The percent good sleep feature is nice, i just wish it would subtract awake time from your "sleep" time. (It just starts when you go to bed (usually takes me 15 minutes to fall asleep) and doesn't allow you to modify the entry, which isnt helpful if I forget to stop it as soon as I wake up.) Still a helpful app, just not as much so as others that I've used.
initially, I really liked it. now, when the alarm goes off, and I swipe to stop, either it completely won't stop - sounds included! do you have any idea how annoying that is?!?! - or, like today, the sounds stop but it acts like it's still going off (says swipe to stop, won't give me last night's info). I have to restart my phone to get the app to work right! I would give you 4 stars if you would fix it back!
Doesn't work. The alarm just goes off at the time you set, never any earlier if you're in a light sleep before that. Also rates my sleep quality about 95% every night, whether I've had a good or a terrible sleep. I paid for the full version, but I'm afraid it was a waste of money. I've been using Sleep Cycle app as well and it seems a lot more accurate.
Fantastic sleep tracker.. The best I've found!! Bought the paid version today, & I'll edit this review after seeing how it goes.. Although, I can't think of what more, apart from not having any ad's, it could do!! Love it!! 😉👍 (Edit) Does everything its supposed too.. I understand it sometimes puts you as sleeping as before you are, & maybe misses the odd time you get up during the night, but I think it's a placement thing.. Finding the best place where it can measure the most movement.. Gr8!!
App is simple and should be upgradeable to be like other alarm apps maybe lock screen things. I tell myself i have woken up and swipe up lol so i fall asleep again.. i have upgraded version no adds for me if people seeing it. Also i am positive i have seen bug/glitch on setting time page, it was 8 and on top of 8 there was "10" and top of that "11", "9" was under "8" and it made me confused so i went back to home screen and tried again but there was no error. good app
While this app have extremely helpful features such as dream diary and mood entry; this app doesn't accurately record sleep patterns especially when first activating the app. It often takes a good amount of time for me to fall asleep (around 1-1 1/2 hours or more) so unfortunately; this app records this as being asleep ( despite moving almost continuously) which messes up my total hr of sleep with no proper edit function. Decent app with potential that leaves a lot to be desired.
using the free version for now. it's not entirely accurate, as it says i fall asleep within 1minute... but theres a strong possibility im just not understanding how it works, plus its a phone app lol. considering it's free, its pretty good and i recommend trying it out. I'm using it as a rough guide for my new doctors to show them what my average nights look like outside of my sleep study. So I'll see how the app's graphs compare to my results at my follow up!
Does help sleep better; no exaggeration. Prior to its use I woke every hour (nature call). In just a week's use that has extended to three hours between calls. I'm getting deeper sleep; I'm dreaming vividly; and mornings are better than last month. Wow! Simply because I can see a graph every morning detailing what happened while I was sleeping! Absolutely amazing!
This app is horrible. It says to leave your phone plugged in and put it under your pillow. I went to bed with it at 50% last night, then woke up 3 hours later and my phone was on fire and was only at 80% even though it should be fully charged 2 hours prior. Had to just uninstall the app as it's going to cause a fire. Sleep as Android is so much better.
Can't get even started – the phone controls completely cover the app controls, so I can't press the “DONE” button in the intro and keep minimalizing the app instead. I also tried using split screen to move the controls up, but it's not supported. (Android 8.1.0)
Last night I slept wonderfully for 10 hours. App says i was awake the while time and didn't get a wink of sleep. Meanwhile the night before I tossed and turned all night for 6 hours, app said I got great sleep with 97% efficiency. I just wanted something to give me an idea of my own sleeping patterns. Hard to do when my best nights sleep is marked as "awake/poor" and vice versa. Very disappointed.
Just got this app yesterday and have used it once. I normally set 4 alarms every day and always have a problem getting out of bed. This morning the app woke me up about 20 min before I needed to be awake but I feel more refreshed than I have in a long time. I reccomend this app for anyone who struggles with getting up in the morning.
It really motivates me to sleep earlier. I especially like the quality of day and moonphase features, but it needs more criteria for the quality of sleep. Like whether the room is humid or cool and if I ate early or late. Another thing is that on random nights it fails to record sleep, does the wifi need to always be on?
It looks like a great app! I use other Runtastic apps and have had very positive experiences. I am looking for a sleep tracker that syncs with Google Fit, and this is the best sleep tracker I've found, however it doesn't sync with Google... Can you please update it so it can connect to Google Fit like other Runtastic apps? Thank you so much! 😊
The alarm goes off at the time you set, even though the sleep analysis shows I've been 'awake' for 20 mins before that (which I haven't been) so not sure about the accuracy. Just makes it a high maintenance alarm clock.
It worked once, but the alarm doesn't work most days. It's frustrating as I paid for the full version bc it worked and then it stopped working. I don't know what setting I'm setting up that are wrong. It's annoying bc this could be the reason I oversleep and this app promises to help me wake up on time.
This app is so good. Remember to place in in the corner of your bed, not directly under your pillow. The corner of the bed next to your head gives the most accurate readings, in my experience. I love the fact that this doubles as a dream journal! Highly recommend. Pay for the ad-free version for the smoothest experience.
This app has been useful in some ways, but not all of its features seem honest. Is anyone able to tell me where it gets the 'sleep efficiency' percentile from? Because regardless of how much sleep I get vs sleep I actually need and regardless of how many times I get woken up in the night from other people making noise, it still says the same number. Every. Single. Night. How I feel when I wake up doesn't appear to be any kind of reflection of that. Not seeing that as any kind of useful feature.
