and we're patient with my newbie questions. I hope they add Destination America and Discovery Science channels in the future.

UPDATE 11/15/18: WE LOVE THIS SERVICE!! AFFORDABLE AND PRETTY EASY TO USE. Be sure to read the FAQ and requirements. You can't expect every single thing to work in your favor 100% of the time without getting all the facts first. I have a standard 6mbps internet connection at home and it works flawlessly when we are home and barely studders when we are all on the internet. You need a primary device and that is clearly stated all over their site and in the app info below so you can't act like it's rediculous when you see that on the app screen. You have to read to know what you are getting. My Mi Box in the living room is the primary device and is connected via Ethernet to the internet. My other is on WiFi and works great too. NOW WORKS ON ALL MY DEVICES. SAMSUNG TABLET, LG V30, ORIGINAL MI BOX, AND GEN 1 FIRESTICK. *****Seems as though you need to contact their customer service to get the app to work in some cases. I still cannot get the keyboard to work correctly on my 1st Gen Firestick to even sign in but it works awesome on my Mi Box. You can set favorites on your primary device but they did not carry over to my mobile app on my smartphone. Recordings are cool but sometimes restart from the beginning before you are done watching. Kind of hard to navigate the guide to record. Some of the shows listed from an on demand search do not match the listing. Like it says Mickey Mouse clubhouse but it's some Disney teen sitcom thing instead. Time zones are a little weird right now. I'm watching Freeform now and it's 3 hours behind but I was told there is an app update to correct this and add more time zones. They have been great with customer service so far. Nice and patient but some of their reps may be bilingual with English as a second language but I could be wrong so be patient and kind to them and you should be fine :).

I found it was hard to log in too but I went on my firestick to do it and it work find after trying several times and now I am able to watch channels that I could not watch on Hulu plus TV. Hulu do not have The CW and I been missing all my shows nor BET.

plz save ur money, it cost $25 a month just to add HBO, it also has no Canadian Content, i have tried almost every IPTV provider out there and never had this much trouble , after signing up it says my password is invalid which it isnt, then it says you must be logged on to an itial box like android or Apple to access online content, WHAT???? ok so there is a provider that offers 51 000 channels for $60 CAD per year i have had them for months now, he is freedomtv.site.live look him up.

I just signed up for the 7 day free trail. So far it is working wonderful. And i was able to get help with log in from chat. Thanks a bunch. Love it so far.

Using this app on my roku TV and roku streaming stick. This app has a wonderful selection of channels. I canceled my cable today.

Signed up and then it tells me I have to first sign in through a "primary" device. None of which I have. I signed up to use this on my tablet in the truck. FAIL!

Have not been able to complete sign up for 7 day trial - chat help was unable to resolve the issue - using a Skystream One box. I took my credit card info just fine but I can't log in . . .

I wish your service carried TvLand (maybe a break-off from Nickolodian?). I'm having a hard time synching Android remote with live tv shows. Sometimes shows are at exact times & they aren't.

Did the 7 day trial and now I'm keeping the service. upgraded to 5 devices so far so good. after upgrade it stopped buffering.

don't have a ''primary device'' to hook up to it all I have is a Chromecast i really wanted to check it out would you guys make Chromecast primary devices let me know

ive become addicted to skystream only issue is theres a glitch for new users trying to log in first time.i had to have rep help me. ill keep it. im ridding of HBO. kinds silly for kodi users. love this have dicovery channel

dam! i was exited about this app, took a huge chunk of my download data to get it on my phone, now trying to open the app and i get: "sorry this app is no longer supported!" So can i get a download refund please? app uninstalled

It would not let me sing in on the app and I need you to refund me my $1.00 back. And it keeps messing up and buffering

This app does not work well. Constant glitches happening.
