Lost connection somehow and cannot reconnect which seems like a pretty fundamental ability for an app. Given the issues around the machine itself (the replacement has the same issue as i had it replaced for so thinking it is some weird annoy the user design feature at this point) this will be my last F&P machine, they are far too expensive for a hoping things get better or fixed strategy

When it works it is great. Easy to read ext. It looses connection frequently, and won't reconnect. It would be useful if you could adjust settings using the app. but not until connection issues are resolved.

Fisher and Paykel, this app is totally useless🤮. Bluetooth drops out whenever it wants to. I have to keep on reconnecting, I've given up now. I get my results from my CPAP provider, much easier.

Very good app, unlike others I haven't had any problems with it not syncing via Bluetooth. I would appreciate it if the new F & P Evora full face mask could be an option in the Full Face section please.

The app is working fine and I can see information about my sleep. However, the app causes a message to pop up every 30 seconds saying that it connected to the Sleepstyle device and then immediately pops up another message saying it has disconnected. This is very annoying when trying to use my phone for other activities. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8. It still happens even with SleepStyle notifications turned off.

Same old story as everyone else has been having for over a year. The app won't connect to the machine, and updates/patches are few and far between. Don't advertise this product with the benefit of an app when the app doesn't even work. This is extremely frustrating! Hire some techs that can fix the problem, and maybe even a handful of staff that will actually get back to people needing help troubleshooting. Way to lose business F&P.

The UI design is great but this app needs more detail about the nights sleep, more stats overall. It really needs to be more personalised . It would be great if you could set specific profiles with different humidifer levels and pressure settings etc and just sync that profile you want to use with the machine. The machine is great but the app lacks alot but the potential is there for it to be great. (Just a few key stats would make the world of difference)

Cant connect to my CPAP, no matter what I do. No data will show up in the app despite the machine telling me it's been sent. What little data does show doesn't match my user experience, it has data from July when I only started using the machine in August. Tried to email support, seems the email just bounced back. Never left a one star review before but this is shocking!

Worked great for 30 days then like so many other users comments just wouldn't sync with Bluetooth any more. It seems that this is a major bug but obviously too hard for F&P to fix. A total waste of time. Guess it's in the too hard basket, or we have bigger fish to fry basket. Very disappointed.

Frustration. Should have listened to reviews. Cannot get phone to pair even though device is visible. Click on OK. Nothing happens. Same box back again. Again. Again. Have uninstalled. Tried again allowing full access at all times, which I did not want, and it worked.

More details needed! While the machine works fine and the app looks good, the lack of provided information makes it nearly unusable. The data is there, but not visible for endusers. While mask leak chart is given in the more details page, I would like to see a same chart of the pressure throghout the night with AUTO machines, and also the events when they happened and what events they were. Since this machine has SenseAwake function we should see on the usage bar with different color when.

A lot of people have issues, as did I about losing data or no data picked up despite it being connected. To solve this - switch electricity off at wall. Do not just pull out the power cord before electricity is off. Wait 5-10 seconds. The machine will power up. Open sleepstyle app. It prompt you for the bluetooth code. Enter or hit accept. Your previous days of data will now show up 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Had this machine for two years with very few problems. Yesterday I did an upgrade on my tablet for a JBL Speaker and since then I can't sync to my CPAP device. When I try to sync I get a request for a passkey with the number shown with an ok or cancel, I press ok and the sleepstyle indicates that it is paired.... but it won't sync!

Couldn't get it to connect via Bluetooth - Android phone. Actually I now have connected it by ignoring the instructions, using the phone's Bluetooth software to link to the device (it is called "sleepstyle_*****") then starting the app and going through its steps. Once connected, the app is just fine.

Phone is pair with CPAP machine but the app will not sync with the machine. Completely useless!! Update... I have now been able to sync your app to my machine but now I have the issue of your app constantly dropping out which as a result turns off my machine. Clearly there is a bug in the app which needs resolving urgently!!

The app has worked reasonably well until recently. But occasionally fails to automatically receive data from the CPAP. Now a new problem. It now keeps generating error messages every few minutes saying the app stopped working. Uninstalling and reinstalling it has not remedied the situation. It has only served to lose the history. A patch or alternative app is needed. Really irksome when I need to see if changes in the CPAP settings are improving AHIs More detail on hourly AHIs would be welcome

Better and much pleasing than the Philips dreamstation app. But the "more detail" option is not working in the android app. It would be nice to see information about the average pressure, the maximum pressure and 90% pressure that was used for therapy. This information will be helpful if I want to adjust the pressure manually.

It's good for seeing my sleep data but syncing is a pain. I have tried different methods but can only get it to work by unplugging my CPAP for 10 seconds then plugging it back in. Only then will my machine sync with my phone. I'm having to do this every day.

The UI design is nice, not enough data shown though. Would be good to see more detailed pressure stats, more detailed and variety of AHI stats and changes in machine settings over time. Ability to control the machine from the app would be great.

BlackBerry keyone with android connected everyday with no problem. Change to Samsung S8 plus and it will connect for 2 seconds and then drop. I have not been able to connect in 2 months, even after rebooting phones and device etc multiple times.

App was working fine for around 2 months then it just stopped working on the 15th of February. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, tried to pair the machine and my phone so many times but it just will not connect anymore. Very frustrating

Won't work anymore. Not working with new phone worked with old phone. Bluetooth does work on new phone. Won't sync getting error messages. And when it does pair with it. It won't connect. Very disappointed used to work so well

Registering fails such that an unusable account is created. You can't sign in, and you can't complete the registration form so the email you used cannot be reused for another try. It scrubs dots from Gmail addresses so you can't trick it. Maybe the app times out waiting for the server during reg. Free but not worth the time wasted trying to get it to work. Would give zero stars if I could.

This logged three nights of sleep upon first using it, and it hasn't logged any informaton since in about the past 3 months. I have always been up to date with the version and haven't changed anything on my phone that should impede the app's functions.

Finally got it connected. Not very detailed...could be better. It would nice if there was a graph to show when apnea is happening during the night. The graph that shows mask leaks is absolutely useless information for me.
