Without this app I'd be in debt... especially during this pandemic. Still follows transfer rules (amount of automated/ on-line per month) so it's good to have an idea of your personal habits. I love that I can quickly look before I make a purchase to make sure the money it's where it needs to be. (No embarrassing declines). I also like to check often to make sure I'm not a victim of someone else using my money! Good app. Handy. Helpful.

The app itself is great for one account type. But if you have a personal account and a business account, you can't view them together, nor can you switch from one to the other without logging out of one and then into the other. And then settings get changed. Each time i do switch accounts, I have to reset the snapshot and fingerprint. I really wish SLFCU would have kept the business account app active, and now i wish they'd bring it back so i can access both account types easier and faster.

The large, bold print very helpful! Would prefer a decrease (or zero) ads on the pages of the account balances and activity. The diversion of attention while dealing with important matters is disruptive. (And when accessing mobile banking from the browser also the ads with the header info only allow viewing one or two line items at a time sometime. And yes, you can request more entries but VERY frustrating when you are searching for something or trying to get a feel for general activity.) Thx!

Ever since I upgraded my phone, I have not been able to transfer funds between accounts using the app. I can select the accounts and transfer amount, but nothing happens when I click 'submit.' I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the data/cache, etc. This renders the app useless for my purposes, since I use it solely to transfer funds for a loan payment.

This app is awful, but you have no choice if you want to access you accounts on mobile. Logging in is painfully slow, pressing the back button on many screens closes the app completely (so you get to enjoy logging on again since it also ends your session instantly). It's offline for hours EVERY night so you can't even check your balances. The login screen thinks the space your phone adds automatically after your username is part of the username, but you don't get an error, just an endless loop.

The app worked well for me for quite a while. Lately it won't work. When I start it, I then get an error saying "Unfortunately SLFCU has stopped". I hit the "report button" and sent an e-mail but didn't hear anything back. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling and restarting my phone several times but get the same error. Please help.

Love the instant read on my accounts! Still need to have clearer way of showing actual balances when there are pending transactions. It can be confusing to look at my balances and not be sure if they include the pending. Also, please make it easier in the mobile app to set notifications for low balances and deposits.

Loved the app before the March upgrade. Once they updated it there were too many steps to view my accounts. And now with the November update I can't even log in! I've been able to log in once after repeated attempts and several " there was an error please try again" messages. Once in I didn't even notice anything different!

I have a love hate relationship with this app. When it works it works good. But so many times the app is on maintenance at the worst and unmentioned times. Currently had a big with the deposit check feature where the back of check picture is completely skewed wrong and I am unable to take the photo to complete the deposit.

Works a quarter of the time now. Super easy to transfer funds, but banking temporarily offline, error processing your request, and error pop up frequently. There's times when it randomly kicks all my information out and makes me log in again after entering all my information and none of the security questions actually do anything besides give a red error.

I totally enjoy using it. Far above the laptop/desktop experience. It's available wherever I go. Easy to navigate! Great job, thank you! BTW, I reside in Jacksonville Florida and no longer have a need to visit a brick & mortar facility with docusign availability. I do miss the physical relationships over 45 years together as a member and former vendor.

Feels secure, I like fingerprint security. Easy to access/manage my money even though I haven't been near a branch for 7+ years. I still use SLFCU for my direct deposits, mainly because it's been easy to handle my money via the app, despite no geographical proximity. Depositing checks from my phone is quick and painless and transferring between other slfcu accounts is easy.

When trying to deposit a check, the app just crashes and the deposit does not go through. Now I have to do this on a browser which is a lot less convenient. UPDATE 05 May 2021: It may be an issue with my phone as I tried this with an older phone and it worked perfectly fine.

The interface is smooth and functional, some of the services are only available for use on the website so that is kind of inconvenient. Otherwise the app serves it's purpose and allows me to have easy instant access to my account. The fingerprint login option is also great.

The app NEVER works anymore. I'm so sick of this :/ I've had so many problems with this app, and it has never been resolved. I see many others can't use it anymore either. It doesn't load past the log in screen. This isn't a "please call us so we can fix your account" kind of thing. This app needs to be fixed already.

My experience has been horrible so far. I downloaded it because the site has been having so many issues. Ive been trying all day to get past the login page and have failed miserably. The app just won't open. Maybe its my phone at fault but everything else is working so idk.

Very easy to navigate, perform mobile banking on the fly without an issue. The best part is mobile deposit with the automatic capture and lighting. Very nice touch.

I am a long time millennial user of the SLFCU banking app. It's just sad because this app has gone from great to subpar. They switched from P2P to zelle. Horrid of a decision. App is constantly laggy and slow. It just annoying to me that zelle wants to have permission to look at contacts or location. Will be deleting.

Latest update produces triple logon notifications, maybe other types too. Thanks for the response. If you had a bug report feature in the app, I wouldn't have to leave negative reviews like this to report issues. I'll try to remember to update when it's fixed.

It's easy to transfer funds and pay the credit card, except I wish they had different name, eg checking, savinga, credit card. I've sometime worried I transferred money into the wrong account.

Amazinf way to keep track of everything. Only issue is that transactions pend in it but that is a bank thing, not an app thing, so no stars off. Could maybe have a better look than white if they want feedback, but eh, doesn't really matter.

I log in, put in my password and it takes me to the initial sign in screen. I uninstalled it, turned it off, turned it on, reinstalled it and I'm still having the same problem....(This was suggested by a person I spoke with today). This problem just started recently, and my daughter is having the same issue.
