Slab Happy Rewards

I've been disappointed with this app for a few years now. I'm able to receive promotions on the app, but never able to use them. The locations nearest me do not even participate in the loyalty program or the app. Each year, I think, surely they will update everything. But no. The locations that supposedly DO participate in the program, well that's another story. I try to give them my business but the app won't let me order from those either. Now, I can't even login anymore. WTH??

Points never go up anymore after many purchases. My phone/info is correct on the app. An employee says everything looks correct when my number is put in, yet I never reach the rewards, and they can't resolve the issue. Also, the corporate office won't return my call. I feel they do not value long-time customers. I will be deleting this app and no longer visiting MSC. I also do online surveys with multiple companies and will be sure to let them know of my experiences with this establishment.

UPDADTE. I reached out to developer last week about app not working. Responded initially and asked me how I got email address and I told him from app. Then I was asked for number associated to my account and I sent it. No other communication after that. I can't preview my account through app but I get notifications from app. Doesn't make sense to me. I've been trying to login for 30 days and have been unsuccessful. I've even uninstalled it and it still want work. Please fix app!!!!

Good Icecream, good staff, NOT a good app. Location in my area, called Marble Slab Creamery, employee said there is a different app associated with the store & that this one doesn't work with it. Even though I gave them my number associated with the acct because they did not have a QR code scanner. I couldn't earn my points for the icecream I bought 😕. Not sure I will go here as frequently to this location if I can't collect points.

Marble Slab is 2nd to NONE!! Always great service and the variety of ice cream and the many options for toppings can't be compared to another. I consider myself their biggest fan in Columbia SC...winter, spring, summer and fall!! 🍦

The promotions don't work at the so called "participating," locations. The only thing that does seem to work is the 5 dollar reward when you get it, and I am not sure about the birthday reward. I will have to wait till next year if I decide to keep this app.

won't download app - changed web - zip, nada a piece of junk - wife's phone downloaded, same Samsung, though mine has higher law enforcement clearance authority by ATT. After wife registered, it won't let her in to use the site. Guess my phone could weed-out junk.

you never get your points. even if you buy ice cream after installing the app the points never show up. not worth the memory space, may as well go back to punch cards.

they forced everyone to this app then steal the points you have earned by issuing rewards on their own and then having them expire. worse program ever. liked the product but never going back to a dishonest business.

Never been to a participating store that accepts these deals. When I try to order it says error signing in but when I go to home screen I'm greeted with my name.

Highly disappointed. I signed up for the program gave the young man my receipt who took my order and my money, he said the scantron doesn't work and asked for my number. I gave him my number and he said everything was ok and up to date. I checked the app everyday for an update. Nothing. I stopped by the Store and asked to speak to a Manager. The young lady up front with the glasses on went to speak to a young lady on the back line, she returned and said there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO. Schillinger

It won't let me log in anymore!!! I put in my info and it says that email already taken. I'm not signing UP, I'm signing IN.

Won't let me log in. I enter my phone and email and it says "Email already taken." No duh! I'm on the login page! Uninstalled within two minutes of installing. You should fire your devs. 🙄

Absolutely the most useless app I've ever had , nothing works ,cant order anything ,cant add or use rewards

Can't verify email. says cant connect to server even tho my wifi is at 98% Lol plus nearest location is 200 miles away.

It works when it's convenient to the business never works when I have loaded coupons or purchase deals

Failed too allow me to scan me receipt. Said something about no store nearby. Not worth keeping on my phone.

Be forewarned that franchisees determine whether to honor rewards or not, based on store location and ownership. In our area that means mostly NOT.

Someone brought it into the house and everyone had a scoop of the tasty treats. An fell happy in love of our 💓 in how smooth the ice cream was, it was delicious.
