This is a great app when it works, which is 90% of the time (hence, my score of 4 stars). Also, it is really the only app I know of that can automatically pick up all of my shipments from my email and put them in one place. As others have mentioned, it does not integrate with Amazon as it claims it should. And occasionally it will stop syncing with my email, but then the next day it will be working again. Currently, I am unable to add images to the shipments, a nice feature that I have used for years to help me easily identify my packages. Not a deal-breaker, but yet another annoyance that may or may not get resolved.

Most of the time it's great, but it occasionally needs to relink the Amazon account and whenever that happens, it is a nightmare to relink. I've tried using a password manager, copying and pasting my account credentials, and manually typing the credentials in. Nothing works. It takes several weeks of trying almost daily to get my Amazon account relinked.

My apps suddenly stopped updating and connection to my Amazon account is impossible. The app used to work perfectly. I receive deliveries about 3 times a week and this app kept up with all of them. Now is not able to connect to my Amazon account. Nothing has changed on my side. My password is being accepted but a minute later the 'fix' shows up next to my account again... UGH!!

It's frustrating when a company buys another that has a great app, then that service either goes away or the app stops working. The later is the case in this instance. The app no longer does what it has for so long. It seems to have quit scanning email and linking with Amazon. As it stands now I'm looking for something else while hoping that Rakuten get's their act together on making this app work. Update: 10/17/19 Still unable to get the app to consistently STAY LINKED TO Amazon.

I got this app when it first released and loved it, 5/5. Letting a company scan through all my emails made me uncomfortable, but the usefulness was great. After constant issues and countless hours of frustration, I lowered my rating to 2/5. I'm now dropping it to 1/5, because there are constantly more issues and I have to log in to the website to see ALL of my packages, and as of recently I have to start/restart the app 2-3 times for it to even work at all. Fantastic idea, terrible execution.

Just as others have mentioned, this app used be great. However, the app currently doesn't authenticate using the correct credentials and permissions. Additionally, it appears that the app is no longer supported. I submitted a ticket regarding account authentication and never received a response even after a follow up request. I am deleting the app and requesting my data be removed from their servers.

The app was good before but since the last update it has been dropping my return shipment from the active shipment list. I have to go back to my keep editing my return shipment so it will show under my active shipment and then it drops from the active shipment list again. It is so frustrating! I have to spend unnecessary time updating the same shipment that should have been under the active list!!! The 2 star is for the part which actually work. For shipment shipped to me the update works fine

I used to love this App but never left a review. I'm taking away two stars here because the last update is broken. I am on a Google Pixel device running Android 11 and after the upgrade to Android 11, Slice was still working great. Then suddenly an update to Slice was released and you guys don't release updates often so I'm worried I'm stuck now as after this update, Slice no longer works. It will still send me notifications about deliveries but the main App will not load. Screen goes blank.

I've been using it for several years and it was great. Until recently. I got an email that the app had lost connection with my email. I've tried everything to reconnect, including changing my email password. It keeps telling me that the email and password don't match. URGH! Now the app is useless.
