Just bought the light, Nox Smart Sleep Light and installed this app. The light works itself fine. The app is so useless. It is connected over the wifi but I can't change the light color nor sound effects, volume at all. It does not just respond at all. I'm going to reach the support and see if they gonna help this issue.
Invasive app permissions required to use the app, backwards and unfriendly at every step of the way. Not worth it. I will be uninstalling the app and using it as a quiet Bluetooth speaker, as Sleepace has gone out of its way to make me not want to use any of the other features. If you are this invasive and unfriendly to customers, you don't deserve business.
I've been using Sleepace for well over a year and the app worked fine until this last update was released on April 16. Now my Nox and RestOn won't pair with my WLAN connection, rendering them both uselsss. It would be nice if customer service would provide a response as to when this will be fixed since I know this issue is occuring to other users.
The app is too slow. Requires too much unnecessary. I just want to set the alarm clock up, but instead it spends minutes connecting to the device. Nox is a nice speaker with changing lights alas a useless gadget for improving sleep
Pillow worked great for 4 months then stopped working altogether. I tried uninstalling the app and reloading it but now it won't above pair to the phone using Bluetooth. Very frustrating and very annoying.
The App won't load on pixel 2 xl for a while now stays on opening screen, uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing 😢 worked great when i first got it 2 yrs ago and a few months in it stopped, i miss it working
The app looks good and easy to use, only downside is that i can't link the device to my pocophone F1 which makes me sad because it's the main reason i purchased the Nox SA1001 2 BLE 128. Luckily it's still useful with the wave sounds and the lavender scent so not a complete waste of money. 👍
Had the sleepace nox and rest on working amazingly for the first week of owning them, then yesterday the app was updated and I could no longer connect to the nox?? I had to download an old version of the app just to set an alarm.
I like what it's supposed to do, but it's been really bad at maintaining a connection on my galaxy s9. I haven't been able to log sleep with all the data.
Paid AUD$300 for the Knox lamp/alarm, despite using the Android and IOS app with it, it still randomly stops responding.. certainly won't be buying again.
Great info when it works but it hasn't synced or given me a sleep report in 2 months. So now I just have an extremely overpriced clock lamp
The instructions say to connect Nox to wifi first but need app to connect. App wont work until connected to wifi. Ridiculous Catch 22 situation!
I didn't use it first night (not installed on my bed) and it told me it tracked my sleep and drew a pretty graph. Which is concerning... meaning it makes things up?
Despite the update the app is starting unbearably slow and sleep records from Reston fail despite connection is visibly established
works great, love the different sounds and I love how it turns on the knox light with gentle music in the morning.
Overall good. But for some weird reason assumes my sleep always occurs within the same 16 hour bit of the day.
I bought the sleep mask on amazon. I like it. This app to go with it tho, wont even do anything after I open. Didn't intend to really use the app with this mask anyway

Got interested in buying some of your devices, but with such a slow app gonna postpone it for the future
Never accurately records my sleep. half the time it can't even connect to my smart lamp. it says I'm awake all night long which is clearly wrong, when there's no sound or movement for hours at a time. definitely has LOTS of bugs and issues, and needs many updates. it took me days just to connect my phone to my lamp in the first place. great concept, has it's benefits but using this app is extremely frustrating.
