Terrible instructions that don't mean anything. As far as I can see there's no way to use it. Looks cool in the pictures, though.

Haven't played the games in over a year, but these are extremely well designed, and is immediately noticed by other fans.
I use this as part of about five different themes that I pick and choose from. I use the button shape (square) and a few of the icons. Great, easy to use, highly recommend.
It gives my whole phone a feel that I can't really describe I enjoy it a lot once you learn what everything does and personalize it a bit it works even better! So yes if you like fallout I would recomend getting this app.
So far its the fastest launcher that I've ever used. Just hope you could make more cute themes and anime-related too.
I'd give it a higher rating but I can't figure out how to make it have the circle layout like in the example. Other themes work fine with that.

Quite simply not worth the effort. Too many hoops to jump through just to get a theme to work isn't worth the time and effort.
I'll give it 5 stars if you add a lot more icons. Please add more
To activate you must have smart launcher, then go to your apps and up in the right corner theres a picture of vault boy and 3 lockers click it and press preferences, and press theme and press the pip boy theme your WELCOME!
Cant find the map and quest menu. :P
