SLC Mobile

I try to make payments for my Hive pass, yet it's very frustrating to be redirected out of this site to another site that takes me back to this one? Is Hive only "Purchasable" via this site and payments must be made in person or over the phone? If so why do you have my credit card info stored? I just want to update my info yet can't even find my own info in your system? Frustrating! Bring this app to a more user friendly status! Thanks. This isn't a one time use issue! O* rating not allowed.

App doesn't load just stuck on the splash screen. Android 9 Moto G7 Power. Gave the app all permissions didn't resolve the issue. The app is unusable and can't report parking issues online makes things frustrating.

Ignore the poor reviews. I have been using this app going on 2 years before my review. It's a great way to report issues to the city. Regularly report graffiti and left garbage and within the week it's resolved. Great alternative to calling department phone numbers.

The ParkSLC website says to download this app for parking maps, which is inaccurate. The website map won't work either,which is highly incovenient.

I have used the SLC Mobile app in the past and found it useful. Now it won't install. Just stays "Pending . . . " forever. Please fix this!

Freek! I was told this app helps locate parking. I can't find anything that will help me! It's useless!

Tried to add a photo to my "request" and it closed the request before I was finished. Not worth the Hassel

No problems so far, using it to report Graffiti etc.. :}

I am suppose to be able to find parking places on the map but nothing showed up. Kind of going in blind.

Parking info just sends me to Google Play to download this same app. Stupid.

This app has some great potential. Love the fact I can easily report issues the city has over looked in the past.

A reliable app for slc Utah

Worked just fine for me without any issues. I was reported a rather large pothole on my street and it was fixed by the next day. (Sun-Mon)

You need to make it more mobile friendly when going to recent topics etc instead of it directly going to the website. Make it fit mobile screen devices better so our don't have to turn phone sideways or scroll left to right to read topics. Other than that it's really nice.

I got the Hive Pass and when I received the billing email I was directed to this app, I would find it easier to pay the bill if there was an option? Still trying to figure out hire to pay it. Thank you this app looks awesome otherwise.
