I have had trouble sleeping for years. I have spent countless hours trying various apps. From sleep stories to ambience, nothing has worked. When I came across this app I was hesitant because there is a annual fee following a free trial. After downloading the app and looking through it I realized just how much it has to offer. Needless to say, after the 1st night I was hooked. I slept so soundly and I awoke refreshed. This is NOTHING like all the other apps. Worth the money!!!!

This app is amazing ❤️❤️.. I've listened to the stories every night at bedtime for several years now & each night I fall right to sleep..even tho the stories seem to be on a scheduled repeat each night, I don't mind at all..I started on this app during a horrible time in my life when I couldn't sleep at all & would be up for days at a time..Wysa has saved me & helped me fall asleep calm & relaxed ever since..thank you Wysa.but some new stories would be great too☺swimming with dolphins is my fav!

This app is super helpful! It has stories, free daily meditation help, anxiety salvation, and even an online therapist (which you have to pay for) what I love about this app is that wysa owl can actually chat with you which really puts a smile on many people's faces. Not only is the app super helpful but easy to use! It has an easy working system and even has a quick meditate moment for relaxation! This app is the best app I have seen so far! I love this app it not only has changed the way I fall asleep at night but has helped me to reconnect with my inner child and all of the memories that came along with her to my infinite and absolute delight! It has also triggered my creative juices flowing again and reopened a long ago forgotten world of wonder and possibilities to dream and build upon! I use the deep sleep module, and it helped me relax and rest like I hadn't done in a long time. The voice on the audio is very soothing and the exercises help you keep focused on what you are doing. Great app for sleep 😄

After headspace put up a paywall I started using this app. I use the free version and I love that you get to try a different free story every night. I just wish that speaking volume and music volume could be customized separately.

It takes a lot for me to actually write a review for something, but the Wysa apps (both regular and for sleep) are such helpful tools for getting out stress, anxiety, and depression, especially for people who may not have readily available access to it otherwise. This app is amazing! I suffer from panic/anxiety and lately severe health anxiety (side effect of meds). I usually have a hard time falling asleep. I used to have to sleep with the tv on as a distraction and it sounds take forever to finally fall asleep, and I'd still wake up 5 to 6 times a night, sometimes with my heart pounding jolting me awake. This app changed all of that. I'm asleep 10 minutes or less into the stories! And sleep great! Love it. 🥰

I've only been using this for a few nights but I love it! I have a hard time shutting off my brain at night to fall asleep and this is working perfectly. I like the chat function and that there's a new story every night (not that I usually make it very far into it 😂). When you set the time that you want to go to bed it will message you what that nights story is which I find motivating to get to bed. Thumbs up!

I have tried many apps to help me sleep which is sometimes difficult as I work shifts. I also am aware that a lack of sleep and discipline can depress us, so with that in mind I have tried audio books, various audio meditations and sleep hypnosis apps. Wysa is by far the best one to work for me. The gentle, easy breathing exercises are brilliant at putting me into a deeply relaxed state and the magical, hypnotic stories are beautifully narrated. Before I know it, I'm in dreamland. Fabulous!

Honestly I love everything about this app. From the mascot, to the journaling, everything was well thought out, and the basic version has a lot to offer. I struggle to sleep if I don't have the app lol. You can set a reminder every night to get ready to sleep, and the stories they offer are calming. I recommend it to everyone. It's really cute and helpful.

I'm using the free version, which i love! It is limited but has plenty for me. If I continue to use it, i might get the subscription, which has a ton of stuff. I like the nightly story the best- it's a new one every night but it is always calming and helps me put the day away to go to sleep. Since using the app, i have noticed a change in how quickly i fall into a deep asleep and i don't wake up as much. Thanks for this great app! Have already recommended to a friend!

I absolutely love this app, it's the only way I can be sure I'll fall asleep. I just wish the stories and meditation were available online. I work on a boat for 6-9 months out of the year, I wish I could use it then as well.

The sleep meditations are good and the voice behind them is very calming and soothing. I've been tending to wake up very soon after the meditations rather than sleep through the night. Sometimes it is several times in the night that I wake up. I dont know where the problem is with me not sleeping at night.

Very helpful for sleep. I have anxiety/depression and mostly use the sleep stories to help with my obsessive thinking and insomnia. I rarely make it to the end of a story (usually I'm asleep in about 10 minutes). The only downside is that they don't have a big variety, but doesn't bother me too much since it's more about getting to sleep than the story itself. Have not tried many other features.
