I have been using my SkyTrak for about a year now, use it pretty much every day. Up until the latest update it has been working flawlessly. Now it's a different story... I keep losing my connection to my phone a lot, having to wait for it to reconnect again and again... it's really annoying and sometimes this results in not being able to use my SkyTrak, I am currently using a Google Pixel 1st gen as my device to read data as I do not have access to a PC. Please fix my problem and you have a 5/5
Won't work with my new Tab S7 FE. It connect but after about 10 seconds it disconnects. This app doesn't work. It's fairly reliable when I use my PC so it's not the Sky Trak unit. If you're buying a Sky Trak to use with a Tablet, don't!
Your software is trash. Constantly having to reset. Constantly logging me out and then saying I've forgotten my username or password and making me go back through and reset everything. Trash, wish I had spent the extra money on a better simulator or atleast read the reviews on the software you have to use. What a joke for the cost.
When I first started the app and the Skytrak it took a while to get to sync. The actual app is great with numerous features and game modes. However, when you use the WGT and go back to Skytrak it will not sync and you have turn it off and on.
Just started my second year with the skytrak and I am impressed. All had been well until this latest update. Multiple software issues with wifi connection and app unresponsiveness. I use a galaxy note 10 and had never had an issue before this update.
The software is *very* good for practicing golf. The randomization options are particularly helpful. The data is thorough and well presented. I'd definitely love to see WGT integration on Android sometime soon. Keep up the great work!
Had the SkyTrak for a few years now. The app has ran fine for me on multiple phones. It's clean and simple to use. Setting up wifi is a little buggy sometimes, but works fine after it's setup.
This app just keeps getting better with each update. The new "Randomize" feature is especially useful. Only fault is missing pin on the most recent nearest the pin update but I believe it will be soon fixed.
App itself is fine, but connectivity to the skytrak unit is very unreliable. Rarely does it work the first time, on any device.
Great app, nice features and reliable. The only issue would be that on some devices the loading screen stops at a %number and after that nothing happens). Other than this issue I'm pleased with it. Thank you
App has been essentially dead since last update. Won't even load. Uninstalling / reinstalling has no effect. No sign of any fix. Am disappointed.
Was a great app until it updated yesterday, 04/12/21, on my Samsung S10e. Now it will not connect at all. Hope they come up with a fix soon...
Errors when installing and when I open app it's just stuck at 0% at the loading screen. Uninstalled, cleared cache multiple times with no luck. These devs suck
PC app connects, Android (on an S20) wi not. Just sits waiting for connection. All on same wifi connection.
Worst app ever! I can't zoom in to the app windows. The connection is awful for Samsung Galaxy 8s. You guys need to fix asap!
Like others stated, latest upgrade has broken andriod functionality. I can't connect my note 20 directly to the skytrak. Please fix

Hi guys.. I have downloaded the app but it doesn't seem to connect. All it says is: " looking for connection" and "in discovering" mode! I am connected to fibre!! What should I do?
Everyone gets 4 or 5 stars from me. Except rich companies like this one refusing to help. Good luck if you have any problems. The support you get is the worst I have ever had.
Had no problems until the latest update. Now i can't even open the app. THANKS FOR NOTHING!
dont waist your money on a skytrak. two years, nothing but problems, im lucky to get 1 out of 10 shots to even read.
I can't login at all. It just stays lodding and I am sitting in my house with full wi-fi service.

latest update again has issues loading on android, but works fine on apple.

A $2000 piece of equipment is completely useless because this app does not work at all
After upgrading to the latest version (v4.0), I am unable to connect to the skytrak unit through my Samsung phone (s21). I called technical hotline and they said a fix will be available earlier this week. It's been more than 10 days and unable to use the skytrak unit. Typically, the software is supposed to be tested before an upgrade. How can you release a software without even testing basic functions? Even if it's a mistake, the fix should have been available by now. Very disappointed
