I have to be up early as a barista. Having an alarm set to my sleep pattern was a game changer. This makes it easy! Edit: this has actually turned out to be my favorite sleep schedule tool ever. I've returned to it even after deleting once when I thought I found something better. Simple, easy to look at, EFFECTIVE. literally had this app for like 5 years..? A long time favorite.
This app seems great! Haven't used it for very long but I noticed a little bug... On the "Calculate" screen, there are 4 buttons: "Parameters", "What if...", "Time to wake up" and "Time to go to bed". If I press the "Wake up" button, the popup for the "Go to bed" button appears (and vice-versa). (English version)
I absolutely love this app, it changed my life. Waking up in the morning has been always a nightmare for me but not anymore. I used to set 3 or 4 alarms and I was feeling tired even though I had slept at least for 7 hours. But since I started using this app, I'm more conscious about my sleeping habits, I go to bed earlier and now I need just one alarm and I wake up easily and fresh as a daisy. The app works as long as you stick to the calculations it makes. I love it!!
it functions well, just how it is supposed to. but really. you could really do with some more features! all it does is tell you something Wikipedia could have tell you just as easily and then tells you when a good time to go to bed or wake up. could you at least help set goals, maybe a bedtime reminder or an alarm... maybe sleep sounds but either way this app right now is boring
This app is user-friendly and I now find it easier to wake up since I started sleeping according to my sleep cycle. However, I recommend the developer to add a function to allow users to set up their alarm directly using the app after calculating the sleep cycle. At the moment I still need to set up my own alarm manually after calculating my sleep cycle. Overall this is a good app. Keep up the good work developer! =D
I like it a lot as far as an alarm clock and calculating how much sleep to get, but I feel that it could be better, such as more music selection, more appealing visuals, and at times it closes me out. Other than that its simple and to the point and does what its supposed to do so I guess that makes it 5 stars.
The previous version had the problem with stopping after the initial screen but the update solved the problem and now everything works great. The new improved design looks nice and the option for relaxing sounds is amazing. Thumbs up for usefulness and the layout. Keep up the great work!
Excellent, absolutely love it. ♡ A suggestion: For waking up at middle of the night during a cycle, there should be an option for ongoing cycle after setting the alarm, and when one wakes up, one can click an option where it recalculates your options and we can change again if the need arises.
I have tried over 5 different apps and I was sceptic to try this one. But I finally found THE ONE. So easy to use and my sleep pattern improved from the first time I tried it. It is amazing to finally get more than 3 hours of sleep. I will never delete this app. It truly changed my life. Thank you so much Developers. Looove it🤩 A few more melodies would be great though.
Great app and use it everyday. I would recommend this to anyone. My only negative and the reason this is 4 out of 5 stars is there needs to be a list view for the songs as going through them one by one to find the one you want is tedious. A simple drop down list would be much better.
It's helpful that you can choose from three options of how to set an alarm (go to sleep immediately, what time you will go to sleep and what time you want to wake up). Then going by how many sleep cycles you want to have, you choose from there. Also, there's info about REM sleep and what is involved in each sleep cycle (which I didn't know much about). Overall, it's a pretty neat app.
Great app! Really easy to use and it helps you get the proper sleep (cycles) needed to feel refreshed each day! Bonus: it gives you your weekly sleep average, which reminds me that I'm not sleeping enough each night. Ha!
A sleep calculator with extras. I love how the app can consider how long it takes you to sleep, often overlooked. The music is also great with the sleep timer, just wish you can finetune the time a bit more.
Very simple & great for biphase sleepers. I can't sleep on a schedule but my mental health & happiness is best when I sleep 6 hours with a 1.5 hour nap sometime in the day. Imagine my surprise when this alarm works exactly this way. More customizations are available too. Keep it simple!
EDIT: with the new update I cannnot rate it any less than 5 stars. The main function is still there, which is fantastic, but the theme is alot better, much more professional. They have also added a music section which I absolutely adore. Great app, good job guys.
Would be five stars but... When I try to set the alarm, a full screen ad appears and closes my Android's built-in alarm menu. This turns the alarm feature pretty useless. Great job though.
I have to say I'm impressed. The simplicity of the app and how it delivers what it promises is just plain satisfying. You have multiple lengths of sleep at your disposal, and that means your options will go from taking an urgent rest where going off for lots of hours is not possible, to having a typical night of sleep, and of course, rests that fall in between those two. Thanks for creating this. I discovered a way of sleeping I didn't know was there all this time :)
Works so good! Simple yet effective! Really works for me! I love all its functions, especially the music which help me to sleep at night which has optional timer. Thank you!
I have a messed up body clock for almost 8 years. Now that it's quarantine period, I'd like to fix it. I downloaded a bunch of apps like this one so I will rate it at 1 STAR AT THE MOMENT. ‼️I'll rate it again after a 2 week usage‼️ Whether I sleep early or sleep late I get up late. I have around 20 alarms on my phone but I'm often late for my morning classes because I'm deeply in slumber. I hope I improve with this app. We'll find out in April 22.
Till now I really like it. Simple and easy, connects with my phone alarm which is added advantage. Helps me to achieve my new year resolutions on having a proper sleep schedule.
does exactly what it says it does. it even sets alarms for you which is really convenient. It got a lot of the issues fixed that it needed to and is working well
Been waking up naturally close to the alarms. Setting the alarms is also really easy with one tap. No issues so far. I love this app :)
Perfect. Just what I was looking for. Been using this app for the past week and although I'm only getting 6 hours sleep I feel less groggy. Highly recommend.
This app does its job perfectly. It absolutely works for getting me better sleep. Sometimes the littlest changes have the best impacts. No BS, does it's job, can't ask for more.
Excellent. You won't find a more lightweight, clean and simple to use sleep assist app. Whenever I sleep more than 8 hours, I get a nasty headache. And it would sometimes last the whole day. But since I found Sleepy, I've been consistently getting great quality sleep. So I cannot recommend Sleepy enough. If you're struggling with getting your sleep patterns under control and working for you, download this.
