I've been using this app for 4 years. Ads have always been minimally intrusive for user experience. Interface is easy to navigate. Accurately calculates REM sleep cycles to set alarms to -- I can better predict when I'll actually wake up to hear my alarms (for both bedtimes and wake up times.) Helped me find the window of sleep I'd need to be able to get up for work, exams, etc. Plus, IT'S FREE!
I've been using the website (sleepyti.me) for a long time before I found the app and honestly it's the best! it's my emergency go to when I need to wake up ready for the day. I don't always fall asleep when it expects me to (insomnia) but I keep my eyes shut until I do and still manage to get proper sleep cycles. I cannot recommend this app (and the website) enough!! maybe set independent alarms though? some people seem to be having trouble with it, but I haven't tried them yet
Used it for the first night and I woke up a little before the alarm but refreshed not tired and groggy. I'll continue using this and see how well it works. My biggest complaint is the ads get in your way of using the engines effortlessly. Hopefully they will find some way to make it easier for nonprofit.
I love the idea, and I've used their website for some time. But the app is buggy, glitching and crashing all the time. No complaints with the concept, simply a bit to go as far as user-friendliness.
Very easy. Seeing improvements in the first night I use it. Very useful for people who work a lot. And people who r in school and they set alarms with 1 click of a button instead of manually doing it.
Doesn't set alarms seemingly at random. I need these for school and work and have missed class several times because of this bug. Also likes to display a loud, full page ad right as you're about to press a time to set an alarm so you click on it before you can react.
Sometimes, when I'm exhausted, it's hard to get the right option when I open the app. Beyond that, it's awesome. Just wish it had a catnap option;)
Being able to set suggested wake up time as alarm in the click of a button without having to switch over to your phone's native built in alarm app is a gamechanger for me
Simple UI and it helps, guides, and tells the user when to sleep and to wake up efficiently.
Wonderful tool to scale my sleeping duration. Since I can know my sleeping duration, I feel better when I wake up. I use this app every single night; well, I cannot sleep without this app! Thank you so much!!!!!!!
This app is probably perfect for those that sleep well, but for someone like me that wakes various times throughout the night, it's not much help.
This is what I needed. Very helpful for a uni student whose losing sleep because of study. I hope the UI keeps improving!
it has helped me alot to wake up at any time i want that was earlier impossible i would reccomend it to anyone who wants to change their sleeping or waking habbit easy and simple to use its like a planner
Rotating shift work is terrible, but this makes it easier to wake up when I need to, feeling alert and not groggy.
Changed from 5 stars to 1. Ads at the bottom now shift the app up so I can't select between AM and PM. Landscape or portrait irrelevant. I can't use this app now. Please fix.
This is an awesome app. It helps you calculate the sleep time that you need without wasting too much time. It's fast, simple and gets the job done. Definitely a 5 star 🌟 👍
ive been using this app for ages and just simple and handy to use. The only point is they added some ads to it but I mean you can't really do anything for it.

I love this little helper. I set the time to wake up and an alarm tells me to go to bed. Silly? A grown woman needing a reminder to go to bed. It helps.
Slept better these days. Ps. It's not an alarm clock but a supplementary application for your alarm clock. Loved it.

I am a student and I have to balance sleep, studying and early classes. I love sleepy time because it helps me sleep in a healthier manner so I can still be well rested during my busy semester.
I find it to be very useful. Especially if I'm in need of a nap or stay up really late with friends, because I know I won't over sleep and feel groggy.
Amazing for setting wake-up alarms after complete REM cycles. The widget works great!
Very useful. I'm having fun tweaking the sleep cycle length to work out exactly what mine is! Just recently, I'm finding a notification of an upcoming alarm but the time has passed and the alarm didn't sound, eg at 7am the notification still shows upcoming alarm 06:44. I set three alarms (4, 5 and 6 sleep cycles) and the first wakes me but the second does this. Next time I sleep through the first alarm, the second won't rescue me. It's two years since the last update, and doesn't look like you read these reviews, so I'll email.
