Sleep Cycles will recommend times on when you should go to bed, or when to wake up. The recommendations are calculated by combining the average sleep cycles of 90 minutes and the 15 minutes it takes an average person to fall asleep. This is to help you get the best nights sleep possible.

Disappointed as soon as I opened it. I had a choice of reminding me to go to bed at 10.15 or 11.45. Whatever happened to the time in the middle. I want to go to bed at 11pm

Have been using this guy's app for 5 years, no issues, love it, does everything perfectly on 3 different android phones I've owned over the years, Nexus 4, Nexus 6p, LG G6.

besides the obvious and that it's super simple and easy to use, i love that it sets a sleep reminder on my phone. i didnt even know i had a sleep reminder option
