I absolutely love the new capabilities and features of this new app... it's just that the app doesn't work! Most of the time it won't go to my account when I click on it. If by any chance it does finally let me view my account, the renewal feature doesn't work. I end up having to log in online anyway. I like the one stop access for overdrive, axis, etc. Or is one convenient place, if it works.
App used to be great. Newest update makes you have to remember and enter your long library account number each time. Once logged in, YOU CAN'T GET BACK TO ANYTHING ELSE UNLESS YOU LOG OUT OR QUIT THE APP! Horrible update! Go back to how it was as there used to be more features and it was much more user friendly.
The app is fabulous. I can search for books, place holds and get reminded about due dates. 4 stars instead of 5 because ir runs a bit slow and clicking on your account from the main screen never works, I have to go into catalog first then click account.
I've always loved this app but since the newest update I can't see where I am on the waiting lists for books that I've got a hold on. Its frustrating
WARNING! This application does not work... I downloaded this app because I placed a hold and I wanted some kind of reminder to pick it up. Whenever I tried to login to my account it would give me a never ending loading screen (of doom). Anyways I don't know if it's just my phone (Moto G⁴) or it is happening to everyone, but I wish it worked!!! ):
Sure sometimes you can't find the book you want, but most the time it works great. You can have it so you get text reminders of when your books come in on hold. I love it. It beats calling and being on hold
Latest update really messed up what was a great app. Slow and doesn't work half the time.
The app used to work perfectly. Now I can't cancel a hold or renew an item at all. It's very frustrating. I'm about to uninstall it. It's only good for checking my due dates.
Every time I go in to or out of a menu it asks me to login. Old app only needed you to login the one time.
Latest ui "improvements" make it almost unusable! Blanks screens and far slower. DO NOT UPDATE
The update for this app has made it more difficult for me to look for books. I used to be able to perform an advanced search specifically for an author or title and now there's no specification. Disappointed.
The update ruined what was once a useable app; blank screens, multiple login requests etc.
The update face looks good, however I did like seeing what position I was for items that were on hold. It's no longer there
It won't log me on. I just have to go to the website. Super lame.
Since the update I'm no longer able to search anything, place holds, etc. Should have tested the app better before releasing it.
Super glitchy. Can't figure out how to put books on hold through it.

The only reason I want an app on my phone is so that I can do things more quickly or easily. This app has less functionality than the library website. It's faster and easier to log on to the website to renew books and take care of other library business.
I like this app for quick renewals. I very much DISLIKE this app because not all items I look up come up on the app. If I go to the website, most of the time my item is listed there. Not really sure if it saves me time by having the app. There are 2 items I have searched for on the app and it tells me "No results found"...but I search the website for the same 2 items and there they are.....
I just updated this app and now it won't let me log into my account. I tried deleting and reinstalling but it still won't let me in.
All the 5 star reviews are for an older version. As someone who primarily uses the library for Kindle format e book lending, this app is useless. I can't see the e books I have on hold or wish lists. There is no option to choose which format to get books in. It's e public or nothing. Then you have to get the overdrive app to read! Pointless, useless app!
