Hi team, Tried to make a payment. After inserting all the details and after pressing the 'pay', nothing happens thereafter. Please advice. Thank you. . Update 16.05.2021 I upgradedmy rating to 5 stars. One reason is that the Play Store team and the SLIC team responded to my query very quickly. Second reason is that the Sri Lanka Insurance (SLIC) technical team explained the issue (Which had nothing to do with the App) and was able to sort out the matter. Thank you
I made a payment when I was directed to the payment portal by the app. Though I got an alert from the bank of a successful payment, SLIC did not acknowledge the payment and app did not confirm the payment either. It was a big hassle for me to contact the SLIC and the bank. They confirmed that payment had gone through. SLIC confirmed that they received it. But app still showed that it has not been received. Very poor app. Very disappointed.
Thank you team for the prompt action! happy to see great support! issue was resolved! My Old feedback: Worked for sometime, now says wrong password, multiple password rest, still says wrong password but same username password works fine on the SLIC web.
FTER after the update application wont open it crashes
While filling the personal data on app I mistakenly entered my email address with wrong spellings. Therefore the activation link has gone to a wrong email which I have no access. How can I reset data in app and fill correct data?
Can't add any of the policies (Life or Motor). Every time the error message would pop as "something went wrong". Failed app.

Does not work. They say to add your policy number but cannot add. You get an error message. Why in the world would you put an app which does not work properly !!! Beats me !!!
Can't log in. Always say wrong password or username. No enough space to type email address as username. Can't log in and uninstalled app.
Can not view additional life policy details. I forwarded the request from to the given e mail few months ago. Still u have not processed it. but it is mentioned their that you will process it within 2 days..π€
Today I tried to make a premium via app. I couldn't . How can I solve this problem soon. My payment overdue since that issue.

This app, runs in the background and crashes often, disturbing other work also.
I got it,SLIC insurance. And it continued during one year.
Tried to create the account. But failed. Gave my ID number and birth date. It says Birth date and gender do not match with the ID number. I know my ID number, birth date and gender better than your prediction in your app. So fix it.
My 28mb data is invain. App doesnt work at all. Outdated app same as the slic staff. Very disapointed.
0/5 π......... App = SLIC service.... No quality. You basically can't register an account from the app. I wonder all those 4 π and 5 π given from their own employees.
Not opened it says my mobile is rooted. But root checker says my device hasn't been rooted. What a joke. Is that a root cheching app?

Can not create a new log in. Always getting an error msg mentioning birthday is not matched with NIC.
Error,, date of birth and gender does not match with ID number,,,, π try several times,, keep showing this msg

Very useful app. A good initiative to go paperless.
Very helpful, also grateful to the IT staff from top level to bottom for the developments done to improve the system. it was very helpful during the curfew period. also if you can make some procedure to get the motor 3rd party insurance cover note on line. It will be very helpful during holidays. When credit note (E1) available amount to be shown in Payment methods.
