SLCCU Mobile Banking

Small credit union so I expect these issues but you can't access the app and get constant "system failure" errors when trying to login. Some of the coding doesn't fit the splash screen to your phone. Needs work if it wants to be useful. **Update 9-22-18 I'm not typing my login info. I'm using, and have been, using the registered fingerprint for over a week. Just to clarify.

When it works the app is fine, nothing complicated, to the point navigation, and easy to read, only problem is the fact that it's a pain to login back into. Just recently I've been trying to login back in after the app signed me out amd unregistered my fingerprint did I start having issues, it tell me its a "service error", and it's kind of keeping me from doing some stuff right away.

the app and the bank have different ideas on accurately calculating your account. You know what you have in your account and the app accurately have the same amount but some how the bank says something different. Got tired of arguing and closed account. I didn't have any problem with the app matter of fact I liked it. The app was very helpful and was accurate. The bank calculations was different from the app information and they wasn't showing or explaining it accurately.

I loved the app but after the update I can no longer use the finger print to log in and when I try to change my preference it crashes.

I constantly have issues with the app and website!!! I'm definitely thinking about removing my account and switching to another credit union because of this.

I recently joined SLCC and was able to access the app only 3 times. Now I am unable to view my account after multiple tries. Very disappointed!!

system have never allowed me to login just left the credit union to gain access received a temporary password got home to rest and it's saying invalid ID or Username very frustrating

i have installed this app two times wont let me in you cant find out what is on the account if you want peoplemto bank here fix the problem

once again the app isn't working. What's the point of having an app if it isn't working properly

I got blocked out of my account because I forgot my password now this app is useless. It got blocked the day before.

I dont know if its the bank or the app but most of my tranactions get flipped around

The app has an error when I try to use bill pay.

I am learning the ropes myself but so for so good 😁😁

Very basic app. It'd be nice if they asked NFCU for some help on revamping the app.

Its cool You cant do much just see what you have in your checking and savings and you can move money but thats ait if yiu want to borrow for a loan you still havr to call

F.Y.I. unable to transfer funds on the weekend. The attempt to process on weekdays is difficult also.

Mediocre app needs updating w fingerprint sign in... the ATM is better than the app. Love the CU but the apps a bit of a let down.

This app is ALMOST useless. Of course being able to check your account balance is great, but seriously? That's all I can do? With other banking apps I can pay bills, search for specific withdraws or deposits, or see a calendar of when bills are coming out. Please update this soon!

It kept me locked out, but was able to log in on my desktop. It has very limited features.
