The first thing that stands out is the strange, cluttered, erratic design of the Dashboard. Some more documentation would be nice. What exactly does toggling Bedroom light detection do, and what if my phone is face down? And what's up with the fixed 10 minute delay when calculating Bedtime? I think it's weird to have multiple in-app purchases, one to remove ads and another to enable data export. It's not clear what Cloud backup is exactly, thought that feature is free, go figure.
I really like the app but since the last update, it can't correctly add up sleep debit/credit. It was always off by 5 minutes but now it shows a sleep bank off by 45 minutes in one night. EDIT: example: yesterday I had a sleep bank of +10'; the app is set to allow for max 45' sleep credit per night; suddenly this morning it had jumped to +1h 10'. EDIT2: if this is a feature and not a bug, then maybe it should be more clear. Thanks for the good work!
Was a very good app, had it for over a year, and found it really helpful. However I had backed up my data to carry it to my new phone, and I guess it got duplicated in the process, so now some days have a lot of the same data, and the only way to fix it is to manually delete and it was too much work. Will try another app.
Updating my review to say I think I have identified a user error on my part - I discovered that I accidentally hit the centre of the widget, effectively disabling the app. Could we have an extra check on that button to prevent accidental use? (or even remove it from the widget - I'd never intentionally use it!) My sleep pattern has improved since starting to use this app, so I'm hoping I have solved the mystery of why it stopped working for me.
a nifty little app that unfortunately gets out of whack every week or so and needs to be reset...not sure what the issue is but if it doesn't automatically pick up a day it seems to throw the whole alogrithm off and manually adding sleep leads to unexpected behavior including days doubling up (currently i apparently have 12 hours in my sleep bank-- i wish!) for which the only remedy seems to be starting from scratch 😕
My sleep cycle is really messed up sometimes and so I end up sleeping in the morning (maybe 4am) but when I do, I still want that sleep session to be part of the day before, not after. But the sleep tracker records it at the day after and then when I sleep normally the next day, it shows I got like 16 hours of sleep which is not true. So there needs to be an option to us to input what day that sleep counted for. Also, the sleep history calendar needs to put specific days instead of just days of the week.
I like the manual feature. However, the nap feature does not work because the app did not recognise the DND mode which is banned Quiet Time. My phone is Oppo R9s.
Need to hit enable like every day for it to work. Used it for a week now, only got one night tracked because of this? Edit: the issue has been fixed since removing optimization for this app within my phone settings.
Brilliant! Debt/credit is a great motivator. The clock visuals are really neat and satisfying. Seems to record quite well for me.
Very helpful, easy to use, nice design. I've tried several sleep tracker apps, and this one does exactly what I need. Recommend!
Why no new versions since March? There are still plenty of unfixed bugs. Update: One year passed since my last review and nothing changes, same version and same bugs. The best thing to do is export the results to CSV, delete app and forget about it and this dev forever.
Great overall but needs a "sync now" option for Fit as you cannot edit the sleep data it puts in Fit
I like this add on I just would like it to add more sleep info and the automatic detector needs some work.
Love it, have used for over a year, but recently I have been having the issues of the auto enable turning itself off repeatedly, even when I haven't turned it off. To the point of I check before going to sleep to make sure it js enabled and when i get up in the morning it has turned off and NOT recorded my sleep. It is incredibly frustrating in an otherwise very well made app.
