Exactly what I was looking for, except it doesn't work properly. It claims that 5 hours are 6 hours (???), and when I hit the "add alarm" button, it ignores my chosen bedtime and sets the alarm as if I were going to bed right now. I will look elsewhere and maybe come back to this in a few months to see if it's been improved.

Since using this app, I have definitely noticed a difference in my sleep. I wake up feeling energized, refreshed, and less cloudy in the mornings. I love how it adds the amount of time it takes for me to go to sleep within the sleep cycle calculation. This app also sets an alarm directly to the default alarm app on my phone at the press of a button. There are no ads and it has a simple, easy to follow format. This app was definitely worth the download! Loved it!

Lightweight, Simple to the point app. My sleep routine had devastated my professional life. I couldn't hear my alarms even though they rang continiously for 3 hours at a time. I read somewhere that sleeping in cycles makes sure that you wake up fresh and on time so i searched on playstore and this app popped up. Needless to say, I haven't missed a single alarm since I started using it. Highly highly recommend if you are a heavy sleeper and struggle to wake up.

Exactly what I needed. I don't need those bloated sleep apps with too many features that record you when you sleep and wake you up "more or less" when you need to... All I needed is an app that calculates for me when to go to sleep/wake up according to sleep cycles and it does exactly that (Even has an option to change the sleep cycle in case you know yours). I can genuinely say that this app is what fixed my sleep schedule and helped me get better sleep quality.

It does what it's supposed to. No ads at all. Everything is customizable and looks clean. Alarm itself is automatically added/handled in your phone's default clock app which I like. Thanks to the dev. for making this free app have a premium feel. Highly recommended, can't hurt to try it out.

It's a great app but it follows EST time instead of the phone time. I'm from Brazil, so I'm one hour behind and the app calculates a 150 minutes cycle instead of the proposed 90. Tip for improvement: settings for a time zone or follow phone time. Other than that, it helps me to set my timers and wake up on the best time.

The best sleep cycle app! I wake up feeling so rested and energetic. It's super user friendly as well, it doesn't have a bunch of unnecessary features, just exactly what you need. I like switching things up and often go to other sleep apps to try them, but ALWAYS come back to this one.

Kind of helped to improve my sleep and I sometimes feel fit when I wake up but I got one problem: even though there is a 30 min gap, if I go to sleep at the wrong time I can't wake up at all. So I need to calculate first to make sure that my REM phase will be in that 30 mins. Would be nice if you could add a feature where you also tell me when to go to sleep. Or if I could tell the app to wake me up in a larger gap (for example 90 min) so that it wakes me up at my REM phase. Thank you

This has been the best app to ensure that I got 5 cycles of proper sleep = 7.5hrs of sleep. I really loved that it considered 15m to sleep along with the actual cycles; had absolutely no ads; was super easy to use and setting an alarm was so convenient! Has a bug that calculates the wrong time at times. Makes the whole app pointless. Wish it would open to a screen that is the side menu instead of the sleep now. Makes it inconvenient to navigate

Love using this app, let's me know when I should be going to sleep or when I would be able to wake up, surprisingly works well with my sleeping pattern. For a while, after setting the alarm and looking at the suggested time to wake up, my body subconscious wakes me up a minute before the alarm rings.

My sleep tims starts at 12:15. The app will notify me exactly at 12:15 which a little time consuming for my sleep. If there was an option to set the notification 15/30/45... Minutes before the bed time it would be great. So that I can get myself ready for going to bed, put the phone away, take a warm shower ,pray etc. Otherwise, everything is perfect in your app.

this app changed my life. 8 years ago I had a problem with being unable to wake up in time for ANYTHING. Since downloading this app I understand REM cycles a lot better. This app may not seem as much but it does help to show a layout of how many hours you could sleep from let's say at the current time you're checking the app on. Even better, helps to show what time you could sleep as well as the hours to the time you choose to wake up. Unless you're unsure about how long you sleep because your daily routine is thrown off say for morning college courses, then this could help you to be sure of how to get enough sleep for those certain days.

simple to use. i use this app every night - it suggests 3 different wake up times for me (4, 5, or 6 sleep cycles), i pick one and it automatically takes me to my alarm app and puts the time in and everything. i hit ok and I'm good to go. works great, helps me wake up at my least grumpy :)

After using this app for months now I just realized that it doesn't calculate the sleep cycles correctly, even when I set the sleep cycle time at 90 minutes and set the time it takes for me to sleep at 20 minutes, when I set an alarm for say 1 cycle the alarm is always just 50 minutes from now (while it should be 1 hour and 50 minutes from now) and the latter is true for all the other number of cycles. The app doesn't fulfill its basic function correctly.

I cannot thank you enouph. I have imsomnia and when I manage to sleep i find it really hard to actually get up on my alarm, as my body wants more sleep. So when I found your app, I can hae my chromebook open ready to blast a song, so when I have to turn my alarm that wakes me up off, I have to get my laptop now; thus making me get out of bed! I had some problems with bad interfact though, add more laptop support and you have my Double cosign!

This is a very useful app for me. I really do notice a difference if I forget to use it to set my alarm. I haven't had any problems with it so far. I especially like how you can adjust the naptime length since I like to take long naps. Cheers!

It's really good, but I don't know why it auto sets the alarm on Monday and Wednesday specifically? So sometimes I accidentally oversleep because I forgot to remove those specifications. Is there a way to fix that in the settings?

The app suggests the wakeup and sleep times and creates alarms in your alarm clock apps. The sleep time notifications does not work on my Samsung A20, using Android 11.
